Truth be told. Peter Obi is the only candidate who talks and acts like he understands the mechanics to driving Nigeria to the part of forward trajectory. Listen to Tinubu without bias, listen to Atiku, listen to Wike , listen to all of them. They talk theories which had never been tested anywhere and doesn't add up. They are simply interested in getting power and clearly have no idea what Nigeria needs to thrive. Listen to Obi and you see a man who has taken time to study other countries who are or were where we are today, and what they did to get it right. Nigeria the choice is yours. Vote based on your ethnicity and keep going on the downward trajectory or vote someone who seems to understand what to do. I think a time would come when people who have no jobs or businesses or ambition must never be allowed to vote. You must not vote if you have nothing to stake. If you have businesses I'm sure you'd care more about voting who would create a better environment for your business rather than someone who speaks your language |
Wike is perpetually drunk. Being loud mouthed isn't what Nigeria needs in 2023. Buhari has taught us that we cannot afford to fail again in 2023. We need issue based politics, not thuggery and money baggism. Mr Peter Obi is the only one that has my confidence for now. I hope more of his likes emerge in APC too. |
Hello boss. I'm interested in this for y brother I have a few questions 1. How much does this training program cost? 2. How long does the program last 3. How many equipment are one trained on during the process? 4. Do they help with job placements? Thank you |
Moderator could you pls move this to the front page? I need to get more opinions . Super important. Thank you |
I am not sure if this thread already exists here. Please do direct me if it does already. Anyway here's the gist. I have a younger brother who is returning back to Nigeria from Dubai after being there for 4years. Visas can't be renewed for Nigerians and we don't want him to stay illegally. So his plans is to look for a business to invest in when he returns. But I'd love to suggest to him about learning how to operate caterpillars. I want him to consider that career line. But I wanna know how lucrative this is in Nigeria and how to get into this industry. Possibly who to approach and begin the process of learning. Anyone who has knowledge in this industry should tell us more.. Thank you |
US-based Prof Moses Ochonu from Benue State wrote... "You asked “where are the Igbo candidates?” You derisively said “the Igbo are not ready.” You challenged the Igbo to produce credible candidates with capacity. You claimed that no Igbo politician has national appeal. You say the Igbo are not united, as if the other groups that have produced presidents are united. What you didn’t say is that you’re campaigning for a non-Igbo president. Nothing wrong with that, but be honest and don’t knock the nation-building imperative of having a competent Igbo as president. What you didn’t say is that you’re probably one of the Nigerians who, for reasons known only to them and God, have a thing against the Igbo or detest the idea of seeing an Igbo man lead Nigeria. Now that Peter Obi, a competent, credible Igbo politician with national appeal, has declared for the presidential contest, I wonder what your new talking points will be. My bet is that you won’t have new talking points but that you will go back to the old familiar talking point of 1) “Obi has no structure (meaning he doesn’t have enough dollars to throw around)”; 2) “the Igbo cannot be trusted”; and “the Igbo don’t have the number,” etc. Deep down, you know that the Igbo deserve the presidency more than any other major politico-ethnic bloc. Deep down, you know that Peter Obi is by far the best material of all the candidates that have declared their interest in the major parties so far, since he has no baggage of corruption, is relatively young, has demonstrated capacity by recording arguably the best gubernatorial tenure since 1999, and is self-aware and self-critical. You say you don’t just want an Igbo president but that you’d be happy with a president of Igbo extraction who is competent. You have that in Peter Obi, but you can’t bring yourself to support him because you’re prejudiced against his ethnic community, a prejudice you hide behind the specious rhetoric of “politics is a game of numbers” and “power is taken, not given.” You know deep down that an Igbo presidency would be the best, most significant investment in nation-building in our fractured and extremely divided nation since independence, but you can’t get past your prejudice or the suspicions you’ve been socialized to harbor towards the Igbo. You know that having a competent and proven Igbo as President could permanently address and satiate the legitimate complaints of political exclusion and its attendant separatist agitation, and that, as an added benefit, it could repair some of the economic and political damage and stagnancy of the past decade, but you somehow can’t bring yourself to accept the fact that an Igbo person who checks all the boxes and meets your own declared criteria for the presidency is ready and available to serve in that role. The next thing we may hear from you is “2023 is not their time,” or “let the Igbo work with other groups to produce an Igbo president in the future.” This attitude is escapism, hypocrisy, self-contradiction, and duplicity rolled into one deceptive rhetoric that hides an Igbophobic mindset. And yes, Igbophobia is a thing (many of us are still fighting the civil war mentally), and unless we confront it and have an honest conversation about it as a nation, national cohesion will continue to elude us". #copied.

