Truly Hausas do not rant but take deadly actions when they want to. Ibos and Yorubas talk more but act less. From history, Ibos have never forcefully conquered or taken any land from any tribe but the Hausa have done this even to Yorubas. So who is the real threat? Hausas are growing in their numbers but they will remain quiet till they get the required number they need, and you see an EMIR OF LAGOS. Please IBOS are peaceful but can rant , yes , but who ranting kill or take land from abeg? IBOS have a right to vote in Lagos just as Yorubas have the right to vote in Yorubas in Enugu.
LazyGold:
Hausa Don't Rant Lagos is no man's Land, Forget about the politics the problem here is Igbo going everywhere Ranting Lagos is no man's Land, and Yoruba don't Usually tolerate any nonsense from Hausa, we have clashed with Hausa in South West many times recently but Hausa people don't Rant Lagos is no man's Land
PoliticsRe: IPOB Man Blasted For Threatening Killing, Saying Lagos Is Not Anybody's Property by emmanuelex1(m): 3:59pm On Mar 02, 2019
True and yorubas can vote anywhere they want to vote. So can Ibos be allowed to vote anywhere too in peace?

Enugu and Onitsha are no one's property. Lagos is the eternal capital of Yorubaland.

You are very wrong! I think he made sense than you. Ibos have the right to vote in Lagos because lagos is a Nigerian state. I wonder how Yorubas feel so insecure despite it is a YORUBA son contesting against another Yoruba son

I warned about this earlier and will not support Yoruba on this. Both JIMI AGBAJE and TINUBU engineered and fueled this divisive politics respectively. How can you attack a man becos he refused to vote for your party? All you Ibos and yorubas praying for conflict, I want to tell that if the conflict starts both IBOS AND YORUBAS will die in theirs numbers including your families but the politicians will stay alive. For me, Ibos are peaceful and yorubas should understand that they have a right to vote in Lagos becos Lagos is in Nigeria not ODUDUWA republic. Can Yorubas threaten Hausa or Fulani this way in Lagos despite they use cow to disturb commercial activites? If Yorubas do want IBOS to vote in LAGOS, then support them to achieve BIAFRA and you will see them stop voting in Lagos. The funniest part is that both PDP AND APC candidate presented Yoruba sons, and yet Yorubas do not feel secured. GOD HELP US ALL AGAINST THIS BREWING CONFLICT.

Igbo Man Threatens War, Says Lagos Not Anybody's Property, Gets Blasted (Video)

An Igbo man who is also an IPOB member is currently under trending and under fire over his trending video where he spoke tough.

In the currently trending video, the man threatened killings, used harsh words.

He said:

"I will use every power to make sure you die, we will use you to set example. We will do it and nothing go happen. This Yoruba idiot, it is too much. Lagos is not anybody's property. Anybody that has land there is a landlord. If you think you are going to loot people's shops and do those rubbish, go and ask people in Kano what we do them in Kano......."

He went on and on. Watch the video and see all.

Kayode Ogundamisi shared the video and wrote:

" @jimiagbaje please find a way of speaking to your allies. The election of a Governor in Lagos should not be a do or die affair."

Some have called for the arrest of the Igbo man over his hate speech, especially now that Lagos Governorship election is around the corner.

PDP will win IMO state, they must be smiling now
PoliticsNigeria:
@POLITICSNGR

Despite a resounding victory in the just concluded presidential elections, the battles within the ruling All Progressives Congress, APC, seem far from over as the Party's National Working Committee, NWC, has suspended Governor of Imo State, Rochas Okorocha and Ogun State Governor, Ibikunle Amosun.

PoliticsNGR learned that both politicians have also be recommended for expulsion from the party. This development was announced on Friday afternoon in Abuja after an NWC meeting.

Okorocha and Amosun won senatorial seats in last Saturday's National assembly elections.

The suspension is coming shortly after both governors were accused of 'Anti-Party' activities following their support for Gubernatorial candidates from different parties.

