That is exactly how I felt the first evening I did the walks. Infact it was so bad that I almost couldn't walk back home and was tempted to take a drop back home....but I summoned strength and walked back....the second day, it slightly eased up.. but by the third and fourth day, I didn't feel it that much....infact ,with each passing day, I have more strength to walk farther.
So hang on there ooo. Don't give up. Continue it. It's your body'sinitial reaction. ..it will soon adapt...Focus on your goal.

P.s I always go with 100naira or so incase I get too tired and can't walk back ooo , I will take a drop home oo to avoid undue attention on the street. But so far, have not had a reason to use the drop home. You can do same.

Lolz I've heard about it! It was also featured in the news. It's the strange mystery of the lemon drop cupcake sold by capellinos bakery in Charlottesville Virginia. Many overdue women went into labour within an hour of eating the cupcake, no scientific proof and the owner says it's just faith.

You want to give it a try? are you ready to travel to amelica for a cupcake as I doubt any bakery in naira has the recipes.

Good morning beautiful mommas, abeg how do u guys walk long or short distance? I tried it yesterday and it seems to me like a trailer passed btw my legs.the heaviness down there now ehn is something else. Should I still try again or just give up and balance on yoga and stairs climbling. Plus my left leg is locked since I trekked. Oh my!

Ps: I heard there's this cupcake they sell which induces labor. Has anyone heard 'bout it?

U are gonna be having 2 lovely princess and that to me Is so cool cos there are pple who just want to be seen as pregnant alone for them not to be shamed. It is well with u kk,when hubby is tired he will come around,am sorry I don't know how to pet a man that feels what he deposited into me isn't worth it. Madam Kotias003! Dabinos do not look un hygienic because Northerners sell them! I am sure u understand that the ones that are hawked have been exposed to the elements like all other things sold like that too i.e grapes, plums etc and not because 'Northerners sell them'.

If you check, you will see that there are packaged dates that are sold in the supermarkets, which have not been exposed to these elements. It's common analysis!

I greet you All my Sisters and mothers. ...it's been a wonderful journey so far. It may not have been completely perfect but there have been abundant reasons to be thankful to God who has done exceedingly well to bring us this far.....of course he didn't bring us this far to abandon us but rather to see us to the end of this journey successfully. ..so we will depend on him to the VERY END!
He has done it already for some of us ...mompurity2, udoomama and ijeomaobi1 ...we celebrate with them!

We should all be in week 37, 38, 39 and some approaching week 40 already....that means any of us can have our babies at any time from now,(babies are considered term from 37weeks) so we should all be ready. ..mum and baby essentials at least for the first 1month bought already. Baby should have been head down by now to increase our chances at trying a VD. ..

We will do our best to cooperate with our Doctor's and midwives as much as possible while we continuously pray for the best team to be with us on that day! When not sure of a suggestion by a Doctor or midwife , don't hesitate to come here to weigh the suggestions so as to be better guided.
Our goal has been mother alive, baby alive and father rejoicing. ...so whatever measures need to be taken to make that possible should be fully supported(CS included) ...
Please start your walks if you haven't already done so. Increase your kpekusing too if DH is readily available too. You can also do squats to help exercise the pelvic floor muscles tho it's not so easy cos of bump heaviness and pains in the legs.
That being said. ...wishing you ALL the best and nothing but the best.

I am 38wks +4days today. . .am excited and anxious. ..it's not been easy. ..started Maternity leave on Monday as I was over tired of preparing for work every morning. House chores have become a great deal of work too ...just managing to keep up. My baby's bag has been packed. ..but mine has not yet but I will do so once I return from ANC today...I do my walks at least 45mins too in the evening ...
I am ready for labour! !! Yes I am.....I want to hold my own baby and nurture with love .

Janix2, the month I went to check if my tubes were kk and got the news that one was blocked and one was opened was d month I got preggy,funny thing is I didn't believe it and saw it as a mild case.sometimes, as per what d doctor told me ur tubes might appear blocked cause it can remain stocked together wen the doctor tries to pass d dye, so my dear worry not and kpekus to d maximum. Just check that u are ovulating and time it. Some times we don't get to even use the oda tubes for awhile.

It all depends on the body although babycenter says 6weeks,but w all heal differently, just like when u have a cut and has to be stitched, d person with whom u were stitched the same time might not heal as fast as u. That shouldn't bring friction much,just try and communicate.

personally I will take it back! Reason being that if it was manufactured in 2013 and is expiring this year! It has stayed 2years plus! Wipes shelve life is often times 3years. Weda I will finish it before then or not it's not for them to decide! Why use something that is almost expired when I can get same brand made this year and expiring in 2019? And I'm paying the same amount for it? Abu dem less price for you? ( They should IMO) well that's me sha you may choose to use it as very much likely it will run out before November.

Den no less price o,got it for 800 naira each,just got to know wen I was packing my hospital bag. Thank u maam. Lesson learnt.

It's possible and it depends on ur usage. That's if u don't use water in between but if u will be using water then it's possible it won't finish by then.

Uptill now, I sincerely don't know how to tell when its hiccups ooo or when its mild kicks ooo. But at this stage of pregnancy, I think what You should experience more now is braxton hicks. ....your body's way of learning to contract in preparation for the real thing. But on a lighter note, frequency of baby's hiccups is definitely no cause for alarm. At least, it's a reassurance that baby is fine because from 36 weeks or so, reduced fatal movement is also a cause for alarm. ... So calm down and enjoy the movements. ...

Thanks my cappo, I experience braxton hicks too more frequently now. My mind has calm down now.
