Like the team would be on attack, combing the internet and especially social media for people like that, while also receiving tips and contact of scammers, if we can succeed to stop them they get a fine, if they are caught in such again they go to jail straight.
This scammers scam with their number open for everyone to see, if nigeria had working security apparatus before you commit crime that shows your number you'll have to think twice.
Even if means falling for the scam, giving them the money but blocking their account till they show up.
