How do we bury people in Nigeria mostly? Tradtionally. In my tradition, we would first go to the familys house for a meeting, then build a house for the burial and then, during the burial we will dance and sing local songs. We then bury the dead guy in the house. This is all based on our tradtional religion and not christianity or islam which are the major relgion. Does that mean that most Nigerians are traditionalists? Same goes for the Japanese brurial and bhuddism

Cine: I was in church this Easter. The Pastor was talking about how the path to God was not through religion, science, or even doing good deeds, but through Jesus. To answer your question OP: God is with you if you believe God is with you - no one will convince you otherwise. And if you believe God is not with you , then God is not with you - and again, no one will convince you otherwise.

shymmex: I have observed that most Nigerians are so pessimistic about Nigeria; and are quick to talk down on the country. It's just a pity to be honest,. I know Nigeria has its fair share of problems, and definitely not the best country in the world - but there are so many things attainable in Nigeria - that can't be attained even in the so-called civilized countries.

The funniest part of the whole ordeal is that, most of these clowns who are so quick to put down Nigeria don't even pay TAX. If you don't pay TAX, and make money from Nigeria - then, you need to slap yourself for being stupid - and you're a thief. I've met a fair share of people from Sudan, Somalia, Congo DR, Rwanda, Uganda, Burundi etc. These places are like the biblical hell on earth, yet you don't seem them talk bad about their countries - the same can't be said of Nigerians..

I have never seen western media show starving people in Nigeria - the same way I see Somalians, Ethiopians, Congolese etc.

- Do you guys know how many Nigerians are stuck in different countries outside Nigeria, who would want to return to Nigeria - but can't because they don't have the means to, and are regretting leaving Nigeria?

Guys, thank God for Nigeria, and be happy with we have. At least the economy is growing, and if fundamental things like electricity, housing, security etc. can be put in place - we will continue to grow....

The UK I live in is DEAD, the economy has refused to grow despite all the cuts, and there are no freaking jobs out there. It's only a matter of time before the whole country explodes. Graduates can't even get a job out here, most times you have to settle for the same wages as some semi-illiterates working in Tesco and ASDA. Despite being in debt and wasting time attending a freaking University. It's only a matter of time before a race riot kicks off here; and I don't want to be involved in that bs..

My only regret is that I NEVER invested in Nigeria, when I was leading life on the fast lane - I was naive, and that was because I listened to too many negativity about Nigeria from losers and pessimists - whom are always quick to tell people horror tales about Nigeria, just to make themselves feel better - and hide their insecurities..

Nigeria is like heaven to me right now, I'm making major moves - and I'll be back to the land of my ancestors in two years time. If 160million black people can survive in that so-called "cesspit" by losers - I definitely can - with me two degrees, and professional qualification. I'm ready to get dirty, and get paid in Nigeria. My grandparents made it Nigeria, and my parents also did before leaving - and I know I can. I was raised in the school of hard knocks, and I graduated with a first class grade - before turning my life around. I SURVIVED AGAINST ALL ODDS!

The question is if we use so many products made by atheists/agnostics in our personal lives, what right do we have to say that they are going to hell?

The other question is why does religion especially Christianity and Islam contribute less to the solutions of human problems of today in terms of technology, science and better government compared to atheism and agnosticism? (most peaceful countries are less religious)

But definately there is something amiss with the swollen eyes and excretion around the eyes.
