Shymm3xx:And they come online to release their massive storage of photos of Yoruba men. |
kobonaire:Kenya has 10 medals, including 5 golds, South Africa has 9 medals, including 1 gold, Ethiopia has 6, including 1 gold, Cote D'Ivoire has two, including 1 gold, all before today, Nigeria now has one medal which is bronze. http://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/olympics/rio-2016/medals/countries |
Shymm3xx:All of this nonsense excuses when you could have just continued posting your collection of "Tosin Cole" pictures from your harddrive |
What we've learned from this thread: 1. Ugly people are insecure (no surprise) about women posting pictures on a thread. 2. Shymm3xx is obsessed by a random guy named 'Tosin Cole' of who he has stored pictures of. |
Shymm3xx:Ran out of your Yoruba Man Crush Monday's? |
Certain guys are so pissed they couldn't even let their women post their "fine boy" pics from their area instead, and they're the ones talking about John Amaechi? |
darkenedrebel:All this is saying is that religion is used to fill the space therapy and rationality should be taking care of. Life becomes so overwhelming and out of ones control that that feeling of a loss of control is directed to a deity which one has no proof of its existence. |
biotechshola:And you believe patriotism is enough to win a medal in the olympics? If so wouldn't almost every country be a contender for gold? You need good facilities and even more encouragement and respect from the government who should show that their athletes are valued. |
Snow5:How much did your useless government support them? |
Aww, her father is a thief who stole Abia State children's futures, how cute for her. |
Nature129:We're suffering from major ignorance backed up by a useless ego. |
It's a shame that Nigerians get very excited or 'grateful' over very basic governmental works like fixing a road, the governor is not special for doing their job, a big factor that differentiates anywhere in Nigeria to 'London'. That's not even mentioning how frequently this roads quality will be maintained, another factor that makes this not a 'small London'. |

Northern Nigeria is wild. The fact that this is an issue shows the prevalence of such issues. |
Ngwa Osus vs Afonjas Red mudsters vs brown roofers South beasterners vs southwaste flat heads vs cone heads akpu vs amala on your mark, get set, go! |
People will talk, nothing will be done, and people will forget about it by Monday. |
Makes no sense. Logically, the south has absolutely nothing to lose if oil is discovered in the north. Here are the scenarios that happen if oil is discovered in the north: The oil is sufficient enough and the north decides to leave, the south is freed of a burden. The oil is sufficient enough and the north decides to stay, the south is paid. The oil is sufficient enough and the north decides to restructure Nigeria, the south is elated. Apart from that there's nothing apart from a threat of an force that may sponsor terrorism with its new found wealth, the north can continue to feed itself and the street urchins and left behinds will only have one set of people to turn to, their leaders, there may even be revolution in the north if the feudalistic style carries on. |
So they even jailed women? |
DeeMain:She was made a sex slave by an Igbo deity, please go and read her story. |
Crazy times, so much being fed to people in Nigeria with its origin is unknown. |
Chiwude:Thanks, I'm just a contributor though. |
If you guys are tired of your thread being vandalised, see my signature. Anybody that abuses any part of Nigeria would be obliterated. |
pazienza:Nice design right? I helped. hehe. See you there. |
Ofodirinwa, no biggie, I'll try and find some better pictures of Imo and Abia cities, or if anybody can post some that would be fine. |
Ofodirinwa:Oh, don't even try this divisive Anambra vs Imo bullshit with me, the poster who commented rightfully on the decay of Aba, which is, in fact, very much decayed, also posted their joy at Owerri mall being opened on the last page of that thread where I posted 4 of the best pictures of the thread based on Owerri mall, the page before had two pictures of Orlu. This rubbish post just shows the mentality of some Igbo people here who would rather wish a viable Igbo forum shut down because of their insecurity while they contribute on a forum that has openly banned the word Biafra. If you think Owerri and Aba are mis or underrepresented what you could have done was sign up and post photos which we have not seen before, after all the thread is barely 3 pages long, but you decided to be a typical Nigerian Igbo and insult your own on a forum that uses you. Try better next time. PS: You don't even know where in the world my hometown is. PPS: I don't own the forum. |
rlauncher:Well, it's not about what I think. If you can prove Itshekiri claim to be Yoruba, then good, but the point wasn't that the whole of Delta State is Igbo when someone says there are indigenous Igbo lands there. |
I added some of these pictures on a master thread for Alaigbo: http://igbobuofu.com/threads/alaigbo-igboland-master-picture-thread.122 |
OAUTemitayo:That really does not prove anything, all the responses so far are about political alliances, my contention is about the Itshekiri populace identifying or even being seen as Yoruba, in the context of Delta State nobody calls Itshekiri people Yoruba like Anioma groups are seen and self-identified as Igbo. |
OBAGADAFFI:There is no evidence Itsekiri people identify as Yoruba, what consequence is the appointment of Olu of Warri, it's like saying Warri is a Yoruba city. |
FanYogo1:There are more Nigerian billionaires than billionaires in Denmark. |
OBAGADAFFI:So then the two instances of a 'Yoruba' speaking people (Itsekiri is a seperate language, but let's just go with it) in Delta State not making a part of Delta Yorubaland and Anioma which makes up the entire north of Delta State which is defined by being Igbo, cannot be compared because the Itsekiri for the most part do not identify as Yoruba, but the Anioma for the most part do identify as Igbo, especially around Asaba. So over 30% of Delta State is Igboland, unless rlauncher was referring to another group other than the Itsekiri. |
