I do proper medical check-up yearly and will recommend it for nigerians to be doing it.

It is between 30-45k depending on hospital and location.

It is a standard offshore requirement for us and there are accredited hospitals we must use after which we are issued medical certificate.
They will do virtually all test including x-ray and EGC.
It is good to carry out this test because they detect early medical problems.
In 2017, they detected that i had too much fat in my heart through the EGC printout and recommended regular exercises and gym to me which improved in the 2019 reading.
If i wasn't doing these tests, probably would have slumped one day and people will term it as village people.

In 2020, i detected glaucoma also which have been using the eye drop. Imaging not carrying out these tests, i would have gone blind one day and it would be termed village people.

Luanda is the most expensive city in the world. A simple meal at EPIC Sana hotel is KWZ 45,000 ($90).

That said, Talatona suburb is a nice place, lots of things happening. Power in Luanda is stable, I hardly saw generators.

Sadly, the oil & gas boom times are over and without knowing Portuguese, it's next to impossible to survive there.

Overall, if you have lots of money, the place has Miami or Rio de Janeiro vibes.

Well, there are igbos there selling spare parts and second hand clothes. Even the bottle water i drank i beleive is owned by an igbo man because he called it Mazi which is like King in igbo if am right.
There are opportunities there because a bag of rice there is about 10k from the price i saw on their tv during comodity news. So bringing such commodities here will generate good income and many other things.

you have just 20 hours a weeks to work. You wont be able to make your school fees just rent , feeding and transport. If you over work they will catch you when you are applying for post study visa or work permit. Then you will land back in Nigeria

At the Angola airport, before a flight will depart any other countries, 5 planes have taken up to Lisbon (Portugal capital ).

The one I attended is denim or jeans on cruise.
They will give 3 nice meals and a lot of drinks and appetizers also.

Angola is a stop over for many Spanish and Portuguese speaking countries.
So flights from Brazil, Portugal, Spain, Mexico and co have stopover there and that is how I met many Nigerians going home.

The reason why the US seized Russia asset is because few US companies have money and business in Russia. If they try it in China, they will crumble. US companies depends on China for profit (eg Tesla, apple), and their investment in China is in the trillions. China will just seize it.

As for Taiwan, China only has two red lines that must not be crossed, which are building lf foreign military bases and declaration of independence. As far the status quo remains, China will not invade and will prefer peaceful reunification.

Yes, war is the only option and that is the main reason they are fanning the ember of war between china and Taiwan.
US has learnt over time from different wars they have engaged in that direct wars are always too expensive and human draining in terms of death. So the new method is to pair your neighbors against you to wane you financially and drain you through the war before playing their last card of banging you.
Ukraine is being used to drain down Russia and while doing this, they quickly add sanctions to it starve their enemy while seizing your foreign reserves.
A country not well prepared will go back 20/50 years after such war which gives the US and Allies another 20/50 years of breathing space and further advancement while their competitor is still trying to find his foot.
The plan is to provoke china against Taiwan and if china takes the bait, quickly place sanctions on them while they seize over 2 trillion bonds US is owing china while heavily arming Taiwan.

All these will slow down the future progress of china and if properly financially starved, it will go bankrupt and they have the opportunity to sponsor unrest in china and break the country further to finally weaken it, same as Russia.
