no its ok

the next time george bush travels to nigeria ill file an arrest warrant for him too!
Well . . . if you have evidence that he violated international laws on say war crimes, then you're free.
Sadly the reality on ground is that nothing will happen to the pope. Legally it is a minefield to arrest and try him anywhere. He can't be tried while he is a pope and since pope's don't (usually) resign, he will probably avoid the humiliation of an arrest/trial. However, make no mistake of the damage this incident has done to the catholic church's reputation.
You know what the funniest thing is . . . this Dawkins thing will shake a lot of things.

1. It's going to question the western world's myth of equality of every man before the law.

2. Are Christians really as morally superior as they claim?? (Remember the black figures are the Arab terrorists.)

i dont blame you, its probably a bit complicated for some to understand

no, he cannot be arrested in the uk or in the us for a crime he may or may not have commited in rome

i hope that was clear enough for you
Hehehe . . . yeah, it's too complicated for me to understand, aiite.

Aiite, free lecture in International Law for you.
There's this thing called the EU law, crimes you commit anywhere in the Europe can be tried in any court in this region.
The domestic laws are interpreted to comply with EU law and thereby giving you relatively the same punishment anywhere.

Infact, there's a possibility that it might set a European precedent.

Word of advice, go to school, read your books and newspapers, and leave this to people that know it to discuss.
Have a nice day.

Nothing personal, but I can't be bothered to read your whole thesis. But I already know what to expect.

How many times do I have to explain to you guys??
1. The Pope is not being accused of paedophilia, he's been accused of covering it up from the authorities, and possibly a charge of aiding and abetting.

2. No one said he did anything except the people drafting a case against him, the probably have their evidence, we don't know.

3. The Pope is innocent until proven guilty.

4. Tony Blair is not roaming free, he's facing a trial.

5. By European and American law, paedophilia is a crime, since the Pope is God in the Vatican and Italy, he should stay there if he's scared.

I can't believe the only excuse the Vatican can give is, erm . . . he didn't actually commit paedophilia . . . what happened to their presumed moral superiority that they used to hold on to in the past??

Wrong, this is not the UK versus catholics.
This is justice and moral correctness versus papal immunity.

So if the UK fails, it's a failure of justice and equality not Richard Dawkins'.

Nah . . . shock was killing Jack's wife in Season 1.

As of yesterday, 24 ceased to be my favorite show. Fringe now has my undivided love and attention. Gosh, do they have to kill everyone off all the time?  angry  I'm really ticked they killed off Renee, yes the show is built on shock factor but this was not necessary. They might as well kill off Chole and his granddaughter while they're at it. My monday night just opened up.

Come on, we all knew Rene had to go. She had no relevance to making the plot any more interesting.
Besides watching them make out every week woulda been boring for me abeg. cheesy

@Rhymestein

I don't care if you respect me or not, one thing I'm sure of however, is that you will listen to me.

Now here's a freebie. . . about the Nas lines, those punchlines did not in any way make Ether critically acclaimed one of hiphop's best beef tracks.
Those lines you posted are not even good enough for Freestyle Friday. . . FACT

'Rockefela died of aids, dat was d end of his chapter,is dat d man u want to name u company after' - Extremely weak!!!

'You no mustache having, with whiskers like a rat' - Trash

'Is he Dame Diddy, Dame Daddy or Dame Dummy?
Oh, I get it, you Biggie and he's Puffy
' - Average

Point is . . . diss-songs have no straight unbendable rules, Jay-Z had way better punchlines.
Nas was just more descriptive. with the whole song, same with Pac in 'Hit em Up'

Now I should charge you a fee for explaining that to you, but keep the new knowledge, I'm a generous man.

@Rhymestein

I don't know how to argue?? Wrong!!!
What I don't know how to do is argue with people that refuse to see reason.

Now, I'll attempt to break down your post like someone that should take you seriously.

The song was made before Iceberg or whatever his name is made a controversial comment about M.I.

First of all, I said SWTD is not a beef song.
That's why he's allowed to theme his whole song with brags in the first place.
That's why he said things like 'I do eat beef but right now I'm fasting' or 'Me don't want no drama, I'm learning to ignore ish'
That tears apart your whole thing about punchlines.

Now what is wrong with boasting when you're the best hiphop artiste in the country??
It's silly to tell a rapper what his themes should be, every idiot knows that.
What's wrong with saying 'Jesse Jaga brother you can't do me nada'?? It's obvious that he believe Jesse Jags is untouchable.
As long as he's not lying and the lines are not daft, then I see nothing wrong with that.

That's how we do it pana, hardcore, no more goo-goo ga-ga
Oh I'm sorry pa-pa, was you the da-da?

Big Pun - Wrong Ones

By your logic, Big Pun's closing lines were written by a Primary 2 pupil.

Now about the first verse. . . are you saying 'they're beneath(Benitez) us like Rafa' and 'the only way your cold is your careers like cadaver', 'making more green than an orchard' are crap metaphors??
You see what you sound like?? Aren't you surprised that no one sees your point of view?? Not even fellow Modstans.

One thing I also noticed is the fact that you berate references made to everyday Nigerian life, you prefer when it's something as distant as 'Jupiter' and 'Stevie Wonder' grin grin
How can you fault . . .'I'll never crash I'm no Sosoliso'?? Your only problem with that line is obviously the fact that it's a Nigerian brand.
What's your call, he was lying?? Sosoliso crashed twice before he released that track.

And yes, bragging is spectacular if you do it right.
Jay-Z is top five of any top rappers list because he brags.

I do eat beef but right now I'm fasting
You don't even want it anyway why u acting??
Niggas want drama I'ma holla when I'm castiing

That's how to brag with wordplay . . . it's smart, so what's your problem??

'I never fall, stay on my feet like reeboks' and 'Coming at me is the only way you'll ever approach a star' . . . are crap?? Even Modenine wants to know what his stan is talking about.

And you dare mention cohesion in an M.I track?? I've said it before and I'll say it again, the day I find anyone better at delivering hiphop than M.I in Nigeria, I'll quit Arsenal and  stop listening to hiphop music.
FFS, he even deviated from the style he was using with Ice Prince when he said, this is real talk I had to restart . . . and multied it to the end.

You've implied it already that your pre-conceived opinions about M.I are a big part of this, so I'll just ignore you and talk to reasonable people.

I saw your comment on the wage differences between the two players.
In my opinion, I think Eduardo's wages(if it's as high as Dudu makes it sound) make it harder to get rid of him.
Clubs will be less willing to buy him without a pay-cut and would be really wasteful to let him go for free.

On the other hand, Vela is young, cheap, adapted to the Spanish game and experienced there.
He's more likely to end up in Spain this summer than Fab4.

Since u thought of it first, why nt give it a try

I had already stated some of d lines am uncomfortable with,d opening n d lack of cohesion

I dnt nid to post ether's punchlines when u knw they were direct punches in dat song
If it's not obvious how idiotic you make yourself sound sometimes, here's the proof.
I gave you two assignments, post the punchlines from Hit em Up and Ether and wear a rubber and give yourself a BJ . . . you failed on both.
You not capable of producing a coherent line of reasoning to back up your phantom claims so I'll emphasize again . . . you're a common hater.

Scratch that, a common hater is someone like Javalove, he still has a brain . . . you're just daft.
