Hmmm, its a choice, life is a risk, if you are not capable of taking such risk, you can let it be.
This kind of agreement has to be insurable, peraGsd also giving the puppies out is a risk.
A situation where the carer decides to make the puppy die, what do you think peragsd should do? Fold his arms? Measures has to be taken to ensure the risk is insurable or calculated. (When I say the carer decides to make the puppy die, it could mean anything ranging from picking the pup and delibrately avoiding keeping tabs)

Na local dog sha, I gave d drugs while waiting for my vet whom kept giving escuses nd I woke up one day, the pup was active one day, I was confused cos I thought it would die, pup was weak pooing smelly bloody stool, throwing up if forcefed, but she came bk in 3 days

Before he post pics, let me shed some light about Gsds which I believe you should know. For the sake of those who dont know, Gsd are of two Variations:
1. The working line. (Popularly called Straight backs)
2. The showline (Popularly called slant back/roach back)
Each of these lines have variations in coat length:
1. Short coat,
2. Long coat.

But I think this one is actually mixed with local breed, one can tell from the facial features, not that there is anything wrong with that, and you mentioned she goes outside to piss or shitt when pressed, that is one of the characteristics of local breeds had it been if it was a pure bred, then you would have to potty train her, if not she will just shitt anywhere.
