We need to send these talented Igbo lads abroad to study at the university. Why waste their time at a Nigerian university, when they can come to the states or Europe to learn?

I always found it interesting, that the people who hold the oil wealth are mostly not from the region where the oil is found.

I should be seeing Ijaw, Ogoni, Ibibio, Itsekiri, Urhobo and Igbo millionaires and billionaires, since they are from these oil producing regions.

I should know that you would rear your head concerning this issue. What is your problem with Igbo unity and Igbos speaking as one voice? In Nigeria, in order to be heard, you have to speak through your ethnic group.

Frankly, I feel that capitalism is the best economic system we have currently. No economic system has yet been discovered that is more effective in creating wealth as the free market system. After all, only capitalism has helped the world's downtrodden rise out of the of poverty and obscurity. Just look at the hundreds of millions who have risen out of poverty in the last few decades in India, Brazil and China by adopting free-market principles.

Capitalism requires cutthroat competition; therefore, the system awards winners and discards losers. Companies within this system are required to maximize profits and to grow. It is a dog eat dog world, and capitalism leads to INNOVATION.

I won't support ANY talk of concentration camps because that can never, and should NEVER happen in ANY part of Nigeria. Ndigbo are not a wicked people. Our history is very clear on that.

Well Maryland is not a city, but a state, but Maryland has the largest numbers of Nigerians. You will find many Igbos and Yorubas in that state. Some live in Baltimore, others live in PG County with a few sprinkled in Howard, Baltimore, and Montgomery County.