PoliticsRe: Igbo Presidency In 2023 Dicey – APGA Chairman by emmanuelex1(m): 10:15am On Mar 01, 2019
ANYBODY THINKING IBO, YORUBA OR ANY SOUTHERN CANDIDATE WILL BE PRESIDENT COME 2023 IS SERIOUSLY JOKING. MARK MY WORDS, "A NORTHERN PRESIDENT WILL EMERGE COME 2023". IF APC brings out a Southern candidate, PDP will bring out a Northern candidate just to wrestle power from APC. It might even be ATIKU that will defeat that southern candidate in 2023.
sarrki:
The National Chairman of the All Progressives Grand Alliance, Dr Victor Oye, has said going by the pattern of voting in the Saturday’s presidential poll in the South-East, the possibility of the Igbo producing the President of the country in 2023 is dicey.

The South-East geopolitical zone voted overwhelmingly for the Peoples Democratic Party in the election.

Speaking at a press conference on Thursday in Amawbia, near Awka, the Anambra State capital, Oye blamed the Igbo for always putting their “eggs in one basket.”

He said the Igbo should stop playing politics of emotions and face what he called the “reality of the country’s monolithic political structure.”

He said, “For me, I believe the Igbo play more of politics of emotion than politics of pragmatism. They are not realistic; they always pander to emotionalism.

“Everything to them is all about a particular interest. Once they make up their mind to go towards a particular direction, that is where a sizeable number of them will go.

“So, I’m not optimistic about 2023 Igbo presidency going by what has happened now.”

He said the Igbo should come together as a people to discuss their common interest.

He added, “Their common problem is unity. They cannot always come together and they are easily swayed by extraneous things as demonstrated in the last two elections of 2015 and 2019.

“Igbo should realign themselves and re-determine the options before them.

From what happened last Saturday, the Igbo people worked as a team; but in the end, they lost. They won the battle and lost the war.

“ They asserted themselves, showing they can make things happen. It shows that if they pool their resources together and work under one political party, they will make more foray.

“Ndigbo need to play at the national level and not ethnocentric regional politics, knowing that Nigeria is a monolithic political structure.”

ATIKU will be ELECTED AS PRESIDENT when APC brings out an IBO OR YORUBA OR A SOUTHERN CANDIDATE. You go believe North then.
QuotaSystem:
Lol you people never learn.

Atiku is unelectable in the North. Read that again.

I wonder the kind of jazz he used on you people that makes you all forget his past stained with fraud, graft, looting and his failure as a VP after 8 years (NITEL, Pentascope, Siemens etc.

How can you so easily agree that an old man like OBJ would suddenly go against EVERY negative thing he wrote in his much celebrated book on how Atiku is unbelievably corrupt, is disloyal, relies on marabouts etc? You think OBJ was sleeping when he wrote the book? Is that the kind of person you want the north to vote? We are not daft.

How can you not notice that all the old big thieves from IBB to Danjuma to OBJ ganged up against him at the last minute. Did you ask yourself why?

Look nobody is pretending northerners or other northern leaders voted for are white as snow, but Buhari carries the values which we admire and aspire to (honesty, integrity, purposefulness) and we will NEVER choose a renowned crook like Atiku over PMB except the other contestant is the likes of Late Lawrence Anini.

You people need to wake up and reevaluate your value systems.

PoliticsRe: Ndume Opens Up On Why APC Got High Number Of Votes In North-east by emmanuelex1(m): 11:23pm On Feb 28, 2019
I wonder how people are so confident telling lies to over 150 million people
JosEast:
Sen. Ali Ndume, (APC-Borno South) says the relative peace in the North East contributed to the high number of votes President Muhammadu Buhari got in the area in Saturday’s presidential election.

Ndume, stated this on Thursday at the Presidential Villa, Abuja, while speaking with State House Correspondents shortly after a visit to Vice President Yemi Osinbajo.

He said, however, that he had a higher expectation than what the party got in the North East.

The North East Director of the All Progressives Congress (APC) Presidential Campaign Council said the postponement of the election negatively affected the turnout of voters in the area.

