Jobs/VacanciesRe: How A Highly Intelligent Lady Lost A Job Opportunity. by EXPRESSSMAN(m): 1:42pm On Oct 22, 2021
I did a recruitment interview for my company. In the end, one lady performed above others in both the written and oral interviews. I recommended her for the job. The lady had a low cut. The boss said that he is not comfortable with ladies that had low cuts. That I should look for another. I told him that the girl is good for that job from my assessment. That we should advise her to be putting on wigs. He asked if I knew the girl before, I said no. He asked if I have collected any form of bribe, I said no. He then accepted and the lady was employed.
Three weeks later, the boss told me that the lady is doing very well on the job and asked me to review her salary. Within 6 months, he bought a personal car for her and keep on praising her for doing the jod well.
The core objectives are what matters, job seekers are usually anxious at first, such thing could be overlooked and corrected immediately since she was good.
RomanceRe: This Is What I Did To A Young Lady Who Told Me She Was In A Serious Relationship by EXPRESSSMAN(m): 1:33pm On Oct 15, 2021
Well, not smart enough. You just missed the chance to get the girl which is what you wanted in the first place. Can't you compete? If a girl said that she has a boyfriend, that does not mean married. So she is still open to a better offer.
BusinessWhich Is The Best Ebook Publishing Options For Me. by EXPRESSSMAN(op): 12:26pm On May 14, 2021
Hi, Nairalanders, Please I need people with experience in ebook publishing to help me out.
I want to enter the ebook publishing sector. I have some Nigerian educational books and informational books on relationships, parenting, marriage success, love, and others. About 30 different tittles all developed by me. I know of Amazon publishing, Ingram, Okada, and others. I also know of setting my own site and promoting from there.
As a newbie in this area, which option or combinations is good for me. I have also raised some money for the takeoff and most of the books are ready to be uploaded. Someone advised me to source out the publishing to these vanity publishers and concentrate on course creation which is part of my business models. I need some advice from those engaged in this ebook publishing. Thank you as you do so.

[quote author=webshopNG post=83796987]Yes making money online is one of the most difficult thing on earth and its not for lazy people. No one will handl you a dollar for free on the internet if you have nothing to offer and you have to make conscious deliberate effort. You can speed it up by dedicating some investments for marketing just as in your 9 to 5 job, your business will be dead without marketing.
So what's your point ?
Are you just lazy or you have nothing to offer that's why none of the above listed isn't working for you.

I like your contributions. You accepted that "making money online is one of the most difficult thing on earth". The gurus that sell the information to us do not say so. They tell us lies to collect our money, only for us to be stranded halfway when we could not get the result they promised in the beginning. If you truly tell me how things work, then I will be prepared for it. Not half-truths that do not work.
BusinessHow Do You Make Your Own Money On The Internt? by EXPRESSSMAN(op): 1:38pm On Nov 06, 2019
HOW DO YOU MAKE YOUR OWN MONEY ON THE INTERNET?
The Nigerian internet gurus would tell you that with a Phone/laptop and internet connection, you would be the next Bill Gate in one month. They would tell you that unlike Bill Gate, that you don’t need to do anything for the money to roll in. They will hand over their Master strategy that is Making One million Naira for them every day, once you paid them your five thousand Naira.
Not done yet, they would also promise to give you bonuses worth 2million Naira free, which will make additional 10million Naira for you, all for your five thousand Naira. They will mount so much pressure that you keep wondering “How come he wants this my 5k so badly upon his claim of making millions every 24hours’’. How not to make money on the internet.
1. Paid Survey. I once pay one of the gurus for survey program. He promised heaven and earth to get my money and to set it up for me. VPN, Credit Card, US address, Verified Paypal, US bank Account, Swift network modem etc. After investing about 500USD and working for 2months, nothing came out of it. The company he recommended did not pay. All effort and resources wasted. My 100USD is still trapped in PayPal as he said no withdrawal except a Merchant pays in money into my Account. I keep wondering how someone will be teaching what he is not sure that works.
2. Amazon Publishing. Some claimed that they make millions from Amazon Kindle publishing. I have some books there as well. Amazon Is an American thing. You have to write what Americans wants and to their standard. You also need dollars to promote it to get any attention at all. So the idea that as a Nigerian, You made millions there, forget it. There are over one billion books there so how will anybody notice your own in the first place?
3. Fiverr. As said above, it is an American thing with American needs and standard. Millions of People hustling for a 5-dollar job. It will be easier to win a Federal government contract than to get a 10 dollar paying job at Fiverr. So forget it as an option of making money on the net as a Nigerian. It is the same with other UPwork sites.
4. Binary option/ Forex trading. High speculative business, with luck and good strategy, one can make money from them on good day. But sustainability is not guaranteed on them.
5. Affiliate/freelancing. They claim that you just set it up and millions in commission will begin to roll in for you. Major affiliate sites do not accept Nigerians. Then People like me will not promote anything I did not confirm. So beware of being used by others in promoting fake /substandard information or products in the name of Affiliate marketing.
6. Blogging. People easily mention blogging as a way of making money on the net. But they forgot to let you know that blogging is a full time business. You need the expertise and the resources to set it up and grow it to the level of making money out of it. It is not a thing to make quick money.
7. Mini-Importation/China drop- shipping. Importation will be good when you are already a trader, already know what people wants and the various sources and cost of getting them. You will then be in the position to know if importing at the prevailing exchange rate will be better. Don’t venture into it from nowhere. You cannot make it. Develop your line of business first before you know where to source your products from.
8. Bitcoins investment. Beware of this scheme, It has no solid foundation. Advanced economies see it as a means of laundering money. It is not backed by any strong economy. It can crash and be phased out any anytime.
So if you’re truly making money on the internet, tells us; how easy or difficult it is. Then is the money in Millions?