Tinubu the youth leader. Guys this is not propaganda. Watch this video posted by Adeola Fayeun and tell me what you see. Watch Tinubu's left hands movement . The truth is. People encouraging this man to run are evil and selfish. 1. He is corrupt 2. He is sick 3 . He is incapable. From this video. Tinubu either hands an early stage Parkinsonism or he is terribly sick with something else and needs a serious medical attention. Tinubu belongs to the hospices and not aso rock https://fb.watch/bsKex3KI4E/ |

Lies and more lies. You actually can't. Russia cannot go down economically without the rest of the Europe. 75% natural gas, and 40% of all fuel Europe gets come from Russia. Price of products and services would shot up in the whole of Europe the moment they decide to take the sanctions seriously. As of now na month they still dey make. Germany still paying Russia heaving via Nord stream 1. Mind you nord stream 2 was only being halted, not canceled. Europe is no fool. They know they are not ready for a life post Russian gas and oil yet |
Ok now that IMF have backed enaira I'll gladly go with bitcoins |
There have been videos making rounds online claiming Tinubu peed on himself . Let's factcheck how true this claim is. Two different clips have emerged. The first clip showed the dependent side of Mr BAT wet and some people have claimed that it is doctored while others have claimed it it sweat. Can sweat be that heavy to soak through his underwear, trouser, first upper dress and then agbada considering that his upper body does not show any signs that it is hot or sweaty in that room. Other claim that if it was pee that the front part should have been wet and not the bottom. No there's something called enuresis (or urinary incontinence) It is not like the kind of urination that come with pressure and pushing through. It's more like drips because your external penile sphincter is not longer competent to hold back and so little streams drips past and gets ur dependent areas soaked without you knowing it . The second video Reno Omokri posted clearly shows where BAT men mentioned that he needed to pee. https://m.facebook.com/story.php?story_fbid=496399095185606&id=100044465588234 Verdict.. Yes. BAT peed on himself

Don't flog him, teach him. That's exactly why he was there in the first place. If he knew all you expected of him already then he wouldn't be there in your class. E no sabi book na why he come school. If he sabi book he for no dey school na. |
hell yeah. I didn't have to do it but I did anyway because some of my childhood friends were doing it back in the day So it was sometime in 2004 after my junior weac and I had a lot of time waiting for my result before I proceeded to senior secondary school. I asked my parents to let me do it and they obliged. I hawked soft drinks (carried full crakes of chilled Pepsi mixed with mirinda and seven up) in onitsha main market. I also carried yam tubers for market women from river Niger to their shops in ose market. Maybe na why I no too tall now. I remember when I would get too tired and would sit in front of someone's shop for a little minute just to rest and continue. Come see as them go pursue me: calling me lazy and telling me to go continue my hustle. Men those where learning experiences. Glad I didn't have to do this to survive. It was all fun for me, and of course I made some little cash I took to school for flexing.. Now I pity those kids who do these so they can survive. |
You should understand this. The bank has no right to move out the money without the consent of the receiving account holder. Be it erroneous or not. How do you think the bank can confirm that the payment was erroneous if the other party did not confirm such? What if you made a payment for a good or service you have received but then dubiously went to claim your payment back after receiving ur goods? Be patient and "pray" like you're told. The receiving account owner can claim the payment was made for a good or service he offered you and all the bank can do is advise you to seek a legal help. Nothing more |
Nairaland is no longer hiding its partiality topics Igbo people. Bring out anything from the past againt Tinubu or a Youraba politician and it'd never make front page. But against Igbos..firm.. on the front page we might be considering staging a walk out of Nairaland.com soon and leave this platform for Seun and his youruba modes |
Olorin burukun presidential hopeful. Tinubu escobar |
Good people of Nigeria, may you never receive a call from Buhari, today and forever.

