The way some people make much ado about "people living in ekiti" is overrated., and gives me that cringe feeling of and so? So , must i live in ekiti to have a view of what is happening in ekiti, i can bet i understand or is aware of what is happening in ekiti than many in the ekiti self. Stop all this nonsensical APC media, tinubu radio, bla bla you spew, it is repugnant. |
Everything about the press release is substandard, and one would expect something better from a councillor, let alone a governor. the problem of the people of ekiti electorates is more of a bleeped up mentality, and rubbish expectations. Majority is not always right, no matter how we slice it or dice it, a vote for Fayose was a wrong step, they had another option in the labour party guy. When i hear all the complaiints from residents about the outgoing governor, they hold little or no ground, and lacked objectivity. The anti tinubu and lagos line has bin overused, and now turned to indoctrination for the gullible majority. |
As such, when we vote, it is either for love, or vengeance. And if for vengeance, then it means we have been pushed beyond our means to endure. The write up is filled with pride coated ignorance. What vengeance? Any man who send his wife packing just because her stew is not delicious and goes ahead to replace her with a cheap prostitute will have himself to blame at the long run. |
Some people are making comments as if their head is filled with dead brain cells, what is the hullabaloo about APC is lying bla bla. Obviously, what has happened is that Fayemi's commissioner of justice is coming out to debunk the rumour that the judge was slapped by Fayose. Which APC official earlier stated that Fayose slapped the judge? From series of eye witness accounts, one thing is clear Fayose was present when his supporters /thugs invaded the court premises and molested the judge and ransack the court proceedings, that is the bone of contention, and logic must not be stand on its head. |
slimfit1: after almost 12 years and earning more than a billion naira please stop deceiving yourself I'm not impressed. If you are impressed I'm not ,I have a big taste and big hunger for Nigeria to be a powerful force in the world. We all know we have a clueless president at least we should have people like her very proactive lawmakers pinching the presidency.Cut the lawmaker some slack, a tree does not make a forest, i find it easier and justifiable to castigate executive position leaders than legislative position leaders, it is not like she can make a bill and turn it in to an act all by herself, it is game of majority numbers, it is even more difficult wen u are a lawmaker that belongs to the opposition, cos that means you are in the minority, i knew of her freedom of information bill because i knew the obstacles she encountered before it was finally passed, it failed the first time in the 5th republic, when obasanjo failed to give assent to the bill and, it had to be reintroduced from the scratch was only successful at the tail end of the 6th republic. If there is any thing i hate about criticism , i hate destructive ones made just on sheer emotions. |
modestdude: why the suspicion of the opposition is more plausible is because earlier in the day, there was an altercation at the tribunal court between Fayose's supporters and the supporters of the opposition, there is no smoke without fire. Also, if these NURTW guys are illiterates as we all know, then they are not extremely smart to have hatched that plan under this steaming face off btw Fayose and Fayemi, so that all fingers will point to it.Please enlighten about the boldened, to the best of my knowledge, the altercation i was aware of was an unprovoked attack on the court. It was an unrestrained attack by Fayose's thugs or mildly put supporters , how did the supporters of the opposition played a part in the impunity that played out @ the court? |
slimfit1: I'm asking as a woman what bill has she sponsored that would have better the lifes of children and mothers that is my question I don't care about diaspora she is a clueless woman who unfortunately happens to have been a journalist. She doesn't have the character of a person that knows what she is doing apart from speak big English that the queen herself don't use.She sponsored and was the arrowhead of the freedom of information bill (FOI) bill that became an act. Google is your friend. @ op, She doesnt have the clout for governorship candidate in Lagos yet, but a senate position or deputy governorship positions are good fit |
modestdude: The question is, was power wrestled out from him? This is an ex-chairman who relinquished power to his ally when his time was up. The problem that ensued then was coz of his choice of candidate. So, where is the fear of being re-installed back coming from? Is NURTW chairmanship the only job Fayose can offer him? What about being the 'Dagrin' boss?I live in Ado and am conversant with all theseThe possibility that the murder is inhouse is way more plausible, than the other conspiracy theory. The way all these NURTW guys thinks is not as straighr as you are trying to portray, and many disagreements within their fold are settled with murder. These kind of NURTW killing happened in 2011 in Ibadan , few weeks to the 2011 elections. |
FATM: My people ate his Rice and they are now paying his Price)!!!Haha, so you feel "they ate the rice, they must pay the price" I think it was beyond the rice sha. |
modestdude: Bros, make reference to the news update again. Omolafe is the former NURTW boss, meaning the NURTW has a new leader now. This nullifies the assertion of any supremacy battle or in-fighting in the NURTW. So his allegiance to Fayose has nothing to do with NURTW.There is also the possibility that the current NURTW chairman feels threatened of the ex nurtw chair closer rapport with the incoming governor, in my view according to reports from indigenes of ekiti, he was instrumental in votes mobilsation, and followed Fayose to the court. And the current Nurtw chairman thinks What if Fayose becomes elected, and the nigga is reinstalled ? *just playing the devils advocate". Honestly, i feel the murder is inhouse. |
Over 60% of electorates decided they want the thug, they will have to dance to the music to be played, who knows, maybe the song will be melodious to their ears. |
My people forgets so easily........ The reign of terror is back. ![]() |
Finally, the governor gives us a news to talk about him and his state. |

Obviously, S/Africa paid the super eagles so much respect than they deserve. S/A ought to have won |
There is something so nauseating about the write up. Why score cheap political point over someones brutal death ? |
ephisi: expect to blow your account shortly.I get your concern, infact i should have blown my account on friday, but my "foolishness" gave me a 400usd profit on friday. (lot size of 4-NZD-USD, target of 10 pips. I started with 1,000usd My friend who introduced me is pleasantly shocked. It was a learning curve for me on Friday, even though i succeeded, I wont try that anymore. Now, i av vowed to go slow and steady, using only the few candlestick patterns and reversal formations,i was thought,i have made a total of 34.2usd from start of trade yesternight to date. Maybe , this forex is made for me. I am still in euphoria though, but i know i have got a lot to learn |
Keshi, i dont agree with you that they "parked the bus", in contrast, the congolese came out to play us in our half for virtually the whole duration of the game. They showed us no respect, and it worked for them, |
docus: may your days always be green as u hunt pips down. Thanks, i wish you the same. |
I have been introduced to forex by a friend some months ago, and my live account is now a week old. I hope i learn from seas of professional in here. |
Great, He is a deep and intelligent governor, i am not surprised. I am particularly happy he was re-elected so that he completes his educational reforms, whixch some people have politicised on the altar of religion, the results of the reforms will show in years to come, The great schools being built for primary, junior sec school and sr sec students. The linkage in the school feeding system and volume of school enrolment, and the quality of assimilation for the kids. While the learning tablet is not a magic bullet for improved students performance, it is part of the sum total in one of the inputs to improve the quality of students performance. |
APC now has a chance to take advantage of the shoddy arrangement by PDP, all it now needs is to tell the electorates not to vote for a 6 months PDP.governor , but a governor who will contest and win to govern the state for 6 months and recontest again for continuity. |
