I doubt the German guy will come to Nigeria. You are right, he may never finish that house which tells me this story looks like a spiritual attack. A curse on the family...one son is died, one sister is considered an accessory and the only successful one among them killed his brother. We don't focus on spiritual things, but my guess is, a spirit is involved and that spirit is very angry.

On the other hand, it all depends on what the family wants to do. They might not even report he is around and I doubt we have a system in place to determine those wanted at points of entry. This is the third time you are going Ad hominem on me. I believe we can debate without insults at monikers.
My reason for that moniker is tongue in cheek because when I joined this forum there were a lot of fake Christians in the religion section and I used that moniker to move against false and fake doctrines by pretending to be confused and not knowledgeable about the contents of the Bible.
I am on the politics section to oppose Ibo supremacist agenda,which is the belief that Ibos are superior to other tribes and an agenda to dominate,subjugate and conquer other tribes spiritually, culturally and economically.
A 66 year report can not superceed the constitution that recognises a tribe as a stand alone people that are an independent entity and a seperate people.
Once again except the Ibo have a hidden agenda, they need to leave the Ikwerre people alone. They don't want to associate with the Ibo. They want to be alone and free. Why are the Ibo trying to force them to be part of an Ibo nation?
Please free the Ikwerre people to be on their own. They don't want to associate with you. It is not by force to be together.

As for your question on how Ibo became a bigger nation than the Ikwerre? History abounds with smaller nation states producing bigger states. You need to read up on a political theory called DIALETICS- the counter forces between THESES and ANTITHESES to produce a SYNTHESES. (The theory of two forces coming together in conflict to produce a new force)
Out of this ashes rises the phoenix. A new nation can come out of an old nation.
