dyoungforester:
You can feed the rabbit with concentrated commercial feeds which is sold at ventinary shop I.e TOP grower feeds ( peletized), 2nd slower growth rate might be inherent but later on the rabbit will grow at a faster rate what you needs to do is to seclude the rabbit from others and continue to feeding the rabbit with a nurish feed with much fats content. Thanks Dyoung forester
..
Just to remind him not to feed layers feed bc of too much calcium - kidney stone.

Your life before your money.God does not care about any amount you bring but your heart towards him.He can pay his money if he wishes because of law of sowing and reaping. The church shud do more in preaching the real truth. Pastors shud warn their members of the consequencies of listening to or singing musics that glorify evil like sex, power, or money. Musicians who do such shud not be taken for as role models.

Let me go with this description.

lf you use the tarpaulin digester like the ones l have uploaded severally it digests the feedstock faster as against the underground system and generates more biogas. With what is readily available in Nigeria l will suggest you watch this short video, it will help you start out easier. l saw a Kenyan family in a rural area having 5 drums of digesters in their homestead as it is used for cooking and powering the 'l better pass my neighbour' sized generator in the evenings.

Do you ve a snail Farm?

I'm making a Plan on hw to build my own snail farm that's why am asking all this question.
..
Actually, I've not seen a big snail farm b4, but don't be suprise that there might be, but in one bushy area or so. Selling the snails won't be sth u do all at once, u may sell in batches. Right now I too is planning to set up a small snail farm. The ones I have now are in a bowl.

Boss check it nw. . . Hw can someone be nursing snail for less than 2years and sell it @ =N=50/one. . Shoo

Is their any feeds that can make snail group big under 6months or 8months.
..
I don't think there is. But the price is ok because if u can raise 10,000 snails u get 500k. It's all about volume and you can also combine it with other businesses. There feed is close to free too.

oga Farm tech thanks for guidelines. I was told to give them starter till 6 weeks, this is my first time of raising birds, so am still learning. As for the vaccines, never will I make such mistakes(I've learnt my lessons) .. The antibiotics will be curtailed as u advised
..
U can still give the antibiotic every month.

I agree with you sir. Here there are no donkey with cart. The donkeys carry load on their back. You will find such in Niger Republic borders.

Maybe u can give the idea to the farmers there, it will save them lots of time.

It depends on which antibiotic that works for ur birds. Tylodox against respiratory disease wks for mine and I gave it once (3-4days) a month.

Hi farmers with swag and good heart, I really appreciate our efforts in helping each other grow. I ve been feeding my broilers starter (amo feed ), they will be 6 weeks on Tuesday next week, I didn't administer gumboro on the 10th day, lasota once, but no motarlity or stunted growth. Most of it are weighing upto 2kg already(they can barely walk) . As I was complaining to my feed vendor about how they consume feed and the expenses incured, she advised me to add corn, pkc, to the starter feed in other to save cost .. I started giving them the mixture dis morning, but got scared when I went to check on them 2 hours later, I noticed some of it were making weird noises, as if something is choking them. Am scared o! Did I make a mistake by adding pkc to its feedhuh Should I ve waited till its seven weeks? Cuz I wanna sell it off at 8weeks... Please help a sister cuz these birds has been growing just fine no sickness (Even though I add drugs to their water on daily basis). Am so confused, cuz I heard pple add pkc to their feed, abi my own go different?
..
First, u don't feed starter for 6wks. I think it's for 3-4 weeks. As for vaccination, u may escape mortalities if u take shortcuts, but it is a dangerous risk not worth taking. It can cost u 90% mortality when it strikes. Rather than adding corn, pkc etc, buy finisher and feed vendors are not the best people to get advice from. They are mostly concern with selling their product and can rip u up. Some of them may not even hav any experience with chickens.
..
Putting antibiotics in their water daily will help prevent a lot of diseases, but there is a danger of antibiotic resistance developing with time.
..
Also, while changing feed, do so gradually by mixing new and old feeds 2gether.

ONIONS

Aleiro has the biggest onion market in Nigeria/West Africa. I buy from the farmers hoping to have my own farm soon. Due to the weight of the onions (125kg), the onions cant be bagged in the farm. I employ the services of the donkey (Mai Jaki) to carry my onions to the park where it will be packed into the sac of my choice (125kg, 100kg, 50kg, 25kg) as seen in the pictures.

Picture 1-------- My packed 50kg onions though not fully packed. Still waiting for the raffia to be placed on it.

Picture 2------- A donkey carrying my clients onions from the farm to the park. Each donkeys carries 300 t0 400 bulbs of onions which is equivalent to a bag though depending on the size of the onions anyway.

Picture 3-------- My hubby and daughter about to take a donkey ride to the farm since our car cant go in lol.

Picture 4--------- One of the donkey carrying my clients onions to the park. Lol don't mind that boy (my brother in-law) behind...
..
Donkeys can carry far more load on a cart than on their back (I can't view pics on my phone due to lack of MB, so I dont know if they're carrying load on back or cart. But cart will be more economical and time-saving).

The north is already rich, look at the amount products in her pictures then imagine the amount of farmers.

But, its just like the dog business.. All one needs is a male and female goat, cow/bull, donkey e.t.c and the business will boom..

My female dog gives birth to 6 puppies twice yearly..

Imagine having ranch with goats, bull, cows e.t.c.

This business will be very profitable in the south.. Cos there is abundance of grass and weed..

If south takes agriculture seriously... The north will go out of business.
..
The problem in the south when it comes to cows is tse tse fly. But I don't know it it's still a problem.