“First of all, let me say that in 2015, we delivered close to half a million votes for the president in Borno; giving him up 95 per cent.

“I was thinking that we were going to improve on that; I was looking at 97 per cent and this time around, we had 836, 496; it is okay; but I was expecting much more than that to be frank.

“The postponement actually contributed in the reduction in turnout; so I was surprised when the PDP presidential candidate was talking about Borno.

“Last time, in Borno, we gave the president half a million; this time around we gave over 800; because we have more relative peace; in 2015, most of us were scattered all over the country, even outside as Internally Displaced Persons (IDPs).

“This time around I was able to go and vote in my Local Government Area (LGA); I slept in my area; the last time, in 2015, we held our election in IDP camps and turn out that number of vote; this time around we went home to vote with our people and turn out the number,’’he said.

Ndume expressed optimism that the turnout of voters would be higher in the governorship election in Borno as APC would win with a landslide.

The former Senate leader said APC already has 64 APC Senators and is still hoping for more, adding that the party would not repeat its previous mistake in the Senate.

“When you make a mistake, you use that mistake to improve the future; we are going to have a very good 9th assembly by God’s grace.

“This time, the party will play its role; we have learnt from the mistake we made last time; we are not going to repeat that mistake,’’ he said.

Bro you are so wrong, I tried to believe you but I still could not. Mark my words today, if any tribe is going take over Lagos it is will be Hausas not IBOS. IBOS & Yorubas talk and take little or no actions, but Hausa are quiet but take deadly actions. For the sake of history, IBOS have not forcefully taken any tribe's land in Nigeria before, but Hausa has even done this to Yoruba. In case you do not know HAUSA are growing in their numbers. #If you wish to confront anyone please face the real threat.
aljharem:
Eku ile eyin eyinmi

I greet you all.

I will like to mention that the issue of Lagos is a serious case that every single Yoruba should pay attention to. How can a group of people migrate to your ancestral land and call you ancestral land a "no man's land" and you smile with them. Please let me ask you a question, If you do not have a heritage where do you come from ? I mean right before your nose, strangers are claiming your homes and calling it a no man's land. I mean how do you introduce yourself to your children.

Kids ::::: Daddy where are we from ?

Father ::::: Kids your ancestral home and that of your fore fathers is no man's land Lagos

Kids :::::::: Why are we from No man's land but Emeka claims he from Enugu.

Father :::::: Well Emeka is from Enugu because he's father and those people him have homes and villages they can be traced but you are a lagosian, no village nothing; you are a vagabond with no history because Lagos is a no man's land

Kids:::::::Ok at least if I go to Enugu I can be elected there or even be a king there.

Father ::::::: Well if you try it is possible

Kids go to Enugu and try to be elected after suffering and investing

Enugu People ::::::: Ndi Yoruba you can never be king or elected here. Your father Awolowo betrayed us

Kids come back home

Now if you are a yoruba man and a Lagosian Awori/Ijebu/Egba and Egun and you smile without cutting the head of the person that says your land is a no man's land, then you are an illiterate.

Forget your education. If the White Americans know their land and Australians still trace their root but yours is "No man's land" then sorry to say but you are a fool.

If you cannot protect your heritage and think being educated means being a fool then I am sorry we are not all fools.

A good example is the House of representative woman in Ajeromi-Ifelodun Rita Odichi Orji was born into the family of Late Mr. Festus Akuenyerenwata Chimara and Mrs. Celestina Chimara. She had her early education in Orlu, Imo State, before moving over to Lagos where she made her home until her election to the hallowed chambers.

Rita Orji campaigns in Igbo language and does empowerment in Imo state thereby taking money meant for Lagos empowerment to Imo state.

This is to tell eyin omo oduduwa to wake up and smell the coffee. This is not tribalism; this is us protecting our heritage.

No ethnic group will allow what we allow in Lagos state. Urhobo, Hausas etc don't gloat on us but Igbos do and we should not allow it !!!

Enough is enough
