I have noticed she seem to have some sort of underlying issues with men - Based on her threads. The question off-course is will anyone here date her? Personally, I won't touch her with a gloves on. But maybe am wrong. ![]() |
debosky:Nigerians. . . Nigeria. . .Common sense. . . . Does not compute. |
RichyBlacK:I suggest you engage your brain so as to see the bigger picture. You are quick to criticise, yet when the same approach was applied to you, you start to moan. Gosh. The irony. This is not about me sir, this is about your ineffectiveness and next to uselessness as a mod. ![]() |
presido1:I have been to a few when I used to mod cars. http://www.safermotoring.co.uk/illegal-street-racing.html Major supermarkets carpark like Sainsbury, open field, disused estate or sometimes a quite street are used . ![]() |
Kenezi:No point, I wasn't picking on your errors perse, I just felt you are taking a personal approach towars another poster who may not have get the full grasp of your point. ![]() Also, you assume (understandably) that I am fervently against homosexual rights in your argument. My opinion is also that two people can do whatever they like in their own home, even with the bestiality issue. I might not like it, but it is ultimately up to them, as long as their behaviour does not have a strong effect on society at large.I did? Pardon me. I was actually trying to explain why people who tolerate homosexuality may not have such tolerance towards bestiality. However, my stance here is, if homosexuals were to gain the right to get married or whatever, by following the same logic, incest, bestiality and other such must be legalised. Otherwise, it is an aberration and double standard of the law. I don't agree with the flavour of the week morality some places in the world have taken.Again I agree with you here to some extent. In a society, not everything is clear cut as there are deciding factors like I explained previously. So on the issue of your logic of double standards, while is logical in theory, it is not the same in real life or practice. For example, It is double standards and morally wrong for people to suffer while a select few embezzle the money back home. The society can never be perfect in that sense and as a result, there will always be a double standard of some kind at any given point. ![]() Norms change and "develop" in many ways. I'm sure when homosexuality became condemned in Ancient Greece and Rome, those against it said "who are you to object to the development of our norms and way?"Just because, it is outlawed in some place do not mean it won't come back or happen in another place. Slavery was abolished in 1865 in most places, and as a result many places do not practice this form of inhumane practices. You will expect this to have gone away right? No, it is STILL happening in Chad, Sudan and a few sub-Saharan nations. While may not be normal or be the norm to us, it is completely acceptable in these place. You see, what I mean by saying just because homosexuality was frowned at in Greece back then, do not mean it is right or wrong to be honest. Also, until about 100 years ago, the world was a strong stance worldwide against many things, including homosexuality. Since we live in a society that is ever changing, you should hold your breath. Many thousand years ago, we were hunters and gatherers. Interesting how things have moved on since then isn't? Personally, I have no problem if two people of same sex - whether related or not - consented to sleeping with one another or engage in all sort of "diabolical" sexual act. It is their body and in the private of their home. Just the same way, I have intimacy with my woman and do not make it a public issue. ![]() |
CyberG:Okay, let us not argue. My point is that, the example you gave do make Nigeria a failed state. After all, same/similar thing happens in places that are meant to be a proper state. That is my point sir. |
CyberG:Your view is on the wrong side. In the US ad UK, roads, car parks et al are locked for the purposes of illegal street drag race from time to time and hell yeah accident do occur. There are laws here, but it still happens. You see, that do not make Nigeria a failed state. ![]() |
And you suck even more for posting old news. This happened about 3 days or so and here you are. Welcome. ![]() |
Dr Know:I see what you mean, but the way it was used by the reporter is wrong. Joyriding is just car theft by a teenage for the sole purpose of thrills and then dropping it in a corner. |
Pfft, the drifers do not know how to drift or power slide. Even the J-turn reeks of amateurish characteristics. This is bad journalism at least, wtf do street racing/drifting have to do with poverty? Give me a break, there are other things the reporter to compare it to if he is hell bent on making a point. I.e money embezzled by politicians instead of using it for intended purpose. For the record, the proper term is Drift/street racing, not Joyriding. Joyriding is when a car is stolen - usually by a teenager - and just takes it around for a ride and then dumps it on a street corner. Yeye reporter. |
