INEC is improving. I had thought of this before as well. It's a good idea and money-saving. If an account holder can visit a bank and asked to confirm his identity or ownership of that account by placing his or her finger on the biometric scanner and the entire biodata will show on their system, there's no need to use the pvc again in any election. BVAS only is better. It works under same principles.
Do you know my joy in the introduction of this BVAS? No borno, adamawa or yobe rep will sit in any abuja hotel and be monitoring the election results in the south anymore as announced at the national collation centre and be using it to manipulate electoral figures in favour of his state.

By the time almost all the states had announced their results, they'd now leave their hotels for the national collation centre and be citing logistical issues, boko haram activities and other fake stories as the reason for coming late. Datti on the other hand isn't doing visibly much to secure support for Peter Obi in the North. I can't begin to count the number of places PO travels to weekly to gather support, but he can't do it all alone.
