. Congratulations Adunnee. It has ended in praise. Please for your money market fund, apart from the statement of account you raised cse for, did you initially submit a reference letter for it? I was thinking of getting only a letter for my mmf stating the year I started and how much I have in it. Is it necessary to also do a soa for it? |

RalphJean: Nomad26: Please, can you help me explain how this worked previously for you.
You mean you £ from your UK bank (say Halifax for example) into your GTB £ Domicilliary account domiciled in Nigeria.
Then you change from £ to Naira (as needed) via black market rate in Nigeria?
Are you for real?
But you can’t go to a GTB branch in Nigeria and withdraw ££ from your £-denominated Dom Acct can you?
My previous experience with £-denominated Dom Acct was that: To fund it, I have had to go to black market l, bought the £ then return to bank and deposit it on the counter. To withdraw £ from the Dom account, the bank would use their CBN rate to convert and give me Naira equivalent.
Please can you help me explain how it worked for you previously? You can either pay in £ via cash or transfer into your domiciliary account and you withdraw same currency from it. The bank cannot convert to naira for you. You should take your money to be changed thru a bdc |

Please can we nominate 2-3 regular contributors here to start the next part ( At least one year of membership )?
The person with more nomination will start the next part
Quote this post and name the person.
Thank you. I nominate yemblaze. My reason: she is about to get ita, which means more chance to be with us for longer. Ladymarshall is our queen, undisputed. But I smell her ppr to very very near that means she can join the older elders to disappear soon. Let ladymarshall be in charge of updating our hall of fame, script marking, general adviser and queen of sass. Lol |

etrange: Thanks bro.
I intend to allow my job hunt determine where I will land. I was able to send applications to some coys with the help of a friend who's already in Canada. Though I'm yet to get a feedback, I'm open minded province wise. That's why I'm inquiring about the rents. Plus I heard one can't do first landing in Quebec, I don't know how true. Someone on this thread from the regular express entry landed in Montreal without any ish, I think it was Einsteino or so. (modified) I just checked Einsteino's posts now. He landed in Toronto and took another flight to Montreal |

etrange: Guys, what's the ideal house rent for a single guy in Calgary? Why do I feel like you would do well to land in Montreal You are bilingual... Montreal according to my research is lovely and cheaper than Calgary with more French speakers which is OK for you. From there you can network and follow the job to any province you choose without eating a deep hole into your pof. |

johnnybravo1990: This your story is somehow o. How can a VO rely on information he finds online which is not official. Did the VO invite the candidate for an interview to clarify things? I think there may be more to this story. Yes, an interview was conducted. The guy in question was also on the board of directors of another coy he didn't mention at all in his application because he thought it was not necessary. Unfortunately, the mistake cost him. |
