Christianity Etc › Re: Pastor Paul Enenche Arrives Benue In A Private Jet by Elxandre(m): 4:43pm On Feb 09, 2019
HigherEd:
If he likes let him type. With all his typing these ministeries are not showing any sign of financial stress. Quite a while ago I was genuinely concerned that the attacks on churches could collapse many churches.

But you see many fail to give enough credit to the origin of Nigerian pentecostalism. Pentecostalism an American import is more or less the most adaptive strain of Christianity. If all of the hostility in US couldn't end TD Jakes, Copeland, Creflo etc then Freeze and his likes are too small. Joel Osteen still fills a 90,000 auditorium in USA a very enlightened country.

Put an Enenche in Sweden or Denmark and you would be shocked how a so called atheist country will begin to have explosive christian growth.

Today there are over 700 branches of rccg in UK,this in a continent where traditional churches are unfortunately closing daily. The oyedepo's, adeboye's, enenche's have studied the templates of Oral Roberts, Hagin, Yongi cho and know exactly how to thrive in the harshest environment.
700 branches mostly filled with Nigerians/Africans in diaspora!

I would be more impressed if these mega Pastors preached to the commoners in the streets and bus stops, than flying into luxury venues to spread "the word".

And Buhari has used the same federal resources along with the input of osinbajo from the south west to ensure the road to his hometown has been well tarred
Doesn't make it right if, especially if his Town's road isn't a federal road.
Politics › Re: Atiku Abubakar And Peter Obi On "The Candidates" Live At 8pm Tonight. by Elxandre(m): 9:02pm On Jan 30, 2019
Tetehjewels:
Well he was VP for 8 years and even the road to his own hometown he could not do. He only enrished himself in Adamawa which is why even the prince in Adamawa instructed his people not to vote for him
Why is he supposed to use Federal resources to repair roads in his village?

That would just be nepotism.

Phones › Re: Xiaomi Launches In Africa To Compete Against Tecno, Itel And Infinix by Elxandre(m): 8:15pm On Jan 22, 2019
asuustrike1:
That is what am saying it is either their quality reduces to compete favourably with tecno or they stick to their high quality brand to loose the market. Should they stick to low quality like tecno, many Nigerians will not buy them because of the perception of their brand. Should they stick to high quality like Samsung few persons like yourself will buy their product. So it will be a difficult situation for them because they will have to think well before dishing out their brand. Remember that Nokia operating on android platform is still having difficulty to sell well in Nigeria because of the saturated market.
You are definitely not familiar with Xiaomi.

They make more quality phones than TECNO, while being cheaper.

asuustrike1:
I laugh angry grin grin grin grin grin grin. That a product does well in some countries doesn't mean it will in Nigeria or Africa. Xiaomi should be ready for fierce battle if they enter the African market. But I pity them their standard will fall on the long run. Samsung were not foolish when they stick to premium quality
What are you saying?
Has TECNO ever had anyone with superior quality phones at cheaper price points compete against them?

Xiaomi is an Elephant in the smartphone scene. Unless they increase their pricing when they launch in Africa, they will dismantle TECNO.

Celebrities › Re: #whatif: Seun Kuti Wins The First Grammy Award As A Nigerian Based Artist? by Elxandre(m): 4:53pm On Jan 21, 2019
I personally feel his sound is outdated.
It's just like doing what fela did 40 years ago in a worse way.

Every Musician should have his unique style.
As it stands, the Fela kids have no independent identity.
Imagine him doing Affobeats with modern instrumentals and beats like the likes of Wizkid or BurnaBoy, but making sense, and singing meaningful lyrics, he might have had wide spread acceptance in Modern Nigeria.

Did u say bad camera? What a joke. Installing modded camera apps is not surprising, Xiaomi has one of the largest numbers or developer base in the world and their hardware is built in such a way that it can work with a multiple array of software tinkering.

Being able to unlock the bootloader officially to harness the full potential of the phone is one reason people will continue to buy Xiaomi phone. Techy lovers and tinkering enthusiasts find it a perfect companion and speak about their adventures, thus the reason you hear so much about it..

Make u try open bootloader for Huawei phone Na.

NB: I don't use a Xiaomi phone yet but that doesn't mean I'll speak ill of what I don't understand.
You have sense.

He has to be an Alpha male with good sense of humor.
Family and God is everything to me so he should have same values.
I'm not tribalistic but Igbo would b ideal. He should be presentable, like he mustn't b the dark version of Aquaman. If u dream of being a dad soon, then good

Other attributes of a serious and focused male will b appreciated.
Virgin males plus those in their 20s should keep off please.

No time waster should bother, plus if u don't even know where u headed don't bother.
God is everything to you, but you don't want a Virgin cheesy grin

So you rather bear the 'bugs' and live with them than for the thread to go 'mundane'? Wow! How selfless.

The issue now is that the 'life experience' sharing' act is looking more tainted with sentiments than reality.

I'm still wondering how a midrange smartphone won't be able to handle 4 open chrome tabs, let alone one made by a popular brand.
With MIUI, it's possible, though the Ram management is admittedly better with miui 10, but it's still not the best.
You need a 4gb Xiaomi to use MIUI without issues.
Brands no pay us for marketing na, so we suppose take am easy with defending every of their flaws.
