The Ball Joints Were taken out yesterday for replacement .They were badly worn. It couldn't be fixed cause it was getting late into the night. Thanks Bro

You're welcome. Hope you fix ASAP.
Funny thing is I saw a Chyrsler 300 today and from 20 feet away I could hear the classic sound as the guy turned the steering! The Car looked abused and beaten.
A lot of people simply don't fix early signs or do preventive maintenance.

Exactly what my Honda Bullet is experiencing Right Now. Thanks for the insight sir smiley
Piyke:
A failing lower arm ball joint (commonest culprit of the leg-pull thing) has its signs which include; a creaking sound from the affected wheel when the steering wheel is turned to either side. This sound is different from the sound of a failing shaft, it's quite similar to the sound that comes from the rusted hinges of a large door being forced open. Again, the sound may be intermittent i.e. it may surface after driving for a while and disappear after the car is parked for sometime.
These were the signs I noted before I changed mine. I caught it on time and did the replacement (it never pulled). When the defective part was removed the right side had a gap (there should be no gap). If you practice preventive maintenance, your car will respect you and be in top shape. Bare with me but I have to tell you the truth. Islam is twisted. Imagine if the whole world were Muslim will that guarantee peace? despite it call itself the religion of peace, that is exactly where the irony starts from. Read your bible again and see the response of Jesus to those that tried to stone a prostitute. That is why we follow Jesus because in place or Law and punishment he brought grace and forgiveness.

If an impending offender goes ahead despite this strict rulings to commit these crimes, this means the person in question is defiant and ready for the consequences. If you buy only two new tires, consider putting them on the rear axle.

Purchasing four tires is the ideal, but as a cheapskate, I understand the pain of tossing two half-worn tires when the other two are completely worn out. I’m here to help fellow tightwads stay safe.

Stop with the “even ifs.” No matter if your vehicle is front-, rear-, or all-wheel-drive, a pickup, a sporty car, or an SUV: If you buy only two new tires, you should put them on the back, according to tire manufacturer Michelin North America.
Why Is It Best to Put the New Tires on the Back?

The short answer: On a rainy day (or if a sprinkler system is irrigating the pavement), even a small puddle could cause your car to spin out if you have worn tires on the back and new tires on the front.

Worn tires will hydroplane well before new ones. The water in wheel ruts found on older highways can be enough to literally lift the worn tires completely off the pavement. If you have new tires in front and old tires in the back, the worn rears are floating while the deep grooves of the new fronts easily cut through the water. Water is not compressible: It either flows through the tire’s grooves or lifts the rubber from the road.

Here’s why that’s bad: Rear tires provide stability. If the worn rear tires are riding on top the water, they can’t offer stability — even if the new fronts are providing plenty of steering ability. So, you can easily end up spinning out.

However, if the new tires are on the rear, the fronts will lose grip before the rears – which can be an easier situation to cope with. Release the accelerator, leave your hands where they are, and wait for the traction to return. Avoid turning the steering wheel more or applying the brakes.

Check out Michelin’s video on the subject:

I have ridden with thousands of drivers in demonstrations like the one featured in the video above. Almost all spun out when the car had newer tires on the front and half-worn rubber on the rear. (The rare exceptions were mainly dirt-track racers.) With newer tires on the rear and more-worn tires on the front, no one lost control.

Front-wheel drive (FWD) is usually why front tires wear out before the rears. The reason: On FWD cars, the fronts carry two-thirds of the vehicle’s weight, do all of the steering and acceleration, and transmit almost all of the braking force. Sometimes, people fail to rotate their tires and discover the fronts are almost bald while the rears appear to have plenty of tread.

A common question: What difference in tread depth can lead to instability? I’ve experienced it at less than 2/32nds of an inch. If you can tell a difference when you stick your finger into the tire grooves, the tires with the most tread should be on the rear axle. Even electronic stability control – a system in your car that can help to automatically bring you out of a spin, in certain situations — can’t help if the rear tires are completely

There was a mild drama at Ejigbo Magistrates’ court on Tuesday after the presiding Magistrate, Mrs J.O.E. Adeyemi refused to release a man, Paul Uduozor, who allegedly battered his wife and blinded her in Lagos State, western Nigeria.

The woman called Faith, was seeking to withdraw the matter due to pressure on her by her relatives who said Igbo culture and tradition forbid a woman from locking up her husband in prison.

Both Paul and Faith including the female litigants were in tears over the emotional outburst by Faith after Adeyemi refused to strike out the matter.

Adeyemi was forced to rise and enter her chamber and asked the prison warders to take him back to prison custody.

The suspect, Paul Uduozor, allegedly battered his wife, Faith, and in the process damaged her eyes, one was completely damaged while the other was also affected.

The incident happened at 6, Oloro street, off Akani street, Abaranje, Ikotun, where they reside.

The matter was reported to the police at Ikotun division and Paul was arrested and charged to court for the alleged offence.

He was charged with causing permanent defect to Faith’s eye and assault under the Criminal Code.

Though Paul pleaded not guilty and was granted bail in the sum of N250,000, he has been remanded in prison custody since then.

When the matter came up on Tuesday, the prosecutor, Sergeant Babaji Ishaku, informed the court that there was a new development on the matter.

He told the court that Faith, who is the complainant in the matter, had written to withdraw the matter from court.

When she mounted the witness box and removed her eye glasses in the open court, the Magistrate expressed shock and refused to strike out the matter.

The woman pleaded with the court to withdraw the matter, explaining that she was from a royal family in Mbano in Imo State.

The litigants, mostly female, broke down in tears after seeing Faith’s blind eye and the court immediately rose. embarassed embarassed embarassed
