This is the first time Southeastern folks are supporting one of their own. They have been supporting others in the presidential elections in this fourth republic, they even ditched their own to vote Southwest in 2003.

They also supported my region when we took the seat of power , they have been patient I guess this may be their time.

Their candidate seems the least evil amongst the front line candidates, no wonder the youths are campaigning for him.

He needs all the support he needs to get from every part of Nigeria, the political class needs to learn a bitter lesson that power truly belongs the masses.

. My observation. is why Obi ,why not Kola Abiola , Sowore ,Dumebi and other younger contestants? If Obi is the least evil among the three wise men,why dont we look for those without any evil? Can Obi just emerge suddenly after he had been denied by PDP to be their candidate and rule as president in Nigeriia from LP? Will this not be an exercise in futility at the end ? Time will tell ,I wish all the candidates good luck in February 2023!

I got a job in another company, which I am currently employed.

My start date for the next job is on 10-10-2022.
I have given my current employer my notice of resignation through the HR on 24-9-2022, stating that my last day of work will be on 4-10-2022.(Two weeks)

My colleague was telling me yesterday that the company will not pay me since they have seen my resignation letter.

I should have collected my salary and leave impromptu.

I have to be cleared from the company,that's why I gave them notice
Even though they treated me bad I want to end everything so we part ways peacefully

I can't wait for my salary because they pay on 15th of next month and I need to relax before taking up another job hence giving them notice for resignation.

NB: 1)I have been coming to work since that 24-10-2022
2) The HR have not approved my resignation
3) I worked from the 1-09-2022 till 4-10-2022

I believe that I should be paid

Please is there any reason why this company shouldn't pay me ?
How do I follow this up to know my stand, because if they won't pay me, no need coming to work or even giving them notice

3months it depends on the place It could 2 in some places. The mistake you made is that you should have waited till 15 for your salary . Following day yiu submit your resgnatiion lletter. You may have to fotgo the 15 days you have spent in the new month.

This conclusion. Is supported by the fact that he broke away from PDP to join LP. The North believes it is an attempt to be president by all means. Nigerian politics is sensitive especially with the North and South diachotomy. Realistically it is the turn of the South East to rule but the North will never ever support that. because of Biafra and the new Birth of IPOB. Even if all the states in the SE vote Obi SW NE NW NC and SS will truncate their winning the presidency. Many that claim to be Obedient are from APC and PDP and some among them will return to their parties before February 2023. Obi it is certain cannot rule Nigeria through election in Nigeria without concession of the mighty North.
