Dino is way better than Buhari who has no primary school certificate.
Instead of showing his certificate, he used our tax money to hire 30 SAN lawyers.
The Comptroller General of Customs is a civil service position that has a retirement age.
Obviously, illiterate Buhari does not know that.
His followers also don't know.
They all want us to continue in lawless dictatorship after 18 years of democracy.
Are we foolish?
1. I don't know about "we" but I am sure you are foolish. If Dino wanted to prove he genuinely graduated from ABU, ABU themselves will come out to claim him - that's how the law works.

If Dino misplaced his certificate and couldn't find it again, ABU need only come out and provide the proof that he acquired it and the issue will be solved.

PMB said he had WAEC certificate but that it was lost when the military raided his house in 1985 and arrested him. He said a copy of the result would be in the record of the Nigerian Army. Nigerian Army denied seeing anything in his record save a form stating what should have been his grade (they didn't have the actual certificate, fine).

PMBs alma mater then produced a spreadsheet of results showing not only PMBs result but the results of others whose names were around his. Interestingly, the result the school provided via the spreadsheet matched exactly what was entered into PMBs military records.

So to keep talking about PMBs certificate is actually foolish and asinine.

Now back to Dino, instead of telling us that he graduated from ABU. He should provide the certificate that he was issued so it can be vetted and verified or he can ask ABU to provide his results and discharge documents proving he graduated.

2. Alhaji Bamanga Tukur was appointed by GEJ to be the head of the Federal Railway Commission at the age of 70+. Not only him, Joseph Kolade, Tony Anenih etc were all Septagenerians atleast when they held top Civil service jobs. So why did they get confirmed by the NASS? I will tell you why.

There is a huge difference between being a career civil servant and an appointed civil servant. Let me explain. In the Ministry of Foreign Affairs for example, there are civil servants who rise through the ranks to become Ambassadors. Those ones are bound by the age limit for civil servants as stipulated by the law. On the other hand, there are political appointees that the president could just announce as Ambassadors. Those ones are not bound by any age limit and can be appointed at an age way above the retirement age for career civil servants.

So in the same vein, Hameed Ali is not bound by the age of career civil servants similar to the way he is not mandated to wear the NCS Uniform. The reason is simple and succinct: He is not a career Customs man but a POLITICAL APPOINTEE.

Perhaps, if Dino had actually graduated, he would have known this.

Now thank me for educating you free of charge.

You won't just stop saying "your cavs". Do if I say anything in cavs favor, means I'ma Cavs fan? smh

You have a point, top western team have better coach system than the cavs which is the difference. The argument was "most stacked team"
As a rule of thumb, I like people who can read and comprehend before replying. Sure, I mentioned "your Cavs" but that's because you have owned them by giving them claims even they would not accept. Save that, I didn't discuss most stacked with you and there is a reason for that.

SmooshCHN has already answered you well, if they are most stacked fine - there should be no argument if they lose to a less stacked team. That's all I have to say. Cheers.

Lol Hazard has just 2 goals from open play. 2!

Zidane had helped his team to back to back CL Finals at Hazard's age and the thing is we all know Hazard is a decent player but when people start comparing him to the Messi's, Neymar's, Ronaldo's, Müller's e.t.c then there is need for him to be dragged down to his level.

The irony of it all is he is not even Chelsea's best player this year. Yet na him una dey always hype
Truer words than these haven't been said.

Disagree with them being the most stacked team. Okay Cavs are without injury. Only difference is Cavs can't seem to play to their potential..YET.
Forget potential, they are coming out of the East. If they face Spurs, GSW or Houston that's another argument especially if GSWs shots fall and the refs call the obvious fouls.

Cavs never really had a system of playing they are heavy ISOs and 3 points but the only difference this time is they have gone down on rebounds and rim protection.

Even if they played their best ever basketball, it will still depend on what the Western teams do because the western teams are well-coached system teams that shoot better than your cavs.

Forget the comeback talk, the warriors are back. But hey, i don't know why Eruditor and smooshchn are going berserk. angry
It's not like y'all aren't the best equipped team in the league already, if anything, it's the Cavs who should be worried now.
And hey, all these your epistles on Westbrook gets me chuckling, I mean , Hollywood or not, history would remember him for what he has done this season and his name would be mentioned in the same breathe with Robertson. No one cares to know how many soft FTs James gets, all we know is that season by season he climbs up the all time ladder.
Nobody cares about his TDs (atleast we didn't diss it me and SmooshCHN). We were talking about how he doesn't make his teammates better hence their loss.

Anyways, I like the fact that we have gone back to being the most equipped team even after losing KD. All I know is that even after we lost to the Timberwolves and barely beat the Sixers, I was here announcing that we had gotten our groove back but you were saying until we blew a big team out you disagreed. Well, at least you can see why I rate my own opinion about my team very highly.

I laugh at clueless nigerians who are supporting Tyrant Hammed Ali.

You bought a family car (e.g Siena) from a dealer who underpaid customs 6 years ago, Ali then ask customs officers to leave the borders ( their primary duty posts) and go out ILLEGALLY on the streets for stop and search, while you are returning from church with your family after being harrased by Police, Road safety, Vio, Latsma, Custom officers asks you to pull over, ask for your custom papers and declare that the dealer whom you bought the car from didn't pay enough duty.

