There was no insult there. The post was supposed to educate you about how football works. If the midfield does not protect the defense, no matter how good the defenders are, opponents will get spaces to create chances. The defenders can only try their best to limit the chances to half chances.

Your team was exposed many times and pundits have pointed out the lack of shield from the midfield. If you had Maguire and AWB, we may not have scored all those goals

You don't know ball. The defense held it's own but was left exposed and had to be out of position many times because of the midfield. Still Maguire had all those numbers inspite of how the midfield and Shaw exposed him.