otawa:I am inclined to believe that you are talking shi.t. Especially, if you cannot post a source to back up your allegations. I hope that is fair enough? UN forces are there due to the problem the nation have. Please look up in the history of Haiti before you opening your gob. You made that statement before and again I am asking you to provide facts to back up your story. Just dont talk, any idio.t cant that. Here are the REAL reasons it was signed over:http://www.reuters.com/article/idUSN1513622820100116 And your point is what exactly? Nigeria have not offered a statement and that means what? Japan is yet to offer a statement and that means what? You really need to put on your thinking cap - if you have any. You are weird. Why try it on Haiti, when it could be tested on iran? I.e if there is anything to test in the first place. ![]() |
otawa:YOu make me laugh. In a disaster zone, the whole idea is usually to have a managed approach and to avoid further risk or death if necessary. The morgue is full and as a result a make-shift morgue will have to me made. These things take time. In the mean time, priority in my opinion will be on Search and rescue, looking after the injured, managing survivors, having a fit-to-drink water station in place etc. Not picking up dead bodies. While bodies can potentially spread disease, it is necessary to priorities first. Jeez. Nah wah o. I am guessing you applied for visa but them no give you abi? ![]() |
Kobojunkie:To further highlight the irony. . . .He/she appears to be talking in Americanised English. lmao. ![]() |
I aint no physicist or semiologist, but from the little how I know, I am finding it hard to comprehend how one can "redirect" the after shock waves and energy? Tesla Electromagnetic Pulse, Plasma and Sonic technologySay what? These - plasma and sonic technology - have been around for long and it is highly improbably to direct this sort of approach for causing earthquake. I guess by "Tesla Electromagnetic pulse, the article is referring to EMP? Again, this have been around for ages and if deployed can cause electronics units to fry i.e disrupt their activities but used in an earthquake? I am very sceptical. ![]() I am calling shenanigans on this article. It proves nothing, but uses existing tech and disaster history to put forward a claim that the US is responsible. |
metal-gong:Please don't insult Kosovo. |
Devonian:Even though you have 8 post to your name? Care telling us who you really are? ![]() |
It is not always true. If you have your papers then you won't pushed about. However, they are known to employ double standards. They offer holders of British passport and American passport more money than say someone holding a Nigerian or Ghanian passport. Also it is a general misconception to assume they are religious simply because they are Arabs. They are human too and can be just like any other human - i.e act in crazy ways. |

SapeleGuy:That is one of the many reasons I take news like this with a pinch of salt. In my first year at Uni, I did Forensic Science [and Microbiology] before changing. During this time, I learnt a great deal about collecting and preserving evidence. I also learnt about Burden of proofs and various court system etc. With the way these people [efcc] go on with their investigation. There is no way they will get a conviction in most courts. If they do though, it would be squashed on appeal or retrial. Majority of these people working on the case have no idea of effective case management. They are just there to make up the numbers of thugs wearing the efcc badge I swear. |
RichyBlacK:It is true. You perfectly demonstrated that during your time as a mod. |
Tsiya:Speaking of slavery, If Arabs in the time of Muhammed have black as slaves, It makes sense that the modern day Arab still have these traits - Sudan anyone? |
Dog food? Dog as a pet is not allowed in the Kingdom. Or is she using a figure of speech? Having said that, there have been several reports in similar tone. I just hope some sort of expose or investigative journalism is done on this issue. |
Some people are just thick in the head. Hey are the following any proofs? His dad - Na naija man Him sef talk say e be naija. Authorities don refer to am as Nigerian There already existing thread on this acknowledging he is Nigerian. . . . Nah wa for some Nigerians. ![]() |
Kenezi:You mean "Drivel"? While I am not the type to pick on grammar, at least get it right before you attempt to come across as condescending. Kenezi:I personally see where you are going with your arguments. But let me play along. Yes two consenting adult can do whatever they want in the private of their own home. This in itself should be nobody's problem. On the other hand, two opposite sex or same sex of same family or sibling are free to do what they want. There goes your crunch point I guess. Off course on the issue of Bestiality, any person is free to engage in all kind of sexual act with an animal away from public gaze, whether this is acceptable or not is up for debate. The issue here off course is what a society allows, what is perceived as the norm and what isn't. While this appear to