hmm. its well. check university of Utah. its a top school in Engineering though but I paid about $25 or $35 for my app fee. that was the cheapest. I couldnt believe it, msinus do say utah has funding but I didnt get funding so you might want to ask the grad cord in the dept you are interested in. All the best, dont give up

Never attended one...but once had a Skype interview with some Yankee employer. Make sure you read his profile and research. Study his papers and understand his research interests.
Make sure some of ur skills align with his own.
Do you have any research experience?
Be confident and sound promising

OK... The free GRE went to Adazlolly when I finally roll of my bed I'm going to do it, I will also subsidize 2/3 other peoples GRE/TOEFL by 30% or so percent by registering it at #250 to $1. My whole budget for this thing is $400-$450 . between paying bills and some serious flexing here it doesn't leave much extra.

So I am going to stick to guys who mailed me first. Ipledge, chinewon88 and Venek . as a special concession to lagoismyhome (I'll see what I can do about teekay) . From my small experience you don't need WES just send the scratch card. Except the school requested for it specifically.WES is mostly for graduate courses.

I just read where you said it's for PhD. You should expect such because phd in stem comes with lot of funding and as such, the admission is highly competitive. Those that told you no funding had already given it to the best applicants. Keep on searching, you will still get yours.

You should widen your options to schools in Texas as well..try UTD,UTA and submit your application as early as you can. You should get funding with your profile for EE. Hope your LoRs and statement are really good too.
Another thing that can help your application is also to contact professors who's research work align with what you want, and then email them about your interest. Give them a call if you can. You should have read few of their papers before doing this, or they might not even reply your email.

once domain is sold/ completed. the fund will reflect in your bido account were you can now request withdrawer maybe you miss the part were you are suppose to tell the buyer to login to his bido account and click the confirmation button that he has receive the domain so the transaction will be complete immediately else you may have to wait for days/ contact support...so check it out.
