You won’t need a transit visa if you’re transiting only in Amsterdam.

Yes the sent me the courier form which filled and sent it to them alongside my receipt since last week Monday no confirmation from them up till, I have been sending emails to them still no updates. Although, I spoke to one of their representatives yesterday she will forward complain to the Abuja branch up till now no update from them.

Last week Monday is along time, you just have to wait. They will notify you once ups picks it up. When you track on vfs website, what update do you get?

Hello my husband too just got his ppr for visitors visa since 2022 Feb that he applied but the passport will expire July ending. He has already renewed his passport can we send the new passport instead pls I need advice. Thankyou

He should send mails and Webform to that effect. Ircc should update his new passport details.

I got a message from VSF requesting me to come collect my passport in Abuja and I don’t leave there I paid for courier fee but they haven’t updated me yet and I have been sending emails no one is responding. Please how did you get your passport back?

Just go with the required documents you’ve n have your pof incase. Don’t get yourself too worried.

You can’t pay with naira card, so rate doesn’t concern them.

Just wait, that’s the only thing you can do now. I don’t knw if you can request for tracking number via live chat.

Upload via Webform or send mail. Vfs don’t upload documents aside from biometrics.

Track it on dhl, if it’s delivered then vfs have received it. Seems vfs lagos send update late, just be patient. Check your phone if you’ve snapped the biometrics yellow or white sticker, you can get the tracking number from there.

Please guys, I want to ask. With this naira decline wahala, people that applied 2020, 2021, 2022 even early 2023, do you guys have to send an updated statement of account? Like you applied with 5mil when it is equivalent to 20kcad and now that amount is just about 9kcad. Do you need to send an updated statement of account?

To be precise, my mom applied for her visit visa with 5mil, when it was about 14kcad and explained she planned to use 10kcad for the travel. Now the whole 5mil is not even upto 10kcad again. Any need for updated statement of account? What's the best way to deal with this. It's worrisome how naira keeps falling

Don’t get yourself worried on that, if they need updated statement of account they will request for it.

I applied for TRV under spouse sponsorship while waiting for my PR which is under processing. I have a PR application under processing which is under spouse sponsorship.

As per the new rule for the current policy for spouse sponsorship, my application should be processed within 30 days.

I applied on June 3rd through the online platform and my Biometrics - Completed, Eligibility - Completed and Background check - In Progress and Medical - Not Started (Though, this is not required). I am in Nigeria and my wife and kids are in Canada.

I wanted to be in Canada by early July for my kid's birthday and my wife who is in Canada wanted to send mail to the high commission of Canada in Nigeria or the Canadian immigration authority.

Since we don't know the office handling the application. Please, can anyone in the house suggest where to send the mail or offices to send the mail to? I mean the e-mail addresses to send the mail to and if we have to webform, can anyone suggest the actual webform to use in this case?

If someone gets a mail that passport request letter is in queue even if eligubility review has not started, does it mean visa has been approved?

Eligibility not showing on portal doesn’t mean it hasn’t started, my wife portal wasn’t updated all, her only update was ppr. If you get ppr in queue, that should be an approval.

Lol, you probably misunderstood what you read. You’ve to wait for ppr before you can submit your passport. Just give them some time, since you’ve your visa details the rest is smalls.

Pease I need help and advice on this issue. We applied as a family (Father SOWP and Children VV) Everyone got PPR except 2 (Ages 18 & 11). For the 18 yrs old, below is -

Application - January 3, 2023
Submission Confirmation -January 3, 2023
Biometrics Collection Letter January 3, 2023
Correspondence Letter - April 26, 2023

After several mails and webform, we got a reply from Nairobi that PPR has been sent since May 18th, 2023. But we dont have it. We have replied with several screenshot that we do not have it, but no luck.
NOTE: The VISA NO is showing on tracker.

Kindly advice.
Can we just go to VSF?

Two, first just asked why are you here, told him to see my wife, he collected receipt from the kiosk n marked it. I even thought I’ve passed immigration until I was directed to immigration desk again.

Just be relaxed, it’s nothing serious. Be familiar with everything you filled during your application.

The klm staff in naija was just too extra, even after I booked he still profiled me, asking how I quickly got money to book. He believed it was fake, he went to the counter to confirm twice. I had to go to klm ticketing booth to get confirmation note before he allowed me.

I know someone that flew with airfrance, she only settled them with 15k. To avoid issue it’s best to just book return.

KLM refused to fly me, they made sure I bought a return ticket.

POE experience was very simple and smooth