be where you are pushing your point, you are forgetting that tradition, custom and value change overtime. At the point these changes is coming across, there are bound to be people who object to it [you and those against homosexuality, bestiality and other sexual act considered "immoral"], then you have people who have no issues with it [Me and a few others]. Kenezi:No sir, it is not clear cut like that. It sucks that you see the need to get personal, please get off your pedestal. The society in which one lives in determines what is normal, the norm and what isn't by a wide range of factors. These factors are continuously dynamic via interaction and hence are subject to change. Hence why it become a difficult one to have a definition for what is accepted/normal/norm and what is not. For example, as of 1944 people perceived as witches [Helen Duncan] were been prosecuted in England. As at then, this is okay, but fast forward, can that ever happen again? Funny how times moved on right? The point I am making is that right about now, the majority of the society in Nigeria at least perceive homosexuality as a threat of some kind and as result given them illogical fears and unexplainable phobias. This will obviously make people speak out against homosexuality and as a result will be perceived as "immoral" "ungodly" etc. However, due to dynamic integration of societal elements, there is now a gradual shift from what is currently perceived as normal back home when it comes to homosexual. Ten years ago, these folks won't even come out, but as it stands now, they protest every now and then, and are making their voices heard. Will they be successful in altering these dynamic interactions to become accepted as the norm? Let me put it this way, if England can do away with burning witches at the stake - a tradition that is over hundreds of years old - who are you to or anyone to object to a change in the development of our norms and way? ![]() On the issue of bestiality, there is a strong stance across the world against this one, hence why some people who may be okay with homosexuality may be against it. Since we live in a society that is ever changing, I am not holding my breathe on this one. |
yeswecan:Cool. I get it now. ![]() |
yeswecan:I am not too sure if your post was directed at me or bluetooth, hence my reply. |
yeswecan:It may be of interest to know that Homosexuality pre-dates the bible and quran. ![]() |
~Bluetooth:What a joke you are. You have already involved sentiments, the moment you wanted people killed, just because they find people of the same sex attractive. I mean, where is the logic? Speaking of logic, you have failed to provide any. Bawolomo already highlighted the point I was going to make. No one is ignoring anything, so far you are yet to show how homosexuality affects you. It won't be such a problem, but there are many more ignorant people like yourself in Nigeria, African and other parts of the world. |
~Bluetooth:I will give you another chance. Please explain to me as to how homosexuality is affecting you or your life. Before you answer, please engage your brain, common sense and logic. ![]() |
~Bluetooth:Using logic and common sense please explain to me as to how homosexuality affects you as a person? ![]() |
~Bluetooth:Yeah I agree. Let us apply a check and balance mentality towards your race. Let us deny your race basic rights, let us persecute them. . , It will be awesome and help prevent this world from turning into a terrible place. |
@Str8talk. So they are BOTH hiding under the claim of being congenitally unhingedYou are full of crap. Conversely, same arguments can be used for a heterosexual, therefore the point is moot. And that is me putting it nicely. He chooses to use that part of the body that is meant for evacuating waste - so he chooses this abnormal application of anatomyYou will find a lot of Heterosexual people try out ana.l s,ex. Does that make them gay? Is the mouth designed for giving fluting? No it isn't, but my god plenty of people like it. Is the tongue designed for licking punanni? Not at all, but plenty of ladies love it. You see, your arguments are useless.A grown man or woman can do whatever they want with their body, who the heck are you to object? Just go to your home town and announce to your parents that you are a homo and you will see their reactionYour point is? What is that got to do with the issue I raised? Those environments are infectious. Homosexuality is a lifestyle thing!I am a man of proof, once you give me proof I will take you serious, in the mean time, you are an idi.ot for spouting such drivel. But the more homos you have, the higher the chances of some them taking pleasure by forceThat is non-sense. There are more heterosexuals in the world, do they go around forcing people? You are once again showing an illogical fear, this my friend is called "Homophobia".And how will homos help procreation? How is that your concern? Plenty of people who are straight do not have kids and they live their lives just fine. I think you may have better understanding once you move away from your rigid and idioti.c mentality. |
