xtervaganza:Just like i try to imagine how some people go to bed, infact sleep on the bed of a Woman they threw emotional acid on... Or a Man who claims all the inheritance of his late brother sleep...Forgetting he just threw acid on the Children's Destiny. In as much as i don't support this, Lets all do to others what we want them to do to us. |
Yuneehk:Don't support this...But sometimes Insane People make Sane people loose their Sanity. Some Human beings can be Wicked esp Ladies... Some people have poured acids on people emotions, careers, marriages and destinies and the effect leaves them with such scars but no one sees the scar because it lies deep in their heart... Let's do unto others what you want them to do to you. If I tell you what someone i helped did to me, you guys will say its Nollywood and if not for the fear of God, maybe i would have done something crazy. But I've chosen to let God judge |
I just remembered how they stole my car last year despite all the hiding... |
allthingsgood:What are you saying? Are you saying the Masses should suffer hardhardship because the Government has failed in it's responsibility to curb the excesses of a group of few Nigerians called 'Marketers'? Are you saying the Canadian, U.K. and U.S. Government should as well cut down on welfare because the Agencies involved are corrupt? Are you saying the U.S. Govt should stop giving free meals to elementary school children cos those responsible will selfishly keep back some for their families? A Govt. that is out to fight corruption cannot get to the root of subsidy fraud and take necessary actions on those involved in fraud? The Govt. can't eliminate corrupt practices among those responsible for keeping our borders? Ok stop cooking for your Children since your maid steals meat. When will Nigerians get smart and know that they are been deceived? |
'No Other God', by Nathaniel Bassey. I have no Other God but You. (2*) You have done wat no man has done. You will do wat no man can do. |
For the Ladies that lived in Hall2... Early morning bread from 'Going going Gone!' If you miss buying from her, sorry for you cos you gonna walk all the way down to those guys in common room. Amikable and her utility dwellers that sell clothes on the walk way.... Early morning fight at the tap n walk way.. 'Bucket Breaking and Hair pulling Scene.' And finally Pastor Porter walking in when girls are bathing to seize buckets... Memories... |
saintdennis:The emboldened got me Lol.. I remember my neighbour in Osasogie who joined Man-o-war n started feeling like a soldier. Whenever he hears a sound at night he'll yell, 'Who's dat'. Until one faithful day when the real thieves came and designed his face with resounding slaps... O my God! I miss Uniben. |
martineverest:Osasogie and Night robbery.... Ekosodin is better than Osasogie in terms of robbery while Osasogie is better in terms of intimidation. In summary Osasogie is better during the Day... Ekosodin is better at Night. As a fresher in Hall 1 or 2, you must have the 'BUNKKY' story to tell. Remember my bunkky telling me to return my stool after climbing to my bed. |
Rossy99:Rinse Nipple with cold water after every nursing section. It works wonders. |
olapluto:I'm not from the South-East but a statement like this shouldn't come from someone who has a phone and can type words... It's good we think through before speaking. United we stand...divided, I'm sorry Oyo and Ogun will be a grazing land. Lets push out these heartless fellows with a united heart. |
ozycy:Thanks. I'll look out for it. |
anytaij:Next time don't go into a baby's ear till the baby is a year old... Their ear drum is very close to the external ear and can be affected.... By the way the risk involved is greater than what you want to achieve with cleaning it. Take the baby back to the hospital. |
ozycy:I use Tommie Tippie currently... I used another product for my first baby and still couldn't get much with a pump.... Please where did you buy it and how much does it go for... Though I've done my research and found out not everyone gets much with a pump, but i might have my final try with yours. |
FINA4804:If you dont get much with your pump, don't beat urself. Not everyone gets so much expressed milk with a pump. I EBF my first baby and she was so on point in her weight and general health and i hardly got up to 60ml with a pump. Now I'm EBF my twins, they are gaining weight for their age and i still struggle to get 90ml... I just feel its more of an individual thing |

Yellowish eyes and skin is a sign of Jaundice. 2 of my babies have had it. If it is severe PLEASE take Baby immediately to the Hospital. However, If it just started you can try Home remedy Once I noticed it, I took my babies to morning sunlight for 15-30 minutes daily and it clears off. One of my Twin just recovered from it last week Situation should improve BUT if it doesn't quickly take baby to the Hospital. Pray too |
silkytouch:They are actually publicizing the name, 'JESUS'. At least no one on Nairaland will say they've never heard about JESUS. MODs please keep up with your evangelical approach. I Love it. |
Many are Mad, few are Roaming... This Pastor is certainly Mad and about to roam.. Please Members, your Civic responsibility is to take him to the nearest Psych....Thanks |
AlphaHandMaiden:Thanks, You nailed it. I will do my plus and minus and go with the best option. |
