Hello Nairalanders

I do observe that most married couples don't find their selves attractive unlike when they started their relationship before marriage.

I have experienced three married couples like that.

I remember when this my neighbor brought her wife to be then, this man is very jelous and he always challenge her when he sees her chatting with guys in the compound but some years later, they did wedding and she gave birth to two lovely girls but now all those jealousy of those days, he is not doing that again even if he comes from work he will just over look the person chatting with his wife and he comes back late in the night.. weekend he will be indoor not minding the wife is outside still conversating with neighbors I mean male neighbors, but then who dares go near to interact with her before marriage.

Even the other couples they will be doing as if they don't know each other .. I learnt that he said he doesn't find her attractive no more but what made him marry her? Didn't he see the signs she is not attractive.

Even also it happens to ladies that will later say she is tired of her husband.
The love is based on body attraction not on the inner person he or she is.

INEC REC Admits Over-Voting During Osun Election, Says BVAS Exposed Crime

Following the judgement by the Osun State Governorship Election Petition Tribunal sacking Ademola Adeleke as the governor, Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) has said politicians in connivance with its staff perpetrated over-voting during July 16th 2022 poll.

Osun Resident Electoral Commission, Dr Mutiu Agboke, in a video sighted by THE WHISTLER on Wednesday, while speaking at the palace of Oluwo of Iwo, Oba Abdulrosheed Akanbi, said that Bimodal Voters Accreditation System(BVAS) helped to revealed overvoting during the Osun election….
Agboke explained that BVAS helped INEC to exposed those who carried out overvoting on the election day during Osun guber poll.

According to him, “Let me use this opportunity to educate our people that against the conspiracy theory going around in the country that sequel to tribunal judgement in Osun State that BVAS has a problem and is deceitful, this is not correct.

“We did not use BVAS to conduct election, we did not do electronic voting nor was BVAS used to cast votes, BVAS was only use for accreditation and accreditation is meant to identify the certainty of those that came to cast ballot and that is why against the conspiracy theory, it was BVAS that helped INEC to exposed those who carried out overvoting on the election day, so it was not the BVAS that created the problem, that should be corrected.”

He added that “Based on that ruling of tribunal, we have identified some inadequacies from the politicians, voters, our staff and our responsibility is to ensure that we cover all these gaps so that the votes of Osun people can speak for them.

“We have warn very strongly that our staff who will not follow the guidelines shall go to jail and we are serious about it. Anybody that wants to come to polling unit…people were able to do overvoting, people deliberately bypass the BVAS.

“The politicians in connivance with our staff deliberately bypassed the BVAS, it was this BVAS that exposed overvoting during Osun Election. So with this judgement of tribunal we have known how overvoting can happen, we are going to beam our search light on those staff and I can assure you that all of us should own the process together. This is the way we can correct this anomalies.”

Similarly, Agbake during a stakeholders’ meeting with Osun State party chairmen ahead of mock accreditation of voters exercise on Wednesday, reiterated that politicians, fraudulent voters in connivance with their staff made over-voting possible during 2022 Osun governorship election.

He explained that, “If INEC has introduced BVAS for the sanctity of our accreditation and process, how come did we have overvoting during election day in Osun. Some individuals were surreptitiously procured by political class to bypass the BVAS, once you bypass the BVAS and go and collect the ballot paper, there must be over-voting, that is one leg.

“Another possibility is where our staff, be it ad-hoc or permanent, in connivance with these fraudulent electorate deliberately allow people to bypass the BVAS and they are given ballot paper to vote.

He cautioned politicians against BVAS fraud and urged electorate to resist fraudulent voters who may want to bypass BVAS during general election.

Agbake stressed that “I want to tell Osun people that the issue of overvoting was not orchestrated by BVAS, we did not use BVAS to vote nor cast our ballot. Our ballot was manual voting, over-voting was caused by fraudulent people that came to vote on election. They are criminally minded.

“Let us stop all these blame game on INEC, let us open our eyes very well on election day. Watch out for our staff who may want to connive with politicians. We must all own the process together.”
Politics › Re: The INEC’s “BVAS-Report” Versus The “Synchronised BVAS-Report” by ejimatic:
BluntCrazeMan:
Dear NIGERIANS..

We Should Not just brush-off all these issues about the INEC’s “BVAS-Report” so quickly.

