Kenochi: Kill off the parallel market and allow all dollars to go through the banking system only I was informed that Nigeria is the one of the very few countries in the world that has a parallel market A friend told me a funny story, he said he was explaining to his friend who was not a Nigerian this double rates and the guy kept asking why we have such operations Also, with this new rule of collecting all dollars in naira, some illegal operations will just collapse I don't want to mention anybody but these group knows themselves
Just remember, during fuel scarcity, black market boys always have fuel. Through banks, through pilgrimage or whatever, black market will get their supply
Nonexisting: Tinubu online cretins have always said there's no more fuel subsidy, who is IMF? Are they more knowledgeable that Freestuffs and his comrades here? Mtchew
That is why prices didn't increase since last year. He admitted it but people didn't noticed.
Dwaizman: They camoflauge like vigilantees and attack... Well, dey are listening to my odomublaq playlist
Probably rogue vigilantee
I just search that artiste music, it is raining but I didn't know who sang it. I can confirm the Fulani are enjoying 'correct jamming'. Press that down with famented kuku. Hard luck. Hopefully, they get more careless and get caught.
Dwaizman: On Saturday 3rd Feb. At 9:30 - 10pm, some Fulani boys attacked us at home. I gave them my phone to save my aged mother . Need some one to help me track it...
Very stupid boy (waste of gun). He doesn't know that kidnapping your mom for two weeks has a return on investment of millions of naira.
He is somewhere paying your music not understanding what's being said.
I am sure it is different in the other part of the country.... In the north, it is old school (40 years and above) that still drink beer or occasional wine.
The youth do drugs or those stronger drinks and it is not social like the old men, it is just to get fooooqed up.
Drinking is going to fade off in ten years time. Why would i drink 3 bottles of smelling stout when I can take 2 pills of rochi with flat stomach?
If he can afford adverts on CNN, he is not a small boy...
They are not the one that crash the naira alone. Buhari borrowing BILLION of DOLLARS almost every 3 months for 8 years and making the billions disappear is what crashed the naira.
Baba said 'they' would release dollars, who is the 'they'? Buhari era was free for all.
Kukutenla: Ah!! Official market is now worse than parallel market Which kind wahala be dis? So who is funding the parallel market for it to have such stability?
At this rate, technically, 95% of Nigerians survive on $1 a day. How many Nigerians eat 45k of food in a month?
I had an accident few months ago and doctors wouldn't see even when I could walk.
Only one doctor at the ER and he only attended to those about to die. I went to a tradition bone healer that his family has been doing the science for over 200 years (no exaggeration) passed from father to son. It wasn't easy but I eventually get better and never went back.
Recently was sick but didn't care about doctor and struggle alone for a almost a week until my body healed it self. Doctors are expensive and they are not available.
seborrhic: When Nigerians are ready they know what to do to Tinubu. We are not ready yet to take this nation out of the hands of leaders whose mission since 2015 has been to wreck this Nation with their crass incompetence and unimaginable corruption.
Worst part is, tthey don't need anybody's vote in the next election, they can win with or without anybody's vote, dead or alive.
Jakumo: The rate at which even the poor are being kidnapped en masse from buses plying Nigeian roads has now assumed epidemic proportions. The kidnappers are utterly ruthless and have no qualms about opening fire on fully occupied buses to kill the driver and anyone else in the line of fire, so as to bring the vehicle to a halt and thereby abduct all passengers at gunpoint.
There is a discernible pattern to the manner in which passenger buses are suddenly being targeted by kidnappers virtually all across the Nigerian federation from the desert northern reaches to the Atlantic seaboard. A highly organized, heavily armed CARTEL is now actively hunting for human beings on ALL Nigeria's highways. This state of insecurity is very similar in many regards to a state of war in the land, with no immediate prospects of any respite in the near future.
For it to be far away from Kaduna. They are copycat.
Normal criminals have heard of the news of millions being paid as ransom and has ventured into the 'business'.
epondudu: Once a victim in 2002..... It's the bandits turn now.
Thank God for your life.
It seems the cashless policy of ATM & Apps made them upgrade to kidnapping and ransom. The front page story said they kidnapped everyone in the bus. I don't want to imagine the horrors they are facing in the hands of those psychopaths.
