I smell poverty and hatred for either Oyedepo or the Covenant Uni itself on the part of some people. Though I have never been to private school, but the way some people are stating their points here is uncalled for: where there is no law, there is no sin....

If you are in Rome, you are expected to act like Romans. I can see clearly that somebody has to travel to Freetown before he/she would realize that freedom is not even free in Freetown.

DailyNews:
my brother, the only thing missing in my life now (at least d one I am aware of) is fiancee/spouse/whatever it is called. All other things u mentioned have been settled by Godsmiley and I am not even open to dating or courtship, just so pessimistic about ladies generally, only God can help me on that.

Meanwhile, thanks for ur awesome prayer, may God bless u toosmiley
My brother, I have sufferred so much in this paradigm of life just like you before, especially when you love a lady wholeheartedly but latter downgrade you. In fact, I don't date any lady for more than 4 years then because of the pains and injuries inflicted in me.

But all of a sudden, I realize that God has saved me from much unnoticed problems that could have surfaced after some years. If that relationship works, I would have imprisioned myself unnecessarily for life.

But one thing is sure - at the right time , U will make a great discovery: all you need is to involve God and not depend on your own logic. The irony of life is that such lady might be within your reach now and you might not notice her. In the same vein, do not hesitate to give your ex the second chance IF YOUR HEART IS PLEASED WITH HER because lady would bye pass you sometimes before they realize how valuable you are.

Don't be fret if U are not interested in any lady now, but always remember that every fantastic idea/project/organization begins at unnoticed level. In other words, the essence of love is not to find the perfect person, but to love and imperfect person as a perfect individual. So, when the right person comes, U will swing into action willy-nilly.

I crave for God's involvement in this aspect of your life this morning: U are settled and your marriage will be a heaven on earth.

Good morning.

Their problem is that they have formulated standards/requirements, which their fathers do not meet before he started to "laminate" their mothers: leave them, by the time they reach the prime of their 30s, come and see them the way they will be searching for husband like "guilder ultimate search".

Women are additional bonuses: it is so easy to get them when you are rich, famous, and gather momentum.

DailyNews:
I am happy for u o. Me, I mostly admire ladies I see when I'm on d move or in a strange place; any lady that becomes my friend, that ends my attraction/admiration for her. Same with those around me or where I am well known. Dnt knw y
But from your point here, until a lady portray qualities beyond her physical appearance, your mind will not be at peace with her, and I know you will not be able to tell her your deepest secrets.

This shows you are now more matured than yesteryears. All what you need to know is that there is no perfect lady in this world and you will still need to work on her even if you will marry your mother in one aspect or the other.

Therefore, U are in the same shoe with me. Work on your personality a little bit: discover your talent and upgrade it:form a moralistic standard for yourself which you will never go beyond: be ambitious in relationship with ladies but don't be desperae and I can tell you authoritatively that you will soon discover that hidden "gold".

In fact, they will be running after you like money: I pray to God to bless you with good work too.

Max24:
For your info, politicians will always have an excuse for non-performance. Is Rivers the only state with so called 50% reduction of grants as u say? How come other states equally hit delivered on their own projects. Its all about management of resources, focus and self interest. Amaechi simply allowed his parochial interest override the interest of his Rivers people. He need not have gone the way he went. All his oratory skills did not put food on the table for Riverians.
Is the rail project carried out by all states? Or is rail project the only project being executed by Amaechi? Nearly all Governors are complaining if you are so current. If Lagos with much internally generated revenue can be complaining, how much more of River State. Or why is Fashola collecting Lekki's toll gate to augment the state's indebtedness?

If Amaechi planned well after his resumption of office, U should have known that he would have considered the grant from FG before embarking on such capital-intensive project which less than 4 to 3 states have only embarked upon.

DailyNews:
if truly u are a guy, u can't deny the fact that what attracts u first to a lady is her physical beauty (face, eyes, lips, smile, legs, shape, and sometimes voice). You notice those things first b4 noticing her character. Though character and manner is what will make a man stick with a lady or run after being attracted to her via her looks.

So to say, all men notice a woman's looks first b4 any other quality, so ladies try and look naturally good not artificial with all those red lip paint n eye lashes n big wig/weavon that makes u look so disgusting 2 reasonable men but appealing to randy men!
For somebody like me, I can only propose to you after knowing you for a while: may be that is the reason why I don't date much ladies. I find it difficult to be running after ladies at the first sight. So, the inner qualities in ladies will attract me most. I proposed to the lady I am dating now long after we have gone in our own ways after we live close for a while. So, it all depends on someone's personality and it may be wrong for you to generalize.

