Bro let me share my story with you.
I had a girlfriend schooling at Unilag back then so she needed accommodation urgently because she was formerly staying with her friends. Sundenly she called me one day telling me I should help her find a room self-contain around my area because I live close to Yaba.
So I called my agent and the agent took is round some apartments. She finally settled for one that cost around 350k per year plus agreement and commition. I noticed she was making calls with a guy frequently but I never bothered.
After she agreed to that particular one she called the guy and told the guy she found one already, that was when I got to my senses and and I asked her *I thought it is your mother that is paying for this apartment* and she said it is a friend and I was like who pays 350k for an apartment in the name of friendship.
