Hm. Well said by Mr. Falana, SAN. Both cases are worsened by several litigations or undue interference by the courts. That if Rivers state is very clear, in that there was a Supreme Court ruling on that in 2012. How the courts want to set us back is unbelievable. In all, we just wait to see how they all play out. |
That’s exactly the way it is. Nigeria faced eight locust and famine years with Buhari. In just one day, his Inauguration day, Tinubu added pepper to the injury. He must address insecurity and hunger with all his might. Those are the first issues to take out of the way. All those “bear with us”, while the bull be palaces with federal resources are meaningless. Nigerians need cures to their problems and not these beating about the bush policies. If they have no plan or proper direction, it is not shameful to ask for assistance. |
maasoap:Show us the rejection, you supporters of irresponsible leaders. |
Mynd44:Abi, but the response of Aisha Yesufu to Bayo Onanuga is EPIC! With this TKO, sir my co-debaters, I put it to you that Bayo Onanuga has no response. By the way, what is the job of Mr. Bayo Onanuga? Is he the minister of defence of bad governance? |
Racoon:The shame of themselves is shaming them. Abi I talj that local English well? They will bear the burden in their closets. Nigerians go to same markets. The rich go with more money, but the lamentation is the same. So shame is shaming all of them. Even the baba himself, with nothing more to do, he said “e fokan ba le”. Shame of himself is shaming him too. |
Shikini:Oga is there any other issue discussed? |
Samakus:Where is the truth in your assumption? Do you want to say that at 38 she cannot conceive and have children? Have you reasoned that population wise, there are more women than men? Why would one woman not marry four men, if that was possible? But one man can marry twenty women and yet, the population difference remains what it is. You are probably under 30 and do not know that a lot of men choose women who are prepared, with experience and working class, to settle down with. There are uncountable men under that age, who marry women of that age, older than them. Do not have a worldview of such matters. Taking out a placard can be an indication of frustration, among other issues that could have led to her inability yo secure a husband. However, we can not place, on our own, a final judgement on her reasons. I wish her the best. If she has the attributes needed for a good wife, may she find success very soon. |
madridguy:Did you write your first comment without reading? Did anyone beg write a letter or beg your tin god Verydarkman to fix the borehole? Those who wrote to your last hope in life with your party, did they do anything? If your oga did something, would these decent men bother to fix boreholes, which are government responsibilities in the first place? Once again, follow good examples and be an example of good things too. |
Correct! |
madridguy:He followed a good example and met a need. Boreholes are not about beauty, but about provision of water in areas where government has failed and where they are needed. I have not heard of the APC government providing water in such communities in desperate need for clean water. Have you followed a good example that can make your location better? Do you have a good example to follow? If you fix a borehole, you’ll help either your community or another community. |
“Reclaim”? How? Where? Did APC as little as have a foothold in Anambra state, until Ifeanyi Ubah decamped from YPP last year? Unfortunately they have to contend with: LP APGA PDP Where will the victory come from, even with elections rigging? |
Obaaderemi2:We long passed where you responded from and clarified. Please read again. |
ExudeLoveToAll:Hm. The audacity was stinking. That one called Nwanosike conducted himself very badly. |
Olatundex22:Fubara learnt demolition tactics from Wike himself. Infact Wike once said that if you are his enemy within, he”ll leave the one outside and first destroy you the insider completely. Fubara learnt that and now has destroyed the inside enemy, Wike first. The governor of Kano understands that strategy and now uses it. That is the sadness of our country, where public structures are completely destroyed and rebuilt with public funds out of personal ego or interests. No one complains. |
Antoeni:Please can you get yourself a bottle of Star or Gulder beer, along with a bowl of fresh fish pepper soup? You stated it clearly they way it is. Have a good day bro! |
maasoap:But did you take your time to read what was said clearly? Do not jump to comments without proper understanding. A paper tiger and yet he is the governor of the state? If not for INEC and cheating, your so defined paper tiger roundly defeated Ganduje in 2019. The government of Kano has asked Bayero to vacate the mini palace, a property which belongs to the state government. Does the government of the state no longer have rights over their property? The police may be acting within their rights as a federal authority, by attempting to preserve peace in Kano state. However they have no right to keep someone in a property that belongs to another, in this case the government of Kano state. Police may choose not to carry out orders issued by state governments and governors. Infact governors have no rights over them. They only work hand in hand to ensure peace and security in their states or areas of jurisdiction. Police take orders from either the IG or the President. In this case, they have no right whatsoever to keep Bayero in that palace. The truth remains that Bayero embarrasses himself and the throne more. The throne of Kano is belittled each time this matter of contention comes up. Ganduje was very foolish to break up the respected emirate into five and Bayero was happy to keep one part. This governor has restored the entire emirates. Does Bayero want to benefit from what he was part of its break up in the first place? First he must return to his former position. Another governor may be there tomorrow who also removed Sanusi. For now, Bayero must stop disgracing himself and the throne and find some peace. |
