Please I will try to be brief as possible as i can.
I work with a firm that sells construction equipment, and head the logistics and warehouse department. I have this junior colleague that has been with the company for 8years(long before i joined cos i have only been there for 2+ years), he is experienced and good at his job.
But yesterday i caught this guy trying to steal two pieces of 70ah batteries, it really broke my heart because he can not even sell this things for up to 100k. I have tried everything in my capacity to make sure those working under my dept enjoy every benefits that are due to them; from hazard allowance, overtime, and so on. I sign all this allowance without asking questions even when sometimes some of them are questionable. I was doing all this so that nobody has any reason to steal and they have small change to augment their salary.
Personally i hate theft and frown at it and they all know it cos i keep preaching against this at every meeting, and if i escalate this to the management at the HQ in Lagos, he might be sack without benefits after 8 long years and he is a family man.

Though I have scold him and told him he would hear from me by Monday morning, the truth is given the situation I don't know what to do with this guy.

I am really confuse cos i don't even know how long he has been doing this shit.

So I made a post earlier about how my partner wasn't interested in growing emotionally, well we continued having issues because of his behaviors (complains a lot, petty, prefers to keep malice instead of communicating and so much more). I finally decided to break up with him.

The next day after the break up, he messaged me on Instagram (I blocked him on every other platform and forgot this), he started begging and promised to communicate better. I didn't pay attention to him until after two days, then we started calling on Instagram and it was as if things were getting better.

My birthday was two days ago, he came to my house with gifts, said he had made plans for them before we broke up...lol he ask me out again and I said yes (don't blame me, I find it difficult to detach from people I love).

I was at his place and was using his computer to work and messages kept coming in from one particular girl, I was ignoring it until it was too hard to ignore, opened it and saw the shock of my life (his mac is sync with his iPhone). This guy had unprotected sex with a girl he met on a dating app the same week we ‘broke up’

I'm angry, disappointed and confused.
What do men want? You meet a girl who's loyal, independent, cares for your family, plans with you and you still ruin everything.

P.S this guy was so in love with me, he's been so pressed about meeting my mum, he already knows my siblings...I’m beginning to think he has mental problems.

Thank you bro. These loan apps didn't force anyone of them to take loans. They have one accept their terms and conditions (which most won't read) before they payout any loan. So what's the fault of the loan guys? Honestly, an average Nigerian is the lite version of our politicians.

sir, if you read my message clearly. I had no intention of defaulting or runing away with their money, I just needed money to run my projects because things are really hard for us, my colleagues have gone far, in their project, I had no choice than to go for the loan, because all my aunts and uncles are not willing to help me.

I'm facing the same thing too. But my own case is that I'm a student, and I needed money to start my project, I don't want to bother my dad, he Don try for me because he just paid my school fees of 160k, plus my Lodge rent and textbook money too, and he's also paying my younger sisters school fees, (100 level) too, plus my other siblings, now, it's time to payback and I don't even have any means, as I've used the money to pay for my project.

No one said it's not. Everyone should strive to be a GIVER. Giving gives me joy. If there's anything that gives me fulfilment in life, it's GIVING.

However, forcing people to believe in that cause is not advisable. Not everyone can give as much as others. Not everyone has a large heart, as much as we would want everyone to.