SportsHD:you are being sentimental. I don't care what your personal experience is in whatever country you stay, I care about being objective here. Be it white or black or green, she is an Anambra woman by marriage and she is as qualified as anyone else from Anambra. Quit being petty. That woman has shown more interest in Igbo culture than your so many Igbo people whom because they were born in Abuja and Lagos and, have refused to teach their kids Igbo language but are proud to flaunt their Yoruba or Hausa Speaking prowess . I repeat again. She is qualified. |
Nigerians are hypocrites . We celebrate when someone of Nigerian decent gets appointed or elected into high offices in other countries but then we abhor people we consider foreigners having high offices in our country. And by the way.. this woman is Anambrarian by marriage and that qualifies her. |
Chances are he is cheating. Not on you but with you. Someone else might be the real girlfriend and you're the side chic. You gerrit? |
Cownu, mental animalistic murderer that has brainwashed his human eating cannibals. Na flags dem take murder Mr Akinluyi in cold blood in day light? Continue supporting evil and multiple deaths of innocent igbos. Karma has everyone's address anyways. ******************************************* Look at how the animal Cownu denied his brainwashed animals yesterday as Judas carry Bros J deny......
people reading your post on nairaland would think you cared about Nigeria until you start supporting Tinubu, then boom... you're just some selfish broke boy who cares more about the little 30k he gets. Pathetic that that unemployment and unemployment has blocked the ability of Nigerian youths to think right |
Richest Pastor. Remind me how you made your wealth again? Oh he is fearful cos his blind followers may one day open their eyes to realize that they are being scammed. |

6 bedroom apartment all en suit. Still on it. Source of finance? Usdt p2p
|
EraseTheDot:which should come first? Interest of your people or the Interest of the party? Little wonder why Tinubu has kept quite and at best defended the Fulanis while they butcher his people. He doesn't care about them anyway. His sole interest is his party |
tctrills:you must not know anything if you think anyone gets anything for free. Most of those vaccines are paid for by the loans taken from world bank and other world monetary institutions and guess what? No one ever pays back those monies. Check how much USA and other first world countries owe if you think this is a joke. So basically the whole world pays for these vaccines hence distribution should be equitable. But that's no the case |
They hoard tthe vaccines for themselves and only push it over to Africa when it's one month to expire. Then blame us when they get expired. Fools |
Megateq:thank you sir. But I wanted to know your reason sir? Does 0.45mm leak? If not then why can't I go on |
So I'm building a 6 bedroom apartment (all enough suite) which my Dad supervises because I'm not at home. We got approached by a sales representative of an aluminum roofing company the past weekend, they measured the roof (we had finished the wood skeleton already) negotiated with my Dad and agreed at #1.7m for a 0.55mm metcopo, covering both the materials and workmanship. Two days ago we made the payment to them as agreed so they could mold the aluminum to our preferred design (metcopo) and start work this coming Tuesday. So I spoke with my Dad today and he mentioned that he visited the company's manager at their office to know how how far they've gone with the molding, and the manager said that the price was not enough for the 0.55mm. That his salesperson told us the wrong price. That the price we paid was for 0.45mm. He mentioned that we need to pay extra 300k if he must offer us the 0.55mm sheets. He also advised that it should be a "straight" aluminum design instead of metcopo design if we wanna go ahead with the 0 45mm because the roof might leak if 0.45mm thickness gets molded to metcopo design Problem is I have no plans of making and extra 300k payment. I do not like the straight design. I think it's and old design already. I plan to ask him to go ahead and mold the 0.45mm to metcopo. But I wanna know if it's good enough or if it'd actually leak? I do not believe the company's manager because I feel he wants to get us to pay more money. I apologize for the length and poorly crafted write up. Too busy at work but needed to get people's opinions as I plan to give my Dad a go ahead later tonight. |
