Omololu007:In short all those who have chopped our national cake. But I'd leave children out of it sha. |
mightyhazell:Oh is that so. Even without killings in the east you guys will still look for some fake doctored pictures and claim genocide. Victim mentality. |
Ziggylady:Paranoia. |
izombie:But we both know this is never going to happen. Because this is Nigeria. Nigeria is a foregone conclusion. No hope for that country. |
mightyhazell:Puhleeeze... Let us hear word. Blah blah blah... Where is the killing spree of Igbos? Why do you guys love lies and fake propaganda so much? You come online and beat your chest that Igbo land is the best and Igbos are the best and how they are colonizing Lagos and how they are the best tribe in Africa Then with the same breathe you start wailing and weeping about how the fg of Nigeria has marginalized you and how y'all are suffering. Who takes you guys seriously anyway? All you do is provide comic relief for the rest of the country. |
Ogonimilitant:Is that why you are crying and shouting and wailing for freedom everyday? |
[quote author=Ziggylady post=68041362] Igbos 'flood' 'Yorubaland' because of variety of reasons...First of all this is 'one' Nigeria, therefore the mantra of 'yorubaland accomodating' anyone is nonsense..They have no freaking choice!..Yoruba generally dislike Igbos but are not courageous enough to carry out any 'progrom' of any sort..They would rather someone else do it while they work behind the scene..factsI believe you were not even conceived during the Babangida/Abacha era. When Babangida annulled the election results and the west was starting to boil guess what happened? Hundreds of thousands of Igbos packed themselves aboard trailers and headed to the east from the west for fear of their lives. I understand that chest beating is passed down from one Igbo generation to another genetically. The Yorubas love peace. The Hausas up north have been massacring you since time immemorial, yet you still go there because anywhere is better than home for you guys. My father retired as a top Direactor from FCAA(Feferal Civil Aviation Authority) when Lagos was the capital of Nigeria till Abacha completed the relocation...He retired and stayed back in Lagos because he had a thriving business then..That was how we his kids had something to do with Lagos...and that was how i got to know how Yorubas are and how their mind works. So your father trained you with money he earned as a NIGERIAN civil servant? What a shock!? He retired and stayed back in Lagos. Why didn't he retire to his village in the east? He had a thriving business. Where? In Yoruba land. Why didn't he go to the east to start a thriving business? You are just an ungrateful lout who thinks the average Yoruba person is out to get them when they don't even think about you on a normal day. The mulitplier effect of Lagos being the former Capital of a third-World country like Nigeria, having the most viable Sea-port,Airport and other FG-orchestrated infrastructure in Lagos and environs and by extention Sw is better imagined...Is Ibadan also a former Capital of Nigeria? How about Akure, Ogbomosho, Ilesha, Ogun, Ife and so on? Why are your people all over the place like lice? We are very different people, culturally and all..we also have very different history, therefore you have no right to tell us how to chart a course for ourselves..I agree we are very very different people. But we haven't come to invade your home. You are the ones in our faces. Go back home then you'll have the moral gumption to call Yorubas unprintable names. Staying here and yarning rubbish about Yoruba mind is beneath you. Living in the midst of the people you so desperately hate must be an ulcer in your life. It is only a retard who will keep doing the same thing and expect different result, you just keep trying and adjusting to times while keeping the pressure on by any means necessary till we get our desired result..I'm glad you used the word retard. Now look at all your efforts to achieve Biafra and tell me they aren't the same since the 60s. I do not hate Yorubas on a personal level and in the general sense, but i am honest enough to admit that politically most Igbos and Yorubas are extremely different with extremely divergent views. Is that what you tell yourself whenever you are with your Yoruba "friends" in real life? That you don't hate Yorubas on a personal level? That you hate them on a general level perhaps? You are living in denial. Let me open your eyes. You hate Yorubas and I'm sure you'd want to see them hurt deeply because of what you've heard about the civil war. It doesn't really matter. You know why? Yorubas are all out there trying to make a living and not exactly giving a flying fvck about your issues against them. Do yourself a favor and stop lying to yourself that you don't hate Yorubas. It's very obvious from your posts on Nairaland. At least be truthful and own up to that. |
Movic1:16 billion dollars was what they spent to procure darkness for Nigerians. It won't be too much to ask that all politicians since 1999 be hung from the neck until they be dead. |
