What makes Christianity diff from Judaism is acceptance of Jesus as the Messiah. The Jews are still expecting the Messiah who will lead them aright .

So the diff is confessing Jesus Christ as the Lord and saviour . There is therefore no more sacrifice of burnt offering and so on.

So when Zayd had no longer any need for her, We married her to you in order that there not be upon the believers any discomfort concerning the wives of their adopted sons when they no longer have need of them. How can we say his revelation were divine for someone who took his sons wife, married 6year old, and used to have sex with eleven women on a daily bases.

The above verse does not mean "don't obey the law". It is just saying that obeying the law without accepting the death of Jesus is in vain.

For example.
To get employed in a company you need the required certificate ( grace ) , when you start working in the company you must follow the rules and regulations ( law ) of the company to enjoy the company.

Grace is like that . Let's read these verses below:

Does grace mean we can now performed those acts above?
No , it is an abomination before God.
But grace will give you time to repent and confess them, to get forgiveness.

From the laws above, those kidnappers are guilty and worthy of death . But grace means they should repent. If they don't , they cannot make heaven , even if they go to church 365 days a year.
Nowadays churches don't kill because of grace, but witches and wizards, demons etc ,which are not under the grace , can carry out Gods judgement upon that person and kill him or her.
If you curse your father and mother , the church will not kill you but principalities and wicked powers have the right to kill the person and they will succeed easily because God's Law says " he that curse his father and mother shall be put to death", unless the person has repented and have been forgiving by his parents and God , that is grace.

That means God's laws must be followed ,but if we commit any of them , we have the grace to ask God to forgive us.

So therefore, the laws must be followed except those that relate to animal blood sacrifices or our blood .

We don't know more than our God and saviour , that is final.

How can you lay up the souls of men for yourself on earth? how? It is treasures you keep not souls of other people. It says where thieves do break through and steal. Thieves can only break through what you keep for safety and not other peoples souls. Treasure is something that is valuable TO YOU.

Verse 24 concluded it by telling you what Jesus was talking about , which is money , mammon". a material wealth or possessions especially as having a debasing influence.
How do you lay treasures in heaven for yourself? Buy being good to other people materially and spiritually. Giving to the works of God , helping the poor , that is how you lay wealth for yourself in heaven. The carnal man cannot understand a simple building of treasures in heaven. Not that God needs your gold or money in heaven ,but He records your kindness and giving and use it to build your home in heaven.

Matthew 6 : 19 - 24 , is not about winning of souls but for Christians not to build their lives around material wealth, which is what we see people running after nowadays , including Pastors who are supposed to teach Christians this word of God.

Most teachings nowadays are centred on wealth ,prosperity , love ,faith , etc but very few on repentance from fornication, adultery,lying, falsehood etc.

You will think they meant good for the gospel or lost souls , no it is to change the true word of God.

Before Now, how have you been thanking him? Do you usually pay him a visit to know about his health? Do you wash his car? Do you once in a while, come around just to be an errand boy for the day? Trust me, these are indirect ways to show how grateful you are.

If you didn't do any of the above, Hmmmm.. Anyway, don't ever give him a cash gift.. That's a huge turn off to rich men like me. It's an insult. Unless the cash gift is going to run in Milions, then go ahead.

If you don't have such amount, then buy a great gift.. Don't go alone.. Go with a trusted family or friend.. Go with your pastor too like the poster above me suggested. If possible, prostrate flat on the floor and thank him..

Your genuine expression of gratitude is what rich men needs, not money. The manner by which you show gratitude will compel him to sought for another way to help you further, like help you with a job.

Do you have parents?
If yes, take them to the man's house with the pastor ,so that your parents can thank him. He has not helped you alone, he has helped your parents to carryout their responsibility. I think he would appreciate it .
Make sure you take the pastor along.

When you receive your first salary , pay your tithe , give special offering and give the rest to him . He might reject it , but insist he takes something from it no matter how small and let him bless you in prayer , that will show you appreciated his kindness.
Every festive period , buy him gifts .
Occasionally , give him a call to ask after his families and health till God will call him to himself.
