More bad news for the economy. ![]() |
Eziachi:The boy is an akata. I doubt he has lived amongst many Igbos let alone his own kind. I didn't know Chukwu would be dared to be used as a derogatory name until NL. I tolerated it long enough. Insulting God's name. |
ezeagu:Abians still have beef. ![]() Fulani know there place in our society as well. Win-win situation. |
It is good to be a hinterland people. ![]() Why fight over access to the sea, when the sea is coming to us? |
Haven't you heard that David Mark can be anti-South? He believes that State of Emergencies should be called in the South, but refuses the same to happen in the North. |
Does state of emergency = removing governor as well?
No. . . But it interferes with their governing. Similar to what happens in the US. Remember Katrina? |
First the PDP ask for the Fashola to resign and now D.Mark(PDP member) pushes for a declaration of emergancy in lagos which in its accordance, the governor will have to be removed. Funny people. At least push to declare one in Borno to make it less obvious, lol. ACN is under attack. What una go do!
![]() This should be a signal to ACN. |
ezeagu:How are my sentences contradictory? Abians have lived in harmony with the Fulani, because they respect/fear us. |
If you cannot solve the possible beef shortage, then this plan is not going anywhere. Imolites should do what we Abians do when these people do not follow the laws of our land. ![]() |
How can they have a rail system, when they cannot even control this flooding? I dey laugh! Abuja or Enugu would be better places to have a rail system. |
I see we're resurrecting threads today. . . .Didn't get the memo. Glad I now know
You are too tolerant of these foolish people. |
dayokanu:Stop bringing back old threads foolish one. |
My question is, who will provide us beef? ![]() If not aboki, then who? I know Igbos will not get into the cattle rearing business. |
Bliss4Lyfe:Good post. |
How will we get our beef then? We just need to regulate them. They cannot bring weapons into Igboland. That would be a good alternative. And they must respect the laws of the land. |
kandiikane:You must be talking about the author Salman Rushdie. Boko Haram needs to be dealt with. |
FG pacifies Boko Haram, docks 7 cops In what appears to be a move to appease the Islamic sect, Boko Haram, that has unleashed a reign of terror in some northern states, the Federal Government, yesterday in Abuja arraigned seven police officers and charged them with extra-judicial murder of the sect leader, Mallam Mohammed Yusuf, in 2009. Members of the Islamic sect had consistently demanded justice in the murder of their leader in police custody as one of the conditions to lay down their arms. Meanwhile, former Borno State governor, Mallam Modu Sheriff has denied allegation levelled against him by chairman of Arewa Consultative Forum, Lt General Jeremiah Useni, (retired) accusing him of sponsoring thugs that later converted to the Islamic sect, Boko Haram. This came just as France has promised to partner Nigeria on security. The 7 Police officers The seven police officers who were charged to court yesterday are CSP J. B Abang, ACP Akeera, CSP Mohammed Ahmadu, ACP Mada Buba, Sgt Adamu Gado, PC Anthony Samuel and PC Linus Luka. They were dragged before a Federal High Court in Abuja, accused of alleged complicity in the extra-judicial execution of the leader of the dreaded Boko Haram sect, Mallam Mohammed Yusuf, in 2009. They are also facing trial over allegations of terrorism and murder. https://vml1.s3.amazonaws.com/wp-content/uploads/2011/07/SUSPECTS-OF-BOKO.jpg The federal government which initiated their prosecution yesterday, alleged that they unlawfully killed the apprehended leader of the Boko Haram sect, Yusuf, and some of his followers in cold blood, stressing that their action amounted to an offence under section 315 of the Criminal Code. Though the Federal Ministry of Justice which is prosecuting the case, declined to furnish journalists with copies of the processes that were filed before the high court, Vanguard, however, was able to secure the charge sheet. According to a 2-count charge that was entered in court, the accused persons were alleged to have “conspired with one another to commit an offence to wit; a terrorist act and thereby committed an offence contrary to Section 516 of the Criminal Code and punishable under Section 15 (1) (2) of the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission Act, 2004.” It will be recalled that Yusuf, his father-in-law Baa Fugu and an alleged financier of the group, Buji Foi, were on July 30, 2009, murdered inside a police station in Maiduguri, shortly after they were captured alive and handed over to the police command by a team of military personnel who were drafted to the state to quell a crisis that bedeviled the town two years ago. Though the police authorities in a bid to exculpate itself from blame, claimed that they died after an intense gun battle. However, video clips that later emerged, showed that they were executed in cold blood. Meanwhile, only five of the accused persons were brought to court yesterday by heavily armed security operatives who equally manned guard at various strategic points within the high court vicinity. http://www.vanguardngr.com/2011/07/177831/ |
Plz, stop trying to disclaim Goodluck Ebele Jonathan Azikwe. . . . . just because he's the most incompetent president we've had so far. You were one of the ignorant hyena that was shoving that Azikwe name in our face. Take it or leave it, Odechukwu fits the bill. You complain too much for a man, more like a woman. I believe its an Igbo trait.
This harlot have some nerve. Foolish girl, I will not waste my time on you. |
Igbos and GEJ considers him/himself an Igbo man. So technically, Odechukwu fits the bill. So stop complaining and show us that thick skin.
The man is an Ijaw. I do not believe any Igbo considers himself an Igbo man. There is nothing technical about "Odechukwu." Especially when you are insulting God which is blasphemy. |
For people with thick skins, they really are sensitive. Recent big NL Complains: Ibo -- Igbo Odechukwu -- GEJ Do you see Yorubas complaining about Yoruba? Ediiots, pessimistic people.
If you want to insult the man, at least use his ethnicity instead of a neighboring ethnicity. As they say, Ignorance is bliss and that is the land you people live in. |
It is very dumb if you ask me. To think someone would have the audacity to insult the Lord's name in vain. It doesn't matter what language it is in. ![]() Some Yorubas are very ignorant. They have no respect for anyone. Not even for themselves. |
Those pictures were in March. The runway should be finished by now. It should not even take more than 2 weeks. |
Back to topic I dont believe majority of Igbos should even be complaining. . . . .Remember your magic numbers. Your selfishness for 2015 disabled you to think straight.
Goodluck is still better than voting for a former dictator like Buhari. |
Enough whining Ileke-Idi. ![]() |
We already know this. . . |
Seanet1000:Why? |
bashr4:It will be very hard for some of our Igbos brothers to support this. ![]() |
Awolowo name belongs in the title just like Gowon. But I would add Ironsi and Azikiwe. Ojukwu, Balewa or Ahmadu Bello name should not be mentioned in this thread. |
