bear in most that the one month pay expected from u if stated on ur employment letter is mostly ur basic which is usually less than ur month salary...say ur salary is #100k,ur basic could b 35k n thats wat ur expected to pay 'in lieu of'...jus check ur employment letter

i think he has a point...jus as some countries legalize prostituion n tax them.. corruption hv eaten deeply into every area of the nation....
