Northerners always in the news for bad reasons. They're the most corrupt tribe on earth but the fact that they hardly expose themselves like our people do down south makes many see them as saints. It's like taking an oath of secrecy. Even if they see their fellow northerners stealing money from the CBN's vault , they'd say its government money, e no dey finish and when it comes to their turn, they'd also pack their own. How can an ordinary accountant in the ministry of power have over 70 cars and 25 houses in choice locations in abuja and Nigerians would expect improvements in that sector? How much is his salary? What were his fellow northerners doing when all these were happening? Thanks to fashola who exposed this when he became minister.
We thought buhari would send him to jail...na lie. We've not even heard of the case anymore . In order to punish fashola for exposing this thief, they removed the ministry of power from his coverage. This corrupt cop called kyari could have been eyeing an IG appointment in future, who knows? And if he gets it, what do Nigerians think he'd do? He would simply permit crime to hold away. The criminal would be set free while the innocent would go to jail. I'm glad the FBI is involved. If it were allegations levelled against him without any international link, we wouldn't have heard of the case more than a week after which he'd have been absolved of all allegations.

Me I don't believe in a progressive Nigeria under this inept caliber of leadership. Squad attack would bring decorum to this country. They need to be exited by any means.

You can't say it any better. I described one of the thiefs who once attempted to rob late MKO Abiola here on NL, choosing my words carefully a few months ago. MKO was on his way to see Olubadan with some of his American partners and his wife who confirmed the incident but kept the names of those armed robbers secret. One of them was a 2-time governor and now a serving minister. On sighing MkO in his vehicle after they've succeeded in robbing other victims, they screamed his name and MKO stepped out of the vehicle, discouraged them from engaging in the act and asked them go back to school, that he would sponsor their education and they were free to see him for any help anytime. All those we have as leaders today are thieves, killers, ritualists, cultists, human flesh eaters and fraudsters. 2 of our law makers can't enter USA today without being arrested and both of them hold key positions in the national assembly. How do you expect any change to happen? If i had my way, I'd lead a squad team to them...which is now a reigning means of eliminating key people globally and remove them all. Only then would we have a sane and progressive country.
