Enugu isn't as lively as say PH or Lag. People have become used to the hectic nature of Lagos. Also Abuja and Lag are more 'international'. To be fair there's no clear reason.

The building is goverment house,sullivan built it together with two other ones you posted earlier on. He erected them during his first term but since he doesn't publicize his projects,only few people knew about them.

I'm more interested in the actual estimate of traditional worshippers as I believe they are more than is though. I know this because many of the elderly practice traditional religions and there are many apprentices. I've met people who would not call themselves Christian. There's even a church that mixes traditional and Christian worship.

Any mumu overlooking his homeland better think twice.
