Now u can see what i mean, when d operating enviroment IS Not conducive for any businesses to thrive , yet somebody will come out of d woods and tell u about his own foundation that is helping enterpreneurs to set up businesses, the d question should be, how are u going to survive?

Instead the government should set up enabling enviroment that can sustain businesses like this which will in turn add to the economic growth of d nation.

I knew when this man advertised juicy positions or vacancies in his company in d media, see him now lamenting. This IS just one man crying out how many are there which does Not have a voice.

my brother this IS REAL, I heard this live on metro FM Lagos 97.7FM in one of their programs called aviation runway, if u are in Lagos tune in as from 8:30am till 10am Monday thru friday and hear stories from d aviation sector.They interviewed one of their top official who said they had to use mobile phones to make calls to direct pilots to maneuvers necessary while trying to land a plane and to keep a safe distance in air following international regulations in d absence of standard communication tools to navigate flights. The man even made mention that we are still using obsolete communication units beyond international standard. NO BE JOKE.

But people should be careful of this flying coffins at this time of recession, I heard on aviation talk on radio that too many airline operators are not giving their planes enough service attention due to high cost of maintainace in Nigeria attributed to high cost of forex, some manage to go to neighboring countries to source for forex and refuel.

Another is on AIR and on LAND, inter state communication tools. could u believe that this guys still uses mobile phones to direct and control a plane in mid air.

U can imagine.

My opinion, it's bether to take an opportunity you have, if it dosnt work out at least you tried. In 10 years time, you will only regret to see opportunities you let go than the ones you tried and failed. There is no such thing as wasted knowledge.

Let's watch very soon d testimonies will start pouring in, thank God for nairaland, this is nothing but politics, mark my words MANY will sprang up in d name of foundations and many will deceive many who will never see it materialize in their path.

Out of a million church in Nigeria, ONLY two or three is committed into CSR ((Cooperate social responsibility)) in as much as the church is NOT a company, only few is giving BACK to d society they operate in.

Giving back to d society goes far beyond collecting offerings in form of money from their members without considering THE POOR.

Then that's corruption, a situation where church pastors fight dirty over money, now tell me, what that only transmit back to d society is INSECURITY and PARASITISM.

The church leaders MUST in d matter of urgency wake up to ITS PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITY.