They order you and your family members out of your car and drive to the custom office while you and your family trek home. Who is doing who?

You really think Custom officers will have the nerve to stop Saraki or Dino's convoy when they are on the move for payment of duty? It is you poverty-infested zombies who throw owambe when you buy your first Golf 2 and 3 that will be their target.
And when that happens, make sure you lament in silence and don't come here crying.
I know you think you made sense but you only exposed the typical Nigerian disposition and predilection for crime and illegalities.

Why won't the policy help buyers of vehicles to demand that the correct papers for the vehicle be acquired? Your position seems to argue that because the original buyer/owner had counterfeit documents then me (his patronizer) should be exonerated seeing that I wasn't involved when the crime occured. Which is akin to saying anyone is allowed to go about driving stolen cars simoly because they bought it legally from someone who possessed said car illicitly.

Shame on Nigerians.
Sports › Re: The NBA Begins by Eruditor: 1:35pm On Mar 21, 2017
^^

Exactly. That's what I noticed. Curry used the attention to free alot of people to make wide open shots. If KD played that game he would have had 40 by half time. Every single time Russell was with the ball he tried to force himself to the rim. Dude, you have Kanter and Oladipo, use them! He said no and kept forcing things till he got 4 fouls before end of 3rd quarter.

I said it from the jump, Russell's style of being MVP doesn't appeal to me. If I was his teammate I'd admire his athleticism but I wouldn't want to play with him.

Dino is a babbler. If he was certain SR were talking rubbish he would have mouthed incoherent jibberish off since yesterday. He has gone back to the drawing board to see how he can douse this fire especially as he doesn't know what other information SR have on him.

He is a hypocrite but like I predicted, his end is near. Watch Saraki dump him like a bad habit once the chips are down.

It's a simple formula isn't it? Shut out Westbrook and the Thunder go flaccid.
LOL. He wasn't singled out. He is not just as good as his TDs seem to suggest and I was saying it here. You guys were hyping rubbish. Once he cannot run past defenders to the rim, he has no way else of influencing the game yet he is averaging double-figure assists.

Curry didn't even go to the line yesterday if my memory serves me well. He flat out outplayed Russell. Tomorrow someone will wonder why the fans will always prefer Curry.

I thought Westbrook said "Who's He?" He's your Daddy!!! Boy grin
OKC our perennial b-tches with or without KD. In fact even while he was there they were still chopping it. Make no mistakes refs wanted to help. But Klay and Curry were too hot early in the game. Did you see when Gibson nudged Curry while he was screening and Westbrook who was trying to dribble the ball tossed it up as though he was fouled. Refs gave him 3 FTs for that rubbish.

I mean, the same duplicitous MVP-Wannabe was flopping all game like he had watched a bunch of Lebron tapes just before the game.

Buhari was already a serving officer by then. Buhari was a participant in the coup that brought Gowon to power.

Madueke alsi graduated with Diya. When Biafra was declared, Madueke joined the Biafran Navy. After the war, he returned to the Nigerian Navy along with other Igbo Naval Officers like Ebitu Ukiwe.
I don't know if PMB was a participant in that coup. Myth says so but no evidence supports it. Muritala, TY Danjuma were active participants though.

As for Madueke, yes. In fact, coming back to the Nigerian Navy made sure that he lost his seniority hence why he was a Rear Admiral and not a Vice Admiral when Diya was a Lt. GEN.

All that, "the Senate should do X and Y" is hot garbage as they can't do more than a dead rat. The only condition that matters is if Colonel Hameed Ali is performing his duties as a Customs' boss and so far, he has been excellent.

Your point does not still stand because he was never Vice President, but I agree that he was later pardoned for coup plotting so he had his benefits as a Lt Gen restored.
IBB started the trend of making the CGS be called Vice President. He did so to Admiral AA Aikhomu of blessed memory. Lt Gen Diya gets the same benefits and treatment that is accorded to former Vice Presidents like Alex Ekuweme and Atiku so technically he was a Vice President.

Rear Admiral AA Madueke (Deziani's husband) was also amongst the first set of graduands. PMB couldn't have been here as he had joined the Army before NDA was commissioned in 1962.

So why should Saraki pay 8M duty for a bullet proof car that is estimated to be 200M+ and he would not be suspicious?

Well, because he, like you, seem to know alot about crooks that it leaves us with no option but to conclude that you both are. Although, in your case you are only guilty of fraud; trying to parade yourself as someone who knows anything when you are empty and worthless.

No he wouldn't. That ball got to Fabregas first. Xavi and Matic wouldn't have lost that ball. If the ball gets to you first and there is a man pressuring you from behind, there is no excuse for losing the ball. All you do is put your body in between the man and he either has to foul you or bounce off you. Fabregas did neither, and that is only one of umpteen occasions that has happened.
I just rewatched it. Besides virtually all the blogs attributed the mistake to Azpi. There is only so much you can do with a bad pass. The advantage was not to Fab but Andy Carroll.
