mzilakazi: Bwahahaha… I know it sounds incredible. We have three new power stations which are not yet integrated to the grid and each produce 5000MW. We have nine nuclear power stations on the pipeline with six already starting to be build this year. Each of Nine nuclear power stations produces 4800MW. We also have another project in DRC which will add to our grid and some more coal power stations which will be build. As captivating as all these your magic projects are on the screen of the computer, proof from reliable source will certainly make them more believable, especially regarding your purported nine nuclear power station that would mysteriously manage to each produce 4800MW..how your country manages to have enough money left to even fuel your president's car with all these proposed 'under the pipeline' projects,i'll never know. |

mzilakazi: It is not shrinking dummy. It cannot meet the demand.
Over 95% of South African homes are now electrified and the grid cannot meet the demand. We need to increase it to over 100 000MW. An highly amusing prospect indeed,am i to believe that SA would somehow magick I00 000MW of power out of thin dry air to meet domestic demands?,why,i never knew you had such innovative socerers! |

ddami: Lol that would be tough... cos those cabals are among our top politicians.....but I hope buhari goes hard on them...even the petrol stations & owners won't like it considering how much they make on we that by fuel in kegs...
*I was not here** indeed, removing them would be tough to manage legally. But of course, there is also the option of arranging 'tragic accidents' to befall such unscrupulous entities. Unconventional methods could always be applied where the judiciary proves uncooperative. But then again,i wouldnt presume to advice such murky formula of managing matters. |

Patchesagain: ahhhhhhhhhhhh..... this is truly embarrassing
I messed up, been a long day.
My apologies, South Africa (according to the stats) only produces 10X more power indeed, but that 10X power is rapidly shrinking.A pity, such a distabilizing dilemma to add to your crumbling economy. |

Generator manufacturers and Sellers. i am sure Nigeria is their biggest market... . Nigeria having regular power supply is a problem to them...
*I was not here** indeed, and they would have to be removed to allow smooth progress. |

Patchesagain: South Africa produces 257.9 b/kwh (17th in the world)
Nigeria produces 24 b/kwh (67th in the world) http://www.indexmundi.com/g/r.aspx?v=79&t=100
South Africa produces 100X the electricity Nigeria does.
The two new power stations we are building equal your entire national power grid Measuring in terms of kilowatts per hour does not account for 'lost volts'; In Nigeria's case, hundreds of kilowatts are lost during transmittion and distribution of power, while hundreds more cannot be accessed due to gas shortfall and decrease in water level{for our dams}. Therefore, measuring in b/kwh is highly inaccurate. PS: How does 257.9 b/kwh amount to 100 times of 24 b/kwh? I know mathematics isnt a south african's fort, but damn!,use a calculator!{if you know how to use one} |

MduZA: when are you going to make your own? Contrary to what you may believe, producing military hardware isnt as simple as boiling noodles. How ironic for you to continue puffing vigorously into a vuvuzela about Nigeria's fledgling defense industry, when all the hardwares you have ever made are failures of catastrophic magnitude: rooivalk, oliphant, cobra,Denel seeker suv. drone etc... At least we dont cloak a french land cruiser with armour and pass it off as an indigenous IFV{like a country we all know}. |

Did you say i cant be finer than DJ exclusive?,aww babe....I'm sorry to break your porcelain heart, but i disagree.your crush is handsome, but not the most handsome man in the country. hehehehe..did you say korean men are all bones?,they are indeed on the skinnier side, but really, girls dont look beyond the gorgeous faces, infact most people love korean stature....then again, not everyone are attracted to bald, obese septuagenarians with trimmed moustaches.lol. |

mzilakazi: YOU PEOPLE THINK THAT APARTHEID WAS AS BAD AS EGYPT WHEN THE PHARAOHS MALTREATED THE ISRAELITES. APARTHEID WAS MERELY THE POLICY OF SEPARATION THAT SOUGHT TO DIVIDE SOUTH AFRICA ALONG RACIAL LINES, BUT IT COULD NOT PROGRESS. IT WANTED ALL BLACKS, COLOUREDS AND INDIANS TO HAVE THEIR OWN SEPARATE GOVERNMENT AND SEPARATE AMENITIES LIVING IN SELF-GOVERNING HOMELANDS. ALTHOUGH IT ACHIEVED SOME OF ITS OBJECTIVES IT WAS NEVER AS BAD AS EGYPT. BLACKS STILL ENJOYED BASIC SERVICES EVEN THOUGH THEY WERE NOT ON THE SAME LEVEL AS WHAT WHITES WERE OFFERED. Why are you screaming and squealing like a pig dangling from a butcher's rafter?,you could contract cardio-vascular seizures, you know. |

Men do love to talk about fighting and battle, the same way women love to gossip and giggle. *smile* Pride wont allow anyone surrender, anyway, everyone here knows the true military champion on the continent, but nothing wrong in occassional intellectual debates and educating revelations. I fear your proposition will meet stiff resistance. |

mzilakazi: South Africa is not a charity case of America and Britain even Obama knows and confirmed it in Soweto on his visit when he donated money to the likes of Nigeria and others to build their power stations. http://edition.cnn.com/2013/06/30/world/africa/south-africa-obama-pledge/ pfft....all i see in SA is four and twenty black birds baked in a pie....a country where every citizen begs for peanut nuggets from a bankrupt government..we dont do BEE here boy |
Foreign Affairs › Re: Who Has The Strongest Military In Africa? by EVarn(m): 2:54pm On Jul 03, 2015 |
mzilakazi: That is a biggest lie on mother earth. What is it that Nigeria will be doing and SA not doing? Our so called power crisis which I do not see as power crisis since I do not mind to live without power for only three hours once a week, is not going to last for over three years. I bet you, once our three new power stations kick start and shed to the grid the problem will be a history.
South Africans are used to electricity such that they do not even want to miss it for only 30 minutes. Just take power from South Africans for only 5-6 hours and see that it will make the headlines tomorrow. Many African countries including Nigeria are used to the dark and they are now comfortable with it. Thats not my cup of tea, believe in your white elephant pigeon pie projects....2020 isnt far off.. |

mzilakazi: I am not shifting any goal post. South Africa will be building the world biggest hydro power in the centre of Africa which will benefit the whole of Africa including Nigeria at a cost. SA has no lakes otherwise we could have had plenty of those. SA is building?,lol, you invested in a white elephant project my dear.if congo ever manages to complete the project,we would have already surpassed those statistics. |
