^^^^^ Yea, but quite frankly, i have appraoched United's games this season with a "one at a time" mindset We've been blowing hot and cold and i can't really get my head around expecting a win and then we lose. So objective is advance but in order not to be hurt  i will sit back and enjoy the game.Just thinking, JM sides are usually known for their mean and frugal backline; Porto, Inter, Chelsea, Why he hasn't replicated this same feat at RM still leaves me with plenty to wonder. Who's with me on this? |

I seriously fancy our chances here. Both sides have a similar team set out. . . .great attack and dodgy backline But Madrid holds the edge with a stronger midfield. But as long as i don't see the old order on the line up, i trust some energy and industry to get us the day. Both teams have had a history which hasn't favoured us especially at the Bernabeu. Not withstanding, a more tactical line up than open play will do for me. . . .the gong-ho lifestye of the Becks and RVN era won't work this time around. I also hope on the fact that United has matured into a European power since our last meeting. Another consideration will be the rivalry between SAF and JM. . . let's see how the mind games play out. Will be fun a match to watch trust me. @Starboard, I understand your fears but this is a European night where United are more disciplined compared to local cup ties and league. . . . .i do rather look forward to the game than be full of fear. . . this team somehow knows how to step up the game on big nights. We get nicked when we face supposedly lesser teams and then SAF begins his dodgy selections. |

Guy, I am hoping this is not true. Rumours have it that our action Gov'nor may be dead? Some unconfirmed sources said he dies this afternoon in an Indian hospital. I am fervently praying this is not true!! Please, if we all are happy with what he is doing and acknowledge his bold steps, especially at stopping God fatherism in Enugu State, please endeavor to say a prayer for him as you go to bed tonight and at service tomorrow. |

One of those evenings when i remember the reason i LOVE Manchester United! This was a game i would have been happy with a draw. 6 points clear before the hectic xmas season gives me the confidence that we will make a good season at this rate. Everyone did well, so well aside maybe Valencia. But RvP, Rooney and Rafael stood out for me and then, Ashley Young!! His work rate remains awesome and i can say he's shut his critics up at least for now. He's been awesome in the last 4 games he's played for us. Fergie has shown them who's got the Citeh! |

From Nigerian experience Once had a 2007 Honda Civic submerged in Flood in Surulere last year. At least half the car went in. The whole engine bay was submerged.  I couldn't open the door. When i eventually did, the whole cabin up to the gear level was in water  Was an experience. But a couple of things. If it doesn't start, drain the engine oil completely. Pull out the plugs, all of them and bleed each plug holes. In own case, each of those holes had buckets of water hence the mechanic had to get a pipe and suck out (a bit dirty) all the water before he bled them. He will normally remove one plug and then try to start the car. . . . .using his palm to cover those holes that way, all the water spurts out and intermittently do same to other plug heads. If it eventually comes to life, allow it to run for a whole; like 30 minutes. The water will go out of the exhaust pipe as vapor. It's a very long process but should sort you out if well done. Also, be prepared for some electrical issues. Most likely, some abnormal lights on, or some sounds going non-stop In my own case, the seat belt reminder kept sounding even after i had belt up and then the ABS and Airbag indicator were illuminated all through. Had to strip the interior of the seats, cushions and every easily removable interior part. It was under the sun for a whole day with all doors open. That sorted the electrical malfunctions. 1 Like |