OP, commensurate or commiserate? Anyway, that was an error. Kindly correct it. To the Sarakis, May God grant them the fortitude to bear the loss. Their father was a very well known philanthropist, right from his days around Eric Moore, Surulere, where he had his hospital, until he joined NPN and made politics his source of living. For those of you who rather than face the truth of APC’s locust years and say worthless remarks about Obi, you can continue living your miserable lives, well organized by APC in these nine forgettable years. While you cannot stand at the gates as gatemen, you can see the same politicians, who pretend to abuse themselves publicly, fraternizing publicly too. Bukola Saraki was younger than many of you when he got involved in politics. The same goes for Femi Gbajabiamila in the same area at Adeniran Ogunsanya. The rest as they say is history. |
God1000:But when Sanusi was deposed, Ganduje did not give him any opportunity. He ensured that the man was removed completely and sent to Nassarawa state. If not for Herbert Wigwe, who sent an aircraft to pick him and his family, it could have been a complete disgrace. Sanusi left without complaining. Bayern for now should stop the embarrassment to the Kano throne, by going back to where he came from. Abi e no get personal house or mansion? This governor can completely throw him out of Kano. |
RussellRutherfo:Olosho mum? But those ones are better than your mum with a stinking body and gorilla like appearance. I am sure she was picked up from the bush, a product of rape, with k-legs like broom sticks. Your misery makes you jealous of the Abiolas. You papa na total failure. A paraga drinker and complete ode. I know that you have no other job but stealing and begging to survive. If Abiola was a criminal, how can you define your vagabond father? Anyway as a thief that you are, you learnt your trade from your father. See you, see sniper or transformer. |
This is the first time that we are hearing such in this country, where workers are asking government to withhold their salaries. How will they survive, especially with the present economic realities? Or are they proving to us that they were all along embezzling public funds and have enough to sustain themselves? Are they afraid of the order by Fubara to probe their accounts? They can jolly well remain at home. I believe that they at the end will beg to have their salaries paid to them, especially those among them who are managing to run their homes. |
Hmm. What the is the concern of the south, where they exported their evil to, ravaging communities and destroying people’s lives and properties? They should have confined themselves to the north only. Anyway, such things only happen in Nigeria where anything goes. Would these wicked Fulani fellow have tried such in Europe or the USA? Even Iran which is the headquarters of terror export, would not have allowed them last one day. The had confidence then because their sons were in leadership positions. Government needs to wake up and do the needful to end banditry. |
RussellRutherfo:Na you and your papa be the bastards na. He was the one caught trying to smuggle in your name, to enable you reap where you did not sow. You know that stealing is in your blood? |
EreluRoz:Stop forming abeg. Na visa and ticket money you no get! |
OP, so why won’t you show us Sierra Leone/ Liberia? Or Mali/Niger? Nigeria has so many border areas and some are cleaner and better than others. We also have tiny routes not manned, leading to countries surrounding us. The Nigerian borders are not the worst in the world please. |
RussellRutherfo:Your father keh? Even a dead man is better than both of you. Tell him that he would have found a better job as one of Abiola’s gatekeepers, instead of insulting the deceased, whose shoes he would never in the figment of his fickle imagination have laced. Drop account number keh? Where will you get the money from? Stealing? Or breaking into people’s homes? Taa shut up. Even a rat is better than you. It takes a criminal to know one. Do not feel ashamed to confess. Bastard? You are even worse than one. Dregs like you should not open your bacteria filled mouth, where decent people talk. |
Can we safely say that these groups are carving their own nation out of Nigeria, while the authorities watch? |
Samakus:Sorry bro, she is in her prime presently. |
The yams seen there at 14 naira would have been about 14 or 15 big sizes in those cement head pans, used by Abokis to sell them. A bag of rice was sold for 32 naira, so the 10 naira seen there should be about 6 or 7 derica cups, with the jara added. Na Buhari // IBB // Abacha // Idiagbon scatter everything then as the military government. |
gidgiddy:Exactly. I still wonder how LP has become such a threat to other parties. From no structure to fear of OBIdients. Until our citizens begin to think about putting quality leaders into positions of power, they will continue to suffer the pains of underdevelopment inflicted on them by politicians. Having suffered so much and drawn into poverty by the recklessness of the leaders, by now, the citizens should be looking straight and avoiding further errors that put them into further misery. Unfortunately tribalism plays a very strong role in the hearts of the youths, beclouding their senses of reasoning and making them look at good candidates as horrible ones. |
Good riddance to bad rubbish! Fake OBIdients have been leaving since to join the parties where they were and still are members. Nothing to lose. Peace of mind intact. For us, we want a very decent nation, where we can have peace and joy. Not a nation tormented by a party (A)always (P)unishing (C)itizens. |
Samakus:At 38, who says she has passed her prime? |
Local government autonomy is a must for the nation. Enough of governors controlling state and local government resources. Local government brings developments much more closer to the people. |