(The irregularities in the recent Osun Tribunal Judgement are just too glaring for us to just quickly ignore them).

INEC is keeping so quiet about these irregularities, and their silence is no more healthy for us any longer.

Granted that the Electoral Act 2022 gave them the powers to use any technological innovations for the sake of elections (which we have no problems with), it does not mean that INEC can come anytime in the middle of the game to introduce “Anything” they like, without prior sensitisation and “Public Notice”, and hope it would be accepted by us.

INEC released the Guidelines for the elections, and made it very clear that Polling-units results would be transmitted directly to the “Collation Support and Result Verification System (CSRVS)” -- (which, in normal terms, is supposed to mean the “Elections Results-Collation Server”), and from this central CSRVS-Server, all the other Collation Centers (both at the Ward levels, LGA levels, {and State levels -- in the case of Presidential Elections}) MUST CONFIRM their collated results before transferring to the next higher Collation Center.

This directly implies that the information about the whole Polling-units which is contained inside the CSRVS-Server must have been completed before the announcement of the Final Results by the INEC.

Thus, any person that requests to have the “BVAS-Report” is actually most-definitely requesting for the CSRVS-Report, and that is, “the electronically transmitted and collated results” which INEC supposedly used to cross-check and confirm the collated election-results as the election was going on..
And this CSRVS-Report is supposed to be very much available immediately the Official Results are declared, because it means that the results that were Officially Declared are also supposed to fall in line with the CSRVS-Report too.

So now, there are lots of questions that are begging for answers..

1. What exactly is INEC supposed to mean by the term “BVAS-Report”, and why didn't they produce the “CSRVS-Report” instead.??

2. Even if the so-called BVAS-Report is different from the expected CSRVS-Report, then, why was it that the CSRVS-Server got all its data completely transmitted from the BVAS-Machines before the results were declared, yet the same BVAS-Machines couldn't also immediately transmit the accreditation details that were contained inside them to the so-called “Back-end BVAS-Server”??
In other words, why did the so-called “SYNCHRONISATION of BVAS Data” in the recent Osun Election take INEC 40 days to complete, whereas the e-transmission and e-collation of results took them less than 24-hours to complete.??

3. Why then did the INEC not produce the CSRVS-Report together with the so-called “Synchronised BVAS-Report” when they were trying to defend themselves with regards to the earlier incomplete “BVAS-Report” which they released to the APC.??
(Or are they trying to claim that the CSRVS-Report is such a useless document, and would not have done well in defending their claims.?)

INEC SHOULD STOP HIDING IN SILENCE, AND COME OUT AND EXPLAIN ALL THESE FOR US..
God will bless yiu for this discussion. The truth is INEC does not have any genuine excuse. Synchronisation is a cover face excuse. for them. INEC issued one report to APC after the election.Another to PDP 44 days later and another one to INEC lawyers. Reports 1 to 3 have errors even the last two synchronised reports. Is INEC serious at all or there are sabouteurs in INEC itself? Which report should be used by the TB? Is it the one used Ito declared the results possessed by APC or the ones twarted or doctored by INEC and christened SYNCHRONISED report? Logically the postion of the majority judgement is salient, genuine and undeniable! INEC must be ashamed of what they did in Osun election .Till now the body is silent on what to say or do next.Their CATHEDRAL SILENCE is a ploy to bury their shame .

. Oga INEC is not even consistent in his analysis. The good thing BVAS have done is to show overvoting. I agreed with you. Syncronization is a word alien to our electioral laws. The INEC man is uncomfortable with that word. Good of you! BVAS report ? A BvVAS report with either back end or front end must tally with EC8 form . In the case of Osun contested polliin units figures on BVAS reports on accredited voters do not tally with what are on EC8 forms. Over voting and non compliance with the electoral laws established

1 Which data did you use to announce results on 16 July 2022? 2Is this the reason why yiu issued three or more BVAS reports with irregularities and overvoting in all of them? APC claimed it contained overvoting in 774 poking units , PDP copies have about 0ver 100 irregularities which INEC witness agreed too ,Anababa in his written address claimed ither are over 1500 irregularities are in the BVAS reports. What do you think should be used in this case? The one collected after election or the ones tampered with weeks after the election? Synchronisation is just a cover face strategy for INEC. Conclusion : INEC should keep quiet for now.The body created the downfall of PDP by issuance of many BVAS reports on one election which contain iregularity and overvoting
