Why did he drive against traffic? All these yellow vehicles are the real nuisance on the roads, causing majority of gridlocks in Lagos.

The way they drive, they believe they are the only ones hustling for.money: keke napep, oko-ashawo (uber has killed those ones by the way, and good riddance) danfo, mini-bus like that bastard up there. They don't even know how to use the road and they never have mirrors, you end up doing half of their driving for them as a private motorist because you don't wanna commit murder.

Have you checked the indices and conclude that the government isn't much to blame?
Nigeria is currently unstable in terms of security and no thanks to the disposition of those who ought to tackle it head on and squarely.
Education is gradually relegated to the background, mainly due to bad leadership that cares less since they send their kids abroad.
Power generation and supply is extremely low and inadequate for any meaningful productivity and fuel (PMS, AGO and DPK) that drive production is in a regime shrouded in secrecy (stories like today there's subsidy, tomorrow it's partial subsidy, another day it's completely removed)
Government of policy somersault that leads to instability is one you exonerate, continue!

Leave that government ~~APC~~ mongrel alone don't argue with it. All it can do is bark senselessly from dawn to dusk, a disgrace to its entire lineage/pedigree..

Not to justify the chinkos behaviour, but Nigerians need to stop exporting their 'smart' lawlessness to other cultures, some nationalities don't even view you lot as human beings (because of your dark brown skin colour) they will waste you without batting an eyelid.
