They should specialize in that field just as major global players over the years - e.g., Daimler Motors Corporation (Mercedes Benz), BMW Group, Toyota, Honda, etc. This will enable them get better at it and improve quality to gain competitive edge. I feel it might be counter productive to bite more than they can chew. Why is dangotes involvement in diverse businesses been counter productive... mktinsight: FIFA Inspects Goal Project 2 By dailytimes.com.ng - Aug 22, 2013
Officials of world football-governing body, FIFA who are in Nigeria for deliberations with the top hierarchy of Nigeria Football Federation on Goal Project 2 and FIFA courses in coaching, administration, management and refereeing, showed visible elation on being conducted round the Sunday Dankaro Football House, the new NFF headquarters, on Wednesday.
The two-man delegation of Mr. Francesco Bruscoli, Senior Development Manager (Africa) and Mr. Sampon Kablan, FIFA Development Officer (West Africa) expressed delight at the 26-room edifice, which was commissioned on July 18, 2013 by Vice President Namadi Sambo.
?I must observe that this is an impressive facility. This is more like it for headquarters of Nigeria Football Federation, considering your country?s standing in world football,? said Bruscoli, as the duo were shown round the elegant facility by NFF President, Alhaji Aminu Maigari, NFF Vice President, Chief Mike Umeh, Acting General Secretary, Dr. Emmanuel Ikpeme and other senior NFF officials.
The officials also heaped praises on the NFF for good maintenance of the National Technical Centre (Goal Project 1) and the FIFA Football Turf, otherwise known as artifical turf, which was donated by FIFA as part of the Win-In-Africa-With-Africa programme around the 2010 FIFA World Cup.
The delegation then flew to Bauchi, where the FIFA officials inspected the landscape for the Goal Project 2 ? construction of Regional Technical Centre, which will compose of a FIFA Football Turf and a hostel.
Similar projects are planned for Anambra and Lagos States. Both Bruscoli and Kablan expressed satisfaction with answers provided for all their questions concerning the site and the building plan.
The team then paid a courtesy call on the Executive Governor of Bauchi State, Mallam Isa Yuguda, and the Emir of Bauchi, Dr. Rilwanu Suleiman Adamu. The NFF President used the opportunity to present the Nelson Mandela Challenge trophy, won by the Super Eagles in Durban last week, to the two eminent citizens.
The entourage later proceeded to the Abubakar Tafawa Balewa Stadium, where they saw one of the semi final matches of this year?s Federation Cup competition abandoned due to heavy downpour. The match between Akwa United FC and Warri Wolves FC was 1-1 when it was called off, and would be concluded on Thursday.
On their return to Abuja on Thursday, the FIFA team and NFF top hierarchy will pay a courtesy call on the Honourable Minister of Sports and Chairman, National Sports Commission, Mallam Bolaji Abdullahi. No mention of awka here |

I don't demand anything from him, he's not my dad, I loved him so I always try to act like a grown woman even when I need help, but after losing sooooo much money in a scam I'm so broke that I barely have money to eat. He knows this but he didn't do anything to help, that's how I've been living like I'm single. I do every thing for myself but it's not been easy.
Do you think it's okay to let him go and focus on me? Because I really don't understand his role in my life anymore, or should I try to wait while working and see if he's different in the future? Be ashamed of urself u dis parasite |

talk2hb1: I am a Yoruba Man, but let's be honest here. I will speak in regards to the SW, our colonial master did not
They let us believe English is superior to our local dialect and we believed it dogmatically. They looted out resources, looted our brain and made us believe we are superior to others by losing our core identity, so in order not to look foolish alone we crucify those who kept theirs.
Who made us believe speaking English equals to being educated, our brothers in the east with little academics education excell excellently in businesses and the academically elites are making waves globally. They their, they speak English, while people are making difference, contributing to humanity.
Finally those people who doesn't speak English determines the destiny of this country, and they control you and I who speaks English with our degree. Why do yorubas always assume they are more Educated than Igbos or Igbos re poorly Educated.. Yet Igbos top educational indices year in year out |
