There was this other time I was very angry as I was passing through the door only to be dranged back by a door knob the next thing I saw was blood at times if I mistakenly touch any thing it will definitely spoil even when I have no intention to spoil it.
I learnt my lesson knowing how important my health is to me so I don't let anger control me anymore.