lexy2014:He was more than a buffoon. He was just a figurehead. |
sexdoll:Ziggylady see ya life? Anybody that opposes you guys is Afonja. What a shame. |
Ziggylady:Yorubas are extremely malicious yet you flood Yoruba land to live in peace and raise families and prosper in business, yet Yorubas are extremely malicious? Now who is the malicious one? Nobody is stopping you from agitating and making noise about your proposed republic but you guys are already constituting yourselves into a nuisance. There are better ways to realize your Biafra, but you've chosen the impossible route. You can only achieve Biafra if you come cap-in-hand to become allies of Yorubas and other minority ethnic groups in Nigeria. With the Yorubas solidly behind you you'll achieve Biafra faster. That's sure But since you've allowed your parents to poison your mind about Yorubas then you'll continue to run in circles and not make any progress. And yes I'm proudly Yoruba. I don't hate Igbos. I don't even think about it. The only place I encounter that word "Igbo" is here, on Nairaland. And I guess that's the same for every other Nigerian who isn't Igbo. You'd think there wasn't any other tribe in Nigeria. Always whining about how much you are hated. Work with the Yorubas so that you can achieve freedom. |
How do you want importers of refined oil to make their billions and settle those in government with millions? Electricity productions and distribution is not rocket science, even countries with less than half of Nigeria's yearly income have very stable electricity supply, yet its the same question. How do you want generator importers and electric power officials to make their money if everything is working fine in that sector. Now apply this principle to all the other sectors of the economy that is about to collapse and you'll understand why the country is not working and can never work. |
Lol. Master scammer You promised them NOTHING so you gave them NOTHING. |
Ziggylady:Of course you do. That's why all we've heard from you guys for the last 50 years is crying and weeping and whining like babies. Besides, how did you just jump to the conclusion that I'm Yoruba? Are they cause and source of your nightmares? |
kennygee:Don't bother responding to that crackpot. Most of them are teenagers with some megabytes on their phones. A lot of them should still be parentally supervised. |
adadike:Like they've used the previous ones for the good of the people, abi? |
I oppose their demands. Show us what you've done with the one you've gotten since 1999. The amount of money each south south oil producing state has gotten since democracy's return to Nigeria is enough to make the whole place another Dubai. They are looking for more money to embezzle. |
As long as the towns crippled are all in the east, then no shaking. I'd even advise them to do a full month sit-at-home to further remember Ojukwu and Kanu. |
Who wants a cuckolded man as president? Shouldn't we have learnt our lesson with Jonathan the ineffectual buffoon? |
Does she know her father is a thief and an embezzler and he'd be in jail if Nigeria wasn't a banana republic? |
Always whining and crying and sobbing. Get a life will you. The people in Benue state are facing systematic ethnic cleansing, you won't see them online forming cry baby. Are you guys the only tribe in Nigeria? Rubbish! |
Duplantis? I think the root word for that is Dupe. The man is a dupe. I just pity the senseless idiots who call themselves "Christians". |
So they lay a beam then they pose for a picture. Every year Nigeria turns out engineers in their thousands, yet all I can see are white faces in that picture. O ma shey o. |
Maybe if you spent your time trying to get a job instead of hanging out with "platonic female friends", then you won't have to pay for her drinks. But if you've asked her to hang out with you, then you're duty bound to be the man in that scenario. |
Paralysing economic activity for nothing. Doesn't make any difference. I'm sure most people didn't come out because of fear of what the pro-Biafra group would do if they did. Anyway, what do I know. |
pocohantas:Being "pro-me" is quite different from being self serving. Another word of self serving is selfish. |
People who overrate marriage should come and learn. |
pocohantas:While I understand that this is your opinion and you are entitled to it, I can't helping noticing how self serving it is. But then almost every action man takes is in a way self serving. Yet there's something called true love and money doesn't answer everything. Having said that, the lady cheated twice (infidelity makes my skin crawl) so I wonder how she'll have a stable home. Anyway, it's her life. She alone will have to bear the consequences (good or bad) of her actions. |
Before nko? |
Ahn han...is that how she used to twerk in class ni? No wonder all her male students failed woefully. Mtscheeeew.. |
cbrass:I'll take that under advisement. |
cbrass:What would you have me do? Criticism also has its place in building a democracy, you know. |
