Has anyone notice that all religion on earth shares some common beliefs and doctrines?

Here are some of their shared beliefs:

1.The doctrine of heaven and hell.
2.The prayer beads (rosary).
3. Approaching God via a medium (Christians Jesus, Islam Mohammed, Buddhist, the Buddha)
4. God eating (communion).

to mention a few.

My question is from what source did religious founders draws their teachings?

Where is that common pool?

Who has research that far?
