The same thing happens to me to, but after searching the web for solutions, i finally found answers.
1).Your sd card may be damaged. This is the most common reason.
2). The file may have been damaged from the site you downloaded it from.
3). Pauses during downloads also may cause damages to files.
4). Your android may be unable to accurately recognise the downloaded file. This isnt common but it should also be considered.
Solutions:
1). Try as much as possible to avoid pauses during downloads (especially with huge files).
2). Download from the store directly (google playstore).
3). Incase you dont like option 2, you can download from sites that combine the obb file and apk into one i.e XAPK files. Site like apkpure.com is your best bet. With the XAPK installer (download this one separately) you will have zero worries 'cos your obb and file will be installed together (just like how google playstore does theirs).
4. Try to use a friend's sd card and try extracting. If symptoms persists after 3 trials, please see your doctor — Lol, just kidding.
5). You can also download directly from the app itself.
6)....You still dey find more options after 5 solutions, huhn??.
Baba, just try all what i listed. One of them must work shaaaa ni.
if not, just do the number 4.

Please is dere anyway I can hide my phone ip.. cos I download crisis action d apk nd data so I put everything in order. .den I tried to play d game its asked for connection with server so after loading. .nd asked m to update it nd refer m to play store. .but says d game is not yet for m country. .pls any idea

its actually a multi purpose but specifically for downloads,it depends on hw you want,you could use it to browse the website and download or integrate it with other browser

your problem lies with uc browser,i want to blieve ur downloads pause and resume due to ntwrk flunctuatns? that makes uc download files corrupt try downloading with adm and auoid pauses when downloading

is it a browser. .should I search for it on by putting( adm) nd its gonna bring it

try using es file explorer if it still corrupt download it using another sd card maybe yours is corrupt or the golden panel has faded
