If you assert that women are the majority, then all it takes is for a woman to run for senate, and all the women in her constituency to vote for her. No one, court or not will stand in thier way. The reality is that Nigerian women are highly apathetic about politics. That's all.

Now looking at the points you raised, you know these arguments don't hold any water:

1. I'm not abreast of the first case you mentioned but you should see visibly that such an argument is untenable. Was Ihedioha removed because he was a woman?

2. The rift between Dabiri and Pantami was just a disagreement between colleagues. I'm wondering whether you have any evidence of there being an ulterior gender-based motive behind Pantami's actions? More importantly, how does that amount to blocking her from participating in politics? This Dabiri was already a minister, appointed by Buhari (a man to the best of our knowledge), can it be sincerely said that she was blocked from participating in politics??

3. Similarly, Pantami blocking some Tinubu from shaking the president is down to the fact that he and the president share the same religious belief where men don't shake women. How does that in reality translate to deprivation of political participation? After all the same Remi Tinubu is a senator, ironically showing that women can, and do make it to political office when they follow the same methods as men.

Even at the university level, do women show interest in student politics? Let's stop this dishonest politics of sentiment.

I never asserted that women outnumbered men, I'm just hearing you say this. I said the population of women to men is almost the same( almost half of the population). Its not me who came up with this data this, its the FG through the federal bureau of statistics.

Now, my point is, women aren't given their voice in political setting and public appointment like we men. Political counterbalance in the system ought to be maintained by giving them a good percentage

We don't need a religious bigot in Nigeria and I hope things would change from 2023 onwards. A minister or president is seen as a leader over both male and female and the office they keep. Ours is a secular state.

Had Lar's daughter not been so influential, she'd not have been in NA cos men wouldn't ha e allowed her. Similarly, some female law makers in the north would have been booted out at the preliminary stages. Just check their background. The discrimination faced by women in this country especially on the account of religion is bizarre. Tanko, the current CJN isn't supposed to be there in the diest place. 8. Don't demand for the death of any body, that alone can cancel your prayer.

9. Your spirit should be connected with the spirit of God, edify your spirit.

10. Praises and Thanksgiving should fill your heart instead of complaining and murmurings.

11. Ask what you need.

12 when praying listen to what the spirit is saying, after prayer expect what you have asked.

14. Dont tempt God. Like asking God for healing but ignore medical warning or refuse treatment, asking God for good result but you don't read, or knowing something is not right for you but asking God to give you anyway.

15. Some prayers actually need to be back up with fasting, some prayers need to be prayed prophetically, there are prayers we need to pray with other believers, that is why we must listen to the holy spirit ( I am going to write on how the holy spirit speak to us some day).

16. Infact before stating your request examine yourself to see if there is iniquity in you, ask for forgiveness and for the Lord to cleanse you and also you must have forgiven others also.
An unforgiven person cannot hope to get forgiveness but as Christians we forgive because christ has forgiven us.

Some Christians do not believe in asking God for the forgiveness of their sins because the scripture says God has already forgiven us.


While indeed we are forgiven of our sins in christ, however we still need to sanctify ourself and these require that we ask for forgiveness of our sins.

People do not get answers to their prayers because they pray wrongly.

That people don't get answers to their prayers doesn't mean they pray amiss. Let me give you an instance OP.

Sometime ago, I was praying over 3 major points. I'd receive answers to other prayers except these 3. One day, I placed myself on a 7-day fasting and prayer. On the 7th day, I heard the Lord say to me...I've answered your prayer and the proof is in the book of habakuk chapter 2 vs 3. Prior to that time, I had never read that bible passage, let alone cram it. When I opened the bible and read, I was just thanking God. The following year, I saw my requests manifest and with ease

At times, when we pray, God may have answered but we always want an instant result whereas, God's time isn't our time. He makes all things beautiful in His own time, not in our time.

First fruits or not, do what's right in the sight of God. For me oo, I always prefer helping young churches and men of God who are struggling to rise, to putting my offering in a church wey don belle full. Aftet all ,we serve same God, so do His servants

You are right but if you remember, zamfara was declared a no flight zone while the gov was still in the pdp, the action which he saw as Political witch-hunt. The moment he joined the apc, no more declaration of no flight zone. There was even a time his people said the apc would support them in fighting terror, if only he could defect to the apc, the ruling party were they could get support.

Even after the governor defected to the APC thinking the ruling party would support his state in the fight against boko haram nicknamed bandits, has anything changed? And to you Nigerian youths who are ever ready to die for them, use your head in 2023. They do not like you. If they do, none of those politicians who had defected from the PDP to the APC and vice versa, would have done so in their various constituencies and states without first seeking your consent, the electorate. You only hear of such defections in the media with defection ceremonies taking place in Abuja.

As selfish as they are, they only defect during their second term in office, when they are sure they would not come back to contest that seat again. They would now cite baseless reasons for leaving the party that brought them into a limelight in politics.
