I think the Lagos you see is a camo., the main processing office is Nairobi and One Nairobi one Visa, Loool.

Talking based on the information I have gathered so far.

Application is process in Nairobi, once eligibility is completed they transfer the file to Lagos. Na Lagos dey send bvl and ppr.

Since eligibility is completed, is it advisable to send a webform? i just found out that Lagos is the processing office after calling IRCC help line.

Yes, send mails and Webform as reminder. Let them know you can’t afford to miss ur sister’s convocation. Since eligibility is competed, much work no dy again.

Swthrt'm oooo, d eagle has landed oo. Few minutes ago 10:40 after I sent an emotional mail to them dis morning around 5am. I told them that d younger brother cannot go on d trip which has already been scheduled without his sister

again please, The passport I applied with expired and I got another one , although I uploaded the new passport and they used it for the decision. Now, should I take both expired passport and new passport with me for submission or just the new passport??

Previously I thought a study visa was always issued directly whilst getting a Study permit at the border....

I can’t remb what study visa application tracker looks like, so far visa number dn show that’s the important thing.

Study permit will still be issued at POE.

Check my previous reply, I’ve answered bith questions.

If your admission is still valid n visa hasn’t expired, then it’s valid. Deferring admission doesn’t affect visa.

You’ve to confirm from school if you can still continue with the semester, if school allow I think it’s fine. At POE be ready to give a good reason, I’m sure they will also want to confirm from school if you can still continue with the semester.

Someone I know still flagpole like a week ago. Spouse na international student. You can also apply online but that can take up to 3 months, so people flagpole to get it immediately.

I wanted to try the study route but tye course I intend to study isn't available to next year September,.so I'm planning on the visiting route then change to work to raise more funds then schooling.

Spouse open work permit, it’s work permit for ppl with spouse in Canada. I don’t think you qualify for that.

If you want to take that route, it will be close work permit. You’ve to get a job with LMIA (not easy but possible).

I’ve a frnd that applied for Sowp, the application was process in Ottawa, application processed der is kinda fast. Ircc get der own Wahala too sha.

Since they now prioritize family unification, I feel Sowp or visit (family) will be process fast.

You can track on vfs website for update. Once it’s ready you’ll get an update from vfs. If you’ve paid and filled the courier form, you’ll also be notified once UPS picks it from vfs.

You can flagpole when you want n it’s same day. Why not apply for Sowp? They process that faster compare to visit visa.

Make plans, I’m an advocate of God’s grace but you still need to make adequate preparations n plans. If you’ve spouse der, it’s easy to convert to sowp. If you’re planning to convert vv to close work permit it’s a possible but not easy. Getting LMIA jobs isn’t easy, just make plans, try and pray.

No, you’ve to book appointment. The only way you can beat that is by using courier.