But he mentioned a point you have not addressed: with over 50% reduction of grants from FG, will you able to complete such project if you are in his shoe?

Physical appearance is secondary for me. Afterall, it will soon fade or change.

michylabo: Ask urself... If a company drivers kills somebody, who is held liable? Who pays damages? Who is sued? who e.t.c.....
Good! U are now getting it right. If Dangote Plc driver kills somebody, Dangote would not be prosecuted: instead, Dangote Plc would be prosecuted and there is no any sanction that can go beyond payment of damages. Google the "principle of separate personality" or Section 37/38 of Companies and Allied Matters Act for further clarification.

In the case of Synagogue, it is also a registered organization though not a company: it can be sued and sue. Therefore, TB Joshua cannot be prosecuted: Synagogue Church of Nations can only be sued. In the same vein, it may be too early to judge occurrence whose cause has not been verified. Though not a member of his church nor his followers, but let us remember that he is not a Developer, a Planner nor a Builder who is well versed in construction. Incompetent Developer, fake materials bought, soil type, and lackadaisical attitude of government officials might also constitute another cause.

God bless Nigeria!

200 million mumus.
Though not a follower of this man, but you are wrong here if paying 50,000 to Journalist the only humanitarian service you have ever heard about this man?

HaFor your information, apart from his humanitarian services which I admire most about his church, I was surprised when my friend who is a driver of a banker told me that TB gave him #20,000 during a call to his church.

We cannot sentence the owner of a car simply because his driver kills a being: let through investigation be carried out as it may be too early to judge.

What gives you assurance that the negligence might not be on the part of state govt, contractor, or even the govening body of synagogue? I could remember a construction that colapsed at off Ajose Adeogun around VI at Lagos a year ago. The irony of this was that the building is situated within LG environs, and nobody hears any outcome up till date, likewise the one that claimed many lives at Abuja in a year or two years ago.

This is Nigeria and no accused is culprit until the court proves so prima facie.

God bless Nigeria.

The quote God helps those who help themselves is found in the Quran
Verily never will God change the condition of a people until they change it themselves (13:11)

Family › Re: Who Is A Guy With Potential? by Ephemmm: 7:59am On Sep 03, 2014
flyca: OP, Personal Experience.

Sometime ago, I started "seeing" one of my sister's old time classmate, an Architect from a Federal University, graduated with a good result and have a Master's degree, and with two year experience too. These were the sketchy details I knew about him before we started dating. So yes!, he has potentials.

Ok. Two months into the r/ship, I noticed this guy was broke, broke with the necessities of basic leaving. I started becoming worried. I lived in a city two hours from his, but he couldn't afford t-fare (not time) once in a week or two to come and see me. Calls nko?, na me dey call most times. Ok o. I was still on it.

Once, I went to his office see him, by the time I set out by 5pm back to my city, I drank a bottle of coke. Even the taxi fare to the park, he didn't give me. Hmmmmm. No need to say, I was "down". Another day, I went back to his residence to visit him on a Sunday o, I nearly fainted at what I saw. His room in the family house even had a leaky roof shocked

The one that broke the Carmel's back, was the day he asked me to transfer some call credit to his phone. At this time, I had completely lost grip!

So am I a gold-digger? Am I impatient? I'm I unrealistic or simply unreasonable? I leave the answers to you.

As much as having potentials is good, if its not translated into financial ability(lack of better adjectives), there is no need to bring out a lady from her father's house to starve her.
I understand your point here, but ladies have to bear it in their minds that men are finding it more difficult to earn a living nowadays. As a man, I have found a lady who have done that for me too especially as a fresh graduate without any job. The matter was so worse to the extent that I always go to sites then looking for blocks to carry upstairs in other to find money to apply for some jobs, but without any job coming forth.

In short, this ladies left all of a sudden, I was devastated and all my dreams with her died, but life goes on: it pains me to the extent that for over three years I avoid any other relationship and face my life squarely.

But all glory be to God Almighty who has changed my life for better. My work is Ok: my life becomes more meaningful, and my education is still in progress: but it alwlays pains me that she laboured but refused to reap what she has shown.

I met her by chance sometimes ago, and I offered her financial help willingly. She appreciated it but wept cos I made her to understand that a megre help like this was not my plan for her.

Ladies be more patient with guys please.

They are called kings because without them, no business entity will survive, and that organization will never be profitable: that is why they are always right.
