MadamVanessa:

This is what William Ruto is reducing Kenyans to In the middle east; sabotaging Kenyan economy completely because of his clueless policies hence Kenyans are running to middle east to work as nanny for survival. This idiot Still have the guts to hail the fóolish policy of Tinubu regarding subsidy removal. You have described that despot accurately. The painful thing about everything is that he rigged himself into power, not to bring any positive change to the Kenyan masses, but to enrich himself and oppress people who doesn't belong to his tribe. Degree holders in Kenya are travelling to Qatar and the UAE to work as domestic workers and security guards and the clueless president acts like none of this is his business. What is even more painful is the fact that clergymen were bribed into convincing their gullible congregants that this clown is "God's anointed". What a tragedy! |

I'm now wondering why is that now ladies are initiating breaks instead. Instead of who? Is initiating breakups reserved for a particular gender? |

Klass99: Some of his logical gender people on the thread still gave him a pat on the back, with words of encouragement that the white woman is better than a Naija one, because with the white woman he can acquire papers but what can a Naija girl offer him, home and abroad. A good example is the thread where an old German lady was claiming that she's no mumu and she knows that her husband has 2 wives back home. I understand it was a skit but you shoulda seen the comments. |

luminouz: Not on this one. You didn't marry your ex, did you? You did business. Why not marry him since he is so good. Asking a man who broke up with an ex to sponsor her trip abroad to be his wife is corny as hell. That's not love or even attraction, but a transaction. If they met up and settled before he travelled out, it would have been better. Not after.
That you don't even see what's wrong with this setup shows me all I need to know. It's not your business why I didn't marry that particular ex. I was only emphasizing to you that people do not always break up on bad terms and exes do not have to be enemies. Not all relationships lead to marriage. I advised the OP to look into his past and see if there's an available ex he got along with but broke up due to unforseen circumstances such as being separated by distance, or similar circumstances. I specifically suggested to him to avoid the toxic exes. Did you not read that part? About travelling out, what's to say that any of his exes hasn't travelled out as well? She could very well be in his backyard or in a neighbouring country. My last reply No problem. I doubt we'll ever have similar view points about this anyway. |

doggedfighter: Fárfalla 😂🤣😂 I have been reading this and laughing.
Women who have sex on first date are cheap hoes but men who do that are expensive saints. They're expensive saints indeed. The same man will probably ask the girl for sex on the first date with the expectation that she won't give in to his advances. Another one complained on some thread that girls these days are too quick to give out their phone numbers. Imagine walking up to a woman and asking for her contact number with the hope that she actually won't give it to you. Some of these men are the architects of their own problems. Let me hear them complain about girls doing shakara. |

luminouz: So you can do that for your own ex? An ex is an ex for a reason naaaaa! By the time he's inviting her she won't be an ex. She will be his wife. I actually do business with an ex, so as you can see not every ex is that toxic enemy you people portray them to be. Some relationships end amicably. People just have to learn not to be babies about every break-up. |

Ballzproblem2: any woman that has ex with a man on the first date is a cheap hoe I agree. The shakara has got to be on display for the longest possible period, and eventually when she's past her yanga stage and is ready to increase her body count, she should act like sex is this offensive and disgusting act she's ever engaged in. This way, we'll know she's not a cheap hoe. |

Albertone: I didn't see the (f) beside your moniker.
Only a few percentage of gay people will sleep with opposite sex just to safe face. The world is going liberal, people are practicing homosexuality without fear.
I might even be gay but am I going to write it on my forehead? Only few people might know. So why should I incovinience myself to sleep with people I ain't attracted to? The world is changing, but not as quickly as you may think. Gay men in their 20s can easily move in together but a 47-year old gay MD of a multinational firm in this part of the world will not openly move in with a lover. I'm speaking strictly from my observation in my locality. If I lived in Johannesburg I'd probably witness a different outcome. |

Albertone: There's a difference between bisexual and homosexual.
If you're straight, can you have sex with a man? If no, then there's no way a gay man will have sex with an opposite sex. I am straight, so I am physically attracted to men.... unless of course you think you're quoting a man? Bisexuals are attracted to both men and women. Homosexual men are only attracted to men, but they can sleep with a woman out of obligation, even when they find her disgusting. It's usually a gruelling experience for them but many do it to save face. |

Smile4mee01: I have been abroad for a while now and i am curious to know why some of our ladies decline dating or marrying fellow Nigerians in the diaspora. I have tried to date a few any they are often quick to assume i am after them for their papers while i just prefer my own, someone who understands my culture and where i have come from. Even when i try to date the ones that don't have paper, regular work visa holders like me. They seem to want to be with the guys that have papers.
Also, when i am old, i would like to return to Nigeria. Marrying outside would make that transition very difficult.
Should i give up on being with a Nigerian or keep trying? Diaspora relationships are usually difficult for people trying to find their "tribe". But since you have a preference for marrying one of your own, have you tried talking to your folks back home, or in other parts of the diaspora to find you a suitable Nigerian lady? Zimbos in the diaspora are fond of doing this. Alternatively, you can search for an available ex. Not one of them toxic exes. Try and search for one that you really got along with but perhaps just broke up due to factors such as long distance which made it impossible for the both of you to continue being together. |

YourGFsnatcher: That's why you should marry beyond material things. When I saw how my mum took care of my dad in his dying days I knew I should go for character over beauty... just as how women should for character over money. You won't understand now.
Character and hardwork is enough for any relationship A significant number of beautiful women have good characters. Same applies to financially stable men. |

Albertone: A gay man can never kiss a woman talk more of having intercourse with a woman. Just because they're not attracted to women doesn't mean they can't have sex and sire children with them. Because of the stigma associated with the LGBTQ community in this part of the world, a lot of gay men in Africa, particularly the older ones, are legally married to women and even sire children with those wives, but clandestinely carry on with their gay affairs with their partners (who are also probably married). I watched a documentary some years ago focusing on a gay prostitute in a certain African country, who revealed that over 80% of his clients are "respectable" family men. |

Myself and my colleagues in office has have been laughing, You made my day. There's nothing funny about the topic or anything I stated. I simply raised certain points to the effect that the gender of a crew is an irrelevant factor in determining the safety of an aircraft. I expected reasonable responses from you, but got rubbish instead. Just the usual attacks on the gender of the crew despite statistics indicating that countless aviation accidents have in fact occurred to aircrafts being steered by men. |
