EmekaMD:Reno should rather help himself by first list out the Constitutional duties of the Vice president of Nigeria. After that, he should help reel out the achievements of Namadi Sambo as GEJ VP. Lastly, he should enumerate what GEJ achieve as the VP to Yar'Adua. If he can do these, I will consider his request. Nonsense! |

At 31, professor Yemi Osinbajo got his first appointment as the Special Adviser to the then Attorney-General of the Federation, Bola Ajibola, later a Judge at Hague and now, the founder of Crescent University. Osinbajo was later invited to write a new constitution for Somalia, among other accomplishments. As Attorney-General of Lagos state, a mutual friend of ours was dismissed as high court judge for corruption. I went to meet him, asking him why our friend was dismissed, and not retired. He said: ”Richard, it was a bad case. He soiled his hands. He blatantly took bribes and we have no choice, he had to go.” A foreign construction company handling the construction of new high court buildings wanted to compensate Professor Osinbajo with a personal building as they are wont to do after benefitting from major contracts. The officials asked him if he had a piece of land where they could put up a structure for him “in appreciation” for the contracts given to their company. He dialed the intercom and invited Fola Arthur-Worrey, his Solicitor-General and permanent Secretary. As soon as Fola entered his office, he said:”Ehen, Fola, that new High court library that we wanted to build, please, show these gentlemen the site. They want to help us.” That was how the FRA Williams library came into existence. That’s the stuff of Yemi Osinbajo. ... it’s countdown to his DECLARATION.

THE SIGNIFICANCE OF 1973, AND FEW OTHER THINGS THAT PASTOR EA ADEBOYE & PASTOR WF KUMUYI HAVE IN COMMON The life of the men of God is like those of celebrities in the secular world, except for immorality and worldliness, in whichever ways. The reason for this is that gossips, and gainsayings, which Is obtainable in the secular world is also applicable to their lives. Several stories are always written about them, some degrading, while some tend to extol their virtues. But, one very significant fact that most people do not know about these religious personalities is the fact that some of them share a cordial relationship that might not be known to the public. Pastor Enoch Adejare Adeboye of the Redeemed Christian Church of God, and Pastor Williams Folorunsho Kumuyi, of the Deeper Christian Life Ministry, share some things, that relates together. The relationship they shared was more than we could ever envisage. Although they are both general overseers of their respectable ministries. Truthfully, their doctrine differs, but notwithstanding, they have shared some relationships that cannot be brushed aside easily by anything. The bond that brought them together in Christ Jesus, the major reason why their relationship can never go sour. 1. THEY WERE BOTH FIRST-CLASS STUDENTS IN THE SAME DISCIPLINE, MATHEMATICS: They both graduated with first-class grades in their first degree in mathematics. Pastor EA Adeboye was a former student of The University of Nigeria, Nsukka, UNN, and later Obafemi Awolowo University, While Pastor WF Kumuyi was a former student of the University of Ibadan. 2. LECTURER AT SAME TIME IN THE UNIVERSITY OF LAGOS: Pastor WF Kumuyi and EA Adeboye met each other way back in the university of Lagos, as lecturers. This is a linking bond that brought them together. Both are academicians, with reputations of excellence in their areas of the discipline. 3. THEY WERE ONCE STUDENTS OF THE SAME UNIVERSITY: Both were also students, although, at different times, in their postgraduate studies, at the University of Lagos. Unilag was their alma, Mata, as the postgraduate study is concerned. 4. THEY BOTH LECTURED IN THE SAME DEPARTMENT, MATHEMATICS: They both lectured under the same department the department of mathematics at the University of Lagos. They were outstanding lecturers (according to testimony by some witnesses). In respect of that, a professorship chair of mathematics was introduced in the department of mathematics, and it is financed by Pastor EA Adeboye. 5. 1973 WAS A SIGNIFICANT YEAR IN THEIR LIVES: Pastor EA Adeboye became born again in the year 1973. He joined the Redeemed Christian Church of God in the same year. For Pastor WF Kumuyi, the vision for Deeper Christian Life Ministry was birthed in the same year. 6. THEY BOTH WORSHIPPED TOGETHER UNDER REV. JOSIAH AKINDAYOMI IN RCCG: It would be unbelievable for so many people that, Pastor WF Kumuyi attended RCCG with Pastor Adeboye, to show the level of their relationship. At a time in the University of Lagos where they both lectured, they are both born again, thirsty, and deeply connected to the word of God, hence they both studied the word of God together. In light of this, Pastor EA Adeboye has already joined RCCG under the late founder, Rev. Josiah Akindayomi. Subsequently, Pastor Kumuyi started to attend the RCCG Bible study services with Pastor Adeboye under Rev. Josiah Akindayomi. 7. THEY ARE BOTH IJESA INDIGENES: They are both core "westerners", from Ijesa, of the Yoruba tribe. Pastor EA Adeboye is from Ifewara, while Pastor WF Kumuyi is from Erin-Ijesa, under the same umbrella of Osun State, of Nigeria. The above are a few of the similarities and things that they both share through the love of Christ Jesus. In case you might be having rhe thought that Pastors Adeboye and Kumuyi might not be on good terms, consider the above facts and have a rethink.
