Numerous MTN subscribers are currently expressing frustration over missing data bundles. Despite successfully subscribing to data packages, many users report that the purchased data is not reflecting on their phones, leaving them unable to access mobile internet services. When contacting customer care, subscribers are often met with the same response: "Please allow up to 24 hours for the issue to be resolved." This extended waiting period is causing significant inconvenience and frustration among users who have already paid for the service. "I subscribed to a 1GB data bundle yesterday, but I still can't use it," complained one frustrated subscriber on social media. "Customer care keeps telling me to wait, but I've already waited longer than 24 hours." This issue has sparked widespread concern and criticism among MTN subscribers, with many questioning the reliability and quality of the company's services. MTN is yet to issue an official statement regarding this widespread issue. |
After the long-awaited adjustments to the minimum wage, the NJIC has decided to add ₦10,000 to the allowances of workers in construction companies. This raises an important question: are allowances part of the minimum wage? Based on research, allowances are generally not considered part of the minimum wage. The minimum wage refers to the basic salary or wage that an employer is legally required to pay an employee for their work. It is a fixed amount set by law or agreement and does not include additional benefits or allowances. Allowances, such as housing, transportation, medical, or meal allowances, are typically regarded as separate benefits provided by the employer to supplement the basic wage. This makes it puzzling how the NJIC arrived at an additional ₦10,000 to allowances rather than addressing the base pay directly. Are you currently working in a construction company? Are you affected by this new development? Let us discuss this issue and, if possible, share it on various platforms to gain insights and perspectives from others.

I have been employed at a Chinese company (name withheld) for several years, where I've witnessed the pervasive corruption of Chinese supervisors, particularly in Nigeria. These supervisors wield excessive power, treating workers as subordinates, subjecting them to strenuous labor and offering inadequate wages. Speaking up against such injustices often results in termination. Recently, a new supervisor has exacerbated the situation by targeting me unfairly, withholding wages without justification. Despite reporting the issue to management, no action has been taken. I seek advice from fellow Nairalanders on how to hold this supervisor accountable and potentially prevent similar mistreatment in the future. |
I am a phone repairer , the problem with that business is the return of products that are mostly fake. Inshort that business is a wahala business. Most of the accessories shipped into Nigeria are fake. Concentrate on selling infinix, itel, and tecno battery directing from their offices. You can add power banks and Bluetooth speakers. Once your customers knows you better, you won't regret it. |

Minister of power should go first. If there is at least 18hrs light in this country, things will improve normally. So I suggest that the Minister of power should go first. |

Dear brothers and sisters I am confused about Churches situated in residential areas holding vigils with heavy sound systems and even mounting speakers out doors. Some churches can hold up to 21 night vigils and within these days, nobody will have good rest .I confronted one of these churches and he said evil kingdoms operates during the nights and hence the introduction of vigils among churches . I don't agree with him. Let's talk about this. Thank you all. |

Then the elections needs to cancel. Ahmed did not win fct neither did atiku. An interim govt should be set up and headed by who can manage electoral processes very well. |

2021 may be worst than 2020. Endsars protest was just trial by error. If they push Nigerians to the wall with all these clueless ideas, the battle will be too bloody. Guns are already in circulations. God help us. |
Stocked at OTP. it keeps counting yet no otp sent. |
I wonder how many of the church members afford it. |
If drastic steps is needed to calm the trending tensions, then actions has to be taken. If buhari is still alive he should arrest all past presidents of this country that still exist. He should not take the blames alone. After arresting all of them, they should be prosecuted immediately and any one found wanting should be made to pay for it by death. If this is done at the soonest time, Nigeria will be at peace. Other things follows after this. We need a better Nigeria. |