MiracleMum:You guys got my worries. How do i cope with the cry of My Twin babies in Lagos Traffic? Do you know ive been thinking what to really do about work and caring for my Twins? I don't know the kind of creche to leave both of them that will give the kind of care i give to my babies. Geting something like that will be extremely costly since they're twin and their closing hour is another factor since i dont get back early due to Lagos traffic after work hours. I was thinking of starting up a home creche instead of returning to my coy since i leave in a serene and large apartment in a secured neighbourhood and i have a wonderful nursery i set up for my babies. But the issue is how much can that really fetch me? Though I love babysitting, finance is still needed to keep the home running.. Anyway, I don't intend starting up till im through with EBF because at this point i have little to no time for anything other than BF. God help us as Mothers... |
babythug:Im not formula feeding yet. They dont even allow my boobs get filled before they storm on it. Once milk production is established, I'll start extracting. I tried doing that 4 days ago but i got little. Infact i can hear one them giving me the warm up sound already. |
babythug:A big thanks to all who shared my joy.... I really feel honoured. @Babythug this is a nice one..I'm off to get my S to work. Schedule Planner to work. I really agree that planning my day will go a long way to ease some stress.... I barely have time to rest due to the continuous demand for breastmilk unlike the case of a single baby... |
Pacypatty:Please dont use Skineal on your baby. It contains steriods and is absorbed into the organs.. U can use Baby Tribotan Instead. In another news, God just blessed us with a wonderful set of twins. Please i will really appreciate contributions on how to adequately care for them. Thanks |
XaintJoel20:Do you know me? |
I remember when i was in 100L and my bunky in Final yr was oppressing me. Whenever i wanted something from my small cupboard up, she will start folding clothes in her lower cupboard and let me stand for eternity or tell me to stretch and get what i need. One day as i was stretching to get something, my cooking spoon landed on her head and gave her a bump. I almost laughed but i controlled myself and rushed to her and started pressing her head. My roommates had a good laugh. I was sympathetic though, but the truth is i felt good somehow like God don punish you today. |
MRSALT:You nailed it.... How does he intend providing jobs? How does he intend eradicating poverty? How does he intend making them financially independent? Only if we were sensible enough to ask Buhari what type of change he wanted to offer Nigerians and how he intends achieving Change, we would have known that APC was a party of Power Seeking People without any structure in place to rule this country. |
amtaken:You spoke my mind. So on point. |
folak48: ourchoice:The secret for ME is number 7: Marketing and Sales...I'm grudgingly exposing my secret. Its simple. Go to companies that make products or render services and tell them that you want to market their products and ask what your commission will be. I dont mean GNLD or other suffer head products o. I mean products or services that already have a market. e.g It could be as simple as partnering with different good schools or Creche centres in your area on commission basis and refering parents to the different schools depending on their pocket size. Just exchange their contacts or give a referral note or take them there yourself. Remember no one wants to do biz with an hungryman so package yourself and have good knowledge of whatever sector you decide to go into so your client can trust your recommendation. Sectors to market may include Education, Fashion, Health, Construction, Food e.t.c. You don't really need startup capital. Note: You can work with competitors in same sector so you don't lose your Client in anyway due to price or quality. Afterall, you are not on anyone's payroll n youre not answerable to any1. |
Double post |
You listed a point ive made real money from. NOT just hundreds of thousands but some good money. Graduated with a 2.1 at a good age... Never failed any aptitude test, i mean good coys... Well i'll share my success story one day when i become a celeb... My advice to young graduates is Scratch your brain and get ideas and start off, it may not pay off initially but will definitely pay off on the long run. I know how frustrating Jobhunting could be. People like Lero15, Singlefade and many more on Job section definitely attest to my hustle if i use my other Username. |
Op 1. Wheat contains a Protein called gluten which only poses hazard to those that are allergic to it. For instance my daughter did not feed on any corn related cereal through her infancy cos she was seriously allergic to it but She was very okay with wheat based cereal and had no allergy for gluten. 2. Contrary to what you said, Whole wheat does not have a High GI. It takes time to get broken down. The degree of processing just like must flour might affect its GI. So whole Wheat grains are very healthy and contains enough fibre which aids digestion and bowel movement. And is very Ok for diabetic patients provided its labeled Whole Wheat or Whole Grain. |
Like the best news ive come across on NL in a long tym. Im glad i can now turn on my TV and not see mumyG screaming or some aristo girls showing their boobs. |
I need it for my daily living and dealings. So help me God. It prolongs one's life and safes one from troubles. |
